Best Plumbing Services in Albuquerque, NM
Again, I am using the services of JP Plumbery to replace a tank water heater, fearing the old one was on its last leg. The unit is located in a utility closet in the center of the house. Mark and Max took the many extra steps to protect the flooring and walls, draining the old tank and replacing some of the older valves and gas lines. The new tank was expertly installed and was easily fit into the tight quarters. The whole job was flawless, and when they left, there was no evidence of any work taking place, other than the new, modern equipment in place and operating as planned.
I wrote an earlier review but can't find it, so I am adding to this review. I was familiar with JP Plumbery's excellent work with an addition and kitchen remodel, working through my general contractor. So when it came time to replace an old tank water heater with a tankless unit (getting set for an ac/furnace/heat pump replacement and ERV installation, so space was an issue), I did not hesitate to call JP Plumbery. Mike and Javier worked through the heat and 40 year old construction to install a Navien tankless unit as well as replacing the old gas lines running on the roof. The work was difficult (and hot), but needless to say the quality of work was excellent, and the unit operates flawlessly. The inspector was quite pleased with the work.

Installed a Swamp cooler a few years ago, and just did some plumbing for us in our bathroom, which required cutting thru a wall to access the piping. Excellent work. Great company, professional, fast, very reasonable. The only one we'll call for work we can't handle ourselves

New Mexico Plumbing and Mechanical were very professional, courteous , respectful, and took great care in providing the service without making an extremely hard job really a messy one. I had NM Plumbing & Mechanical install a new refrigerated air conditioning unit, converting from swamp cooling and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire job - from the initial quote for the job, the installation, to recommendations on how the new unit would operate more effectively, to the finished job. Extremely satisfied with the effort made to limit my inconveniences during the whole project.

Great service. Sky came immediately to my office complex to help fix a leak on a hot water heater. The issue was fixed and my tenants were back to doing business in no time. Kindest most trust worthy person to do business with.

I had an ancient boiler for baseboard heat & domestic hot water heater. Both at least 27 years old, really!
Before catastrophic failure, I requested 4 bids from HVAC plumbers. Of the four , 3 submitted bids; 1 suspiciously low & 1 really high & one in the expected range. Only Baker Plumbing sent the actual plumber to do the bid. That is Steven Baker himself. He arrived at the time agreed upon, asked the right questions & got an itemized bid back in 1 day. Work started on time and finished when anticipated. He came in on target with no overcharges. He explained fully & helped getting tech info for custom settings.
Steven Baker plumbing is highly recommended.

Our refrigerated air system stopped working on a Saturday, in the middle of one of the hottest weeks in July. We called bosque to see when their next available maintenance appointment would be available...despite being booked for three days they found a way to come see us the next day and patch up the issue while they got the broken part replaced and installed. The owner himself came and did some work. I appreciate a business owner who is willing to step in for his customers with quality service along side his hardworking team. Will absolutely be recommending these guys.

Main line plugged, whole house on quarantine and they came out and fixed it next day. Easy no judgment and pricing was great! Will definitely use again since my kids love flushing anything but toilet paper.

Excellent service and informed me of things that did not need repair, just adjustment. It was very hot but Dean got everything done. I am hiring them again to re -connect plumbing in new kitchen sink.

Be careful of these guys. Our Condo Board wanted three estimates. The first two firms charged $0 for an estimate (Elite and Cartwright). So I didn't think to ask Caitco how much their estimate would be, and they didn't say when I requested the estimate. I was stunned when the estimator haded me a bill for $350!!! $20 was for gas, the rest for 20 minutes labor. Needless to say, the Board didn't chose Caitco. They figured deceptive practice before we'd even signed on didn't bode well for their behavior afterwards.

Tim has unfortunately been out to my house in Edgewood twice now. Once for a leaky outdoor faucet that had to be replaced and today for the water from my washing machine backing up and onto my floor. Tim is professional and dependable and does a great job, highly recommend! A++

One of the pipes burst on my auto sprinkler system. The first guy that came out to give me a quote wanted to dig up my entire yard and charge me almost 2k to do it. I asked the guy that does my yard if he know of anyone and recommended deerbrooke to me. Rather than digging up my entire yard and charging me 2k, he was able to repair the pipe for $100. I would recommend him to anyone that wants good service and a reasonable price.

I had 4 ductless split-unit HVAC systems installed in my business by Williams Mechanical and they did an excellent job. It was very easy to communicate my specific needs for the units. While the wait was a little long (understandably, because I'm sure there is a high demand for new AC installations in the summer), it was definitely worth it. Now, customers complain about the building being too cold in the building even though it's 100 degrees outside. These guys know what they're doing and I'm glad that chose to work with such a competent and professional company.

Was overcharged for a simple tankless water heater flush. Two men sent for a one person job, one who didn't do any work other than translating for the one who did all the work. Nice enough fellows but poorly equipped. Drain hose was connected without a washer and ended up spraying water all over mechanical room/garage. Call someone else.

Terrible rude never retuned calls. Would not recommend. Didn't clean up after job. Don't hire

There were out twice and never found the leak, even after we showed them n cereal photo of where the water line was located. They told us the next time they came out they would have to use an even more expensive technology and charge us even more to try to find the lek. I contacted them a week ago to come back out and look, but they never contacted me after that. It is just as well, I found the leak on my own - it was on a spot where I showed them the water line was located.
