We contracted with Carroll Plumbing to do major plumbing work for us at a home that we gutted and completely renovated. They did extensive work for us including: moving refrigerator water lines, capping old shower drains and relocating them, adding a pot filler water line, installing all of our plumbing fixtures, removing of old plumbing fixtures, installation of the most massive hood vent system I've ever seen, fixing toilet heights due to changing from thick saltillo tile to ceramic flooring, gosh...what else?!?   They were great and often with little to no design plans; which is a long story!  Through it all, they were professional and very nice.  Out of all of the stuff they did, we had one small fitting that had an issue. I called them around 6-7pm when we discovered the issue and they came out to our home immediately to fix it. We will definitely use them in the future.   Thank you!!

Had a small job in the closet. The rod and L bar came down. Rich from punch list came out and did a great job on the repair. He also checked an electrical issue I had . Very nice and professional. He had all the tools and was prepared. I will use him again. His prices are competitive I didn't feel like he was taking advantage of the job.

I was very pleased with the work and responsiveness of Amity. I had a water heater problem at our house in the evening and not only did amity respond quickly to my late evening call but they were were able to come out to the house quickly, diagnose the problem, and fix it in an hour.

Amity makes it a point to have the owner on every job. I can see why - he was a pleasure to work with and will be first on my list for my next plumbing job.

If you want a plumber, or just converting spring and fall heating and cooling, this is who you want.  John is prompt, will come right away if you have an emergency, does excellent work, and charges a modest rate.  We have been using him for several years now, and have never had a complaint.  He cleans up after any work he does; he is friendly and knows a lot about his business.  Give him a try

I was having one of the worst days EVER before they showed up!  Woke up to a burst pipe...on a Friday.  I called 3 other plumbing companies with no luck in availability for same day service before Reliant came to the rescue!  The owner, technician and receptionist were all AMAZING!!! The technician was fast and made recommendations for repairs I will need in the near future.  The cost of the repair he did complete was a blessing! No need to keep searching for another plumbing company!  Call them today!

We called All About Heatung and Cooling on Friday 7/10/2021. My mother is disabled and on a very fixed income.  It was 94 degrees in her house and the swamp cooler was not cooling. Miguel answered our call and was empathetic to my mom's tight budget. He had someone out in about 30 minutes and about 20 minutes after arrival the issue was resolved.  One burned out pump replacement and my disabled mom was able to breathe easy again. They quoted her a price and gave her another discount at the end. Great service and kind hearted people. Definitely recommend

Ali, Matthew, and the rest of the Sunshine Plumbing family, tremendous customer service, quick and efficient work...it's very hard to find outstanding customer service in ABQ...these folks delivered...will definitely continue to utilize their services!

It feels like I got charged 200.00 for a referral to another plumber who charged me the same but took care of the problem .

Service was good. Problem solved. Guy charged us for standing around gabbing time, lesson learned- lol- overall good service. Should the need arise, will most likely give them a call.

Don't use the guys. Cancelled the first appointment With some sob story and Devin even promised he would be early the next day and offer a discount for canceling after he said he was already on the way. Next day no show and wouldn't return a text or phone call. Please don't waste your time with these guys as they will just stand you up and waste your time.

They would not fix a problem that was from poor workmanship. Something that could have been fixed in a few minutes.  I was lol joe have to pay someone else to fix a job that I already paid for

One of their drivers (probably the owner, since he's the one who answered the phone) nearly ran me off of the road when I was passing him, despite having signaled before doing so, and laying on my horn as he continued the move into my lane, pushing me into the median. Afterward, he flipped me off. After calling to complain, I got the driver on the phone, who didn't care that he had done what he did. Do not use this business. They have a shocking lack of concern for other people or their safety.

They have some employees that map your property and come back to rob you.  I would not recommend them unless they clean house.  We will be reporting crimes soon.
