Five stars across the board for JM Plumbing. We totally lucked out that they could come to the house right away. Josh was so sweet and helpful...we'd had trouble with both of our toilets over the past 2 years and thought for sure they both needed to be replaced but he fixed them both up in less than 30 minutes!!!! Had a water leak in my Main line from the meter to the House in Truckee.  Joe Davis responded quickly and professionally executed an agreed upon plan to dig, locate and repair the leak.
Joe is professional, had a good assistant do the digging to locate the leak.
Joe then jumped into the mud and repaired the Copper Pipe leak, a messy job.   They repaired the french drain removed to find the leak, and cleaned up the area.
Joe knows his stuff.  I would not hesitate to call him again for any plumbing needs.   Rate 5 out of 5

Received several bids from a few companies to replace a water heater. The first company said that the water heater required replacement right away & wanted to do it right then. However, their price appeared really high so we told them that we wanted to get more bids from other companies before making any decision. All said & done,  we went with Clearview Plumbing & dealt directly with Frank. He was very nice, his price was the lowest & his contract was clear & concise. We were very satisfied with his work!!

A few months after getting our water heater replaced, the same company that did our first bid also did an inspection on my moms water heater. They also told her that hers required replacement right away & wanted to do it right then. He price was also pretty high. My mom called me stressed out but I suggested she get more bids & also recommended Clearview Plumbing. Frank did an inspection of her water heater & told her that she actually didn't require a new water heater as of yet & that she still has several years left. Very discouraged with that other company for trying to take advantage by making it seem as though the replacement was necessary to do right then with both my mom & I! Very grateful that we found Frank & I now recommend his business to everyone!!

Got up to my place after the power had been out for 48 hours to find that the heater and nest system was not working. The house was registering at a whopping 43° and when I left Hoffman plumbing a message it was returned within 10 minutes. Jonas and his team were responsive, polite and assisted me in not freezing to death overnight! I'd recommend them any day of the week.

Price gouge alert!
Joe charged me $2200 for a 40 gallon bradford white water heater + installation. To put that into perspective, I called several other local plumbers, and they charged between $1250-1850 for the same water heater + installation.  long story short, I called Joe and caught him in the price gouge, and we negotiated for a lower price of $1850. During that call, Joe even claimed that consumers couldn't purchase water heaters without a plumbers license. He also tried to gaslight me and say Looks like I am going to take a bath on this one. Joe tried to take advantage of me because he sensed I didn't know anything about plumbing. Very dishonest service.

We recently did a complete remodel of our kitchen literally from floors to ceilings and all appliances in between.  HTA Plumbing moved water lines, propane lines and then reconnected the same to new places within the kitchen.  John and team were professional, punctual, friendly and most of all had compassion for all we were going through.  I Thank You!

Craig deserves some good ol' praise!  I've had plumbing issues at my home, rental property and business. I own a salon and plumbing problems are an inherent part of the business.  Over the past 30 days my salon has had slow draining sinks, faucets leaking and issues with my water heater.  I called Remedy Plumbing Service and Craig arrived within 2 hours.  He quickly analyzed the cause of the problems, explained to me what needed to be done and quoted a price.  I gave the go ahead and he promptly went to work.  A few hours later my problems were gone. Craig made it possible to keep my salon open that day.  I've used Remedy Plumbing in the past and I've always been satisfied with his work but in this case he made it possible to keep the salon doors open that day. His professionalism put my mind at ease so I could concentrate on the salon.  Thanks Craig for all your help. Also worth mentioning is the final bill was less than the quoted price!  So happy to have you on my side.  Thank you again for a job well done!

Save yourself the trouble and headache! Absolutely do not do business with this company. They broker out your information to 3rd parties without your permission or even disclosing it! Then doesn't take any responsibility for the work they do, and you have no recourse because you can't even find the shady and unaccountable company they dispatched to you! Buyer beware!!

Oh and when I called them to discuss the issue, I let them know I'd be writing a review so people would know about this 3rd party practice they use, and the manager said, 'we don't care, there'll be enough other reviews to drown it out and people won't read it' so they're banking on doing this without you knowing.

We discovered a huge leak in the irrigation supply line in my back yard - water gushing out of a couple rain water drain pipes but not connected to the irrigation system.  Had to turn off the water to the back yard which meant my landscaping was in danger due to summer heat and no water. Katy VanGorder of Katy's Organic Yard Maintenance recommended American Leak Detection after we were unable to find the leak. I called on Monday morning and got an appointment for the next day, Tuesday. Office staff were responsive, pleasant and professional.
Using their specialized equipment, the technicians were able to isolate the area of the leak which they marked with a flag so we would know where to excavate to uncover the pipes.  Fortunately, my son was able to dig out the soil, find the broken pipes and repair them.  (This saved a lot of money since American Leak Detection's prices for that type of work are quite high).  But for finding the leak (which was in a distant and unexpected area) they were the best - they did the job with speed and expertise.

We have worked with Hoffman for several projects at multiple properties. They are quick to respond, arrive when they are scheduled and complete issues efficiently.

They quoted me over $2200 to put a swamp cooler up. Mind you we had already purchased the swamp cooler/motor and water line and there was an existing switch in our home as well as duct work from the previous cooler. The only thing we needed extra was a roof jack. While the guy was at my home he actually suggested that in the meantime I could go to Walmart and get a window unit and just return it. Not cool, that's dishonest as all heck. Even if their price was reasonable I wouldn't have had them do the work because of that comment. They told me their price was so high because of them being licensed HVAC and all and calling a handyman maybe a better option. I called another licensed HVAC company the next day they came out and estimated it and did the job for $600.

Excellent customer service. We are in the middle of selling our house and have called 3-5 plumbing services for estimates and were not hearing back. Got a recommendation to call Brian for plumbing needs. I left a message and he called me back with in a half hour and with in a hour at my door for an estimate. Not only was the estimate very fairly priced but he competed the work right then and there! Incredible! Call these guys for your plumbing needs! They do residential and business!

I needed a plumber for a leak and luckily, they were able to come out the same day, actually
within an hour.  Donna was very helpful in trying to get us taken care as soon as possible.
Tom came out and fixed what was needed as well as took care of another problem.  We are very happy with the service that we received and will use them again.
