Best Plumbing Services in Reno, NV

This is my go-to plumber for my vacation home in Tahoe Donner.  Timely, professional and fair-priced (not cheap).  I've used them twice to fix toilets.  Courteous, they are pleasant to deal with.  Highly recommend.

What can I say?  Jerry is our hero.  Had a leak in our main water line in Tahoe Donner requiring detection, excavation and repair.  TDPUD said the leak was on our side of the meter and our responsibility.  After many mansplaining plumbers with bad and/or false information we found Jerry.  We had to wait because he's a busy guy, likely because he is honest, fair, conscientious and the nicest guy imaginable.  He came over and got the job done, and for a reasonable price.  If you have a problem like ours (which seems to be happening a lot in Tahoe Donner) call Jerry at Lakeview Plumbing.  He's the best.

The guys at B&B did a great job on the plumbing for our home reconstruction. They encountered several unexpected challenges (another worker threw their pipes away, the excavator cut a line by mistake, etc.) they handled each challenge with good humor, and made sure everything was working properly. They gave me a good heads up before shutting off the water, and kept me informed how much longer it would be off. They were professional, friendly, and did a good job. I would definitely use them again!

Nick and his crew installed a new hydronic heating system in our small home. He provided a fair bid, reasonable timeline, and communicated well throughout the project. He completed the job on time, kept the jobsite clean and organized, and was pleasant to work with throughout. The system operates exactly as advertised and we are very happy. We highly recommend NHC plumbing.

Gates Plumbing just completed installation of a new furnace and a hot water system.  They very professional in their pricing.  They arrived when they said they would and made every effort to get the job done as quickly as possible to keep us from spending a day or two being in a cold home.  The installation looks as good as it operates.

Quick response and was able to resolve our main water supply in a matter of hours.  When I need plumbing services again, I will not hestitate to call Banducci's.

We had a small leak that they said they would come the next day.  They came right on time (and called on their way).  Did good work for a fare price.  
We plan to hire them for additional installation work in the future.

We called Comfort based on high Yelp reviews. Our water heater was not working. Initially, over the phone, Rhett described how to push the reset button. That solution did not work, but we appreciated the effort to try something simple before coming out and charging us. As it turned out, the water heater had a leak and needed to be replaced. Zach did the replacement job. He was friendly, efficient, and all is well with the new water heater. Coincidentally, a relative in Southern California recently had her water heater replaced and the cost was similar to what Comfort charged, leading us believe its charges are reasonable.
If you need a plumber in Nevada County, we recommend Comfort.

Do not use them for septic issues!!! They messed up our septic system and clearly have no understanding about how septic systems work. We had to bring in another company to undo what these guys had done.

I notified Luke Paschall that our in floor radiant heat boiler had gone out and was leaking. He came out the next day to give us a very fair estimate and within a week we had our new energy efficient Rinnai boiler installed. The workmanship is top notch and Aquious was very reliable, always showing up on time and leaving our garage in neat condition. We received prompt, professional phone calls with any of our questions. Mostly it's nice waking up in the morning to warm floors. We highly recommend Aquious for their master workmanship.

Had Huff Heating and Air diagnose my heater that wasn't working. After inspection, the Huff technician called to indicate a pressure switch had failed and the replacement part and labor would be $325. A quick internet search indicated the part cost between $15 and $30, depending on shipping. My local parts place wanted $40 (known to be high retail but has the part in stock). I call the technician back and tell him thanks but no thanks and pay the $79 service fee. I spend my lunch hour buying the part and going up onto the roof to replacing the part (1 screw, two slip-on electrical connections, and one rubber hose). The reason for 2 stars is that scheduling the service was fast/efficient and they showed up on time.

These folks are excellent. We arrived at our condo Sunday afternoon and discovered we had no heat. I left a message and they came out Monday and diagnosed the problem. The part (a fan motor) was not on-hand, but the technician said he'd be back the next day with it and he was. While he was at it, he replaced a section of exhaust pipe that was leaking and generally gave our furnace a good inspection. We're quite pleased with the results, and the price was in line with expectations.

I wish I could give negative stars. My home warranty company hired this company to address my furnace. This company took 2 weeks to come to my house. The tech guy came out and was telling me the warranty company would just buy me out if I needed a new heater, said my heater was too small for my house and lied to me. He did absolutely nothing. He left after lighting the pilot light low and behold the next day the pilot was out again. I called the warranty place and they were told a part needed to be ordered then I get an email indicating my service was completed!! Another call to the warranty company they dispatched a new company who came out and replaced a small wire metal looking part and everything is working perfectly. I asked about the size and the new tech indicated it's the biggest one they make! This company just wanted money! Do not use!
