Moshe came to try to diagnose my furnace problem after an already long day.  He was cheerful, professional, and cared about the situation.  As it turns out, he had to refer it on to his warranty department, so I suspect the issue will be resolved soon.

Couldn't be happier with my service from Budget Climate Control.  Our technician, Freddy, was incredibly responsive and patient.  He worked through problems with the parts supplier until the required part finally arrived.  He did a fantastic job, and was very professional and courteous.  I HIGHLY recommend this company based on my experience with them.

I've deal with Doc for several years through two different businesses. Their service is the same if your a small guy or a larger company!  I can't say that I've dealt with everyone, but I have with most.  The show room is beautiful and Carla is a joy to deal with.

The back counter is always well stocked with plenty of staff and some one either there or in the hallway is always willing to help out.

The warehouse is well lit and well stocked from plumbing parts, fixtures, to hvac components to cast iron pipe and more.

Don't be afraid to darken their doorstep.

This guy is a real piece of work. He looks you right in the eyes and lies and says all sort of stuff and all turns out to be BS. This is not a good person. I wouldn't let him back in my home if he paid me. This guy is rotten!

So frustrating to deal with this company.  They installed it wrong the first time and they had to come out again to do it right.  Now on my third visit to try to get things right.  I was just told when I set the appointment that I could not be given a window arrival time, but instead needed to set the whole day6 aside for them to show up at their convenience.  I will Never buy from this company again.  Never.

CAUTION! This plumber hires unlicensed individuals to do the work and does not supervise. Charged me many thousands of dollars and work was not to code. Property is red tagged and now my tenants don't have gas for hot water or cooking. Now I have to hire another plumber to fix the work. I'm posting this while sitting at the airport on my way home after going out to personally inspect a disastrous work that he did.
And withheld final payment due to all of the issues and the fact that he never actually completed the work. Richard, the owner of the company threatened to tear out all of the pipes that he installed and is threatening to put a lien on my property. He has bullied me threaten to me and now I'm losing rent because of him.
