Our boiler/hot water heater combo unit failed on a Saturday and it was supposed to get down below freezing starting Thursday night... We originally were dealing with a local competitor and having a bad experience so my wife reached out to one of our friends who's husband happens to be a plumber and he works for Allied Plumbing. All I have to say is I'm so very happy she did. The whole crew was great all the way from Derron on down. He gave me as many options as he could and put multiple guys on the job to get me a brand new furnace and tankless hot water heater just in time for the freezing weather. These guys are fair, honest, and truly care about doing a good job and making a customer happy. I will definitely recommend these guys and use them for future business.

I had a serious issue with my tankless water heater and NCB came out the same day. Dominic was able to diagnose the problem and was on the phone with the company for at less 1/2 hour getting the correct replacement for my water heater. Luckily it was still under warranty. Dominic and Marcus were back two days later and had it installed. Marcus came back two days later because there was still air in the lines. Both guys were very professional an overall good guys. I highly recommend NCB for your plumbing needs

Loved they observed Covid19 mandates. The plumber scheduled for my job couldn't make it due to a family emergency but Christian and Richard showed up, assessed what I needed for my bathroom remodel and quickly took care of everything communicating with other contractors working on the project to make sure it will all work together. Everyone thinks of this company for commercial, but they are really good with my home projects and emergencies.

Excellent, EXCELLENT service.  Incredibly fair prices and super nice guys.  They were so nice to my mom and did such a great job.  HIGHLY recommend!

James was wonderful. He returned my call while I was still trying to leave him a message. He had an opening and came by that afternoon. A simple drain clog that he had fixed quickly and with no extras.

I would not recommend this company. We had Enrique do some work for us in the kitchen. We were not satisfied with the job. When we expressed our concerns (same day) he said there would be an additional fee to come out and fix it, he considered the job done since we signed the invoice. He offers a minimum 90 day warranty yet doesn't follow through with it. He insisted that we pay with cash, for a discount, yet wouldn't give us a breakdown of the cost. He also overcharged us the hourly labor fee. When we questioned him he said it doesn't matter if the project was all day or hourly, it's a flat fee, which is not what we discussed. Dishonest, poor customer service, poor work quality, that is what this company represents. Stay far away.

Mark's Plumbing just put a new water heater in our mobile home, and as usual, the plumbers were fast, efficient, friendly and thorough. The job came in under the estimate.  This was our second experience with Mark's;  some years back they had handled a shower-supply problem with minimal fuss and cost.  They are responsive locals, and I trust them.

Sloppy service, overcharging.  $461 to replace one zone valve for a boiler  that they diagnosed quickly as the problem. They charged a 100% mark up on the part PLUS $180 an hour to go get it as it was not on the truck even though they were told they were coming to fix a boiler that would not turn off and this is a common Honeywell part.  I live within Santa Fe city limits. The invoice neither listed the part, the time they spent nor which valve was replaced out of the 6 on the boiler.

     This was after I gave them the benefit of the doubt for the previous visit when they sent a plumber who  fixed the wrong thing because he did not listen and could not diagnose the problem of hot water getting into the cold lines.
   
I called, emailed and wrote a letter to the owner who never called me as I requested. I have been their customer for 6 years but never again.

In case you're searching based on their number... I didn't actually do business with these guys, but I was cutoff  mid-intersection by one of their service vans... ... It must just be one guy, because I'm unable to find anyone reasonable to complain to.

Very unprofessional! I've never left a business review before, but our encounter with Town & Country made our experience with them feel like a SCAM! They are in it to make a buck and do not care that they are taking advantage of a layperson. They came out to check our wall heater that wouldn't ignite. They quoted us over $500 to service it. The owner said there was also a defective part, but when pressed for further details about it, he was reluctant to give us more information. He ended up charging us $240 for a diagnostic because we refused to pay the quoted price. Save your money and steer away from Town & Country Plumbing and Heating!
