Requested a quote for Gary's Plumbing through yelp for our garbage disposal that wasn't working and received a response in less than 10 minutes. They showed up at our house less than a day after contacting them. The customer service was excellent.

As it turns out our disposal was jammed and Gary was able to fix it right away. He could of easily charged me for the full quote given but since it was an easy fix he only charged me for a few minutes of his time. Erica was prompt and kind as well.

I feel like Gary's Plumbing went above and being given this wasn't an emergency by any means and I will be calling them first for any future issues.

Thanks a bunch for putting my pipes all together last month. When I came to Tahoe dinner to ski that weekend, I couldn't believe what cold temperatures can do to the pipes. You are a live saver dude. I owe you big cold beer when I visit Truckee some time in May. Have a wonderful day.

I recently installed a Rinnai tankless water heater. Their built-in recirculating pump was just OK and did not allow for multiple sensors and I do not have a dedicated return line. After calling Chilipepper I installed 3 pumps. One on my kitchen and two in my bathrooms. They work great and no more wasted water. I live in Las Vegas and hated seeing all that water going down the drain waiting for hot water to reach my sinks. So much better now. And the most affordable product of its kind by far.

Jamie is reliable, efficient and extremely pleasant to work with. He converted my home from propane to natural gas and took care of all the tedious steps, ensuring everything (permits, inspections, working with subcontractors, etc) was taken care of and done well. I wasn't totally happy with an issue with my water heater (NOT his fault) and he agreed it wasn't ideal and came to make it right. I will always call Jamie first when I'm need of any job!

Allen was personable, on time, gave great service and reasonably priced as a plumber.  I highly recommend.

Mike provides excellent service. I contacted him based on other reviews, and wasn't disappointed. He came over and cleaned out the entire sewer line and got my plumbing back up and running. The day beforehand, he was also able to walk me through a few steps to diagnose the issue helping to save time, which I was really impressed with. When he did come over, he was efficient, got straight to work, and it was clear he had the best equipment on hand and expertise to get the job done. I've hired other plumbers in the area and have been far from impressed at times, so this experience was a breath of fresh air. I'll be referring Mansfield plumbing to others in need and look forward to being able to reach out again in the future.

I was so impressed by my interaction with Brian from All Good Plumbing! Brian is extremely professional, and is friendly, communicative, punctual and did an amazing job fixing my sink, toilet and bathtub in less than twenty minutes! I can say that outstanding service was provided at my home.  Brian  called prior to arrival and gave me a window of time of when he would arrive. He was ready to help me with all of my issues and explained how to fix the various plumbing issues in an affordable way.  I am so impressed with All Good Plumbing and I will refer them to many friends around the area.

Our 20+ year old solar system finally had a leak in the the coil located in the attic.  Two other plumbing companies had a hand in trying to fix what was originally pronounced a fairly simple, cheap problem but, after racking up $650 in bills, I had parts but the repairs weren't finished and the system wasn't operational.  I moved on to D&D, just based on their website and that they worked on solar.  Alan was the first contact and he finished up the actual plumbing connections to the water heater.  He was very professional and focused.  I asked for a demo on how all the valves etc worked, particularly how to shut everything down if there was a problem in the future.  We decided a video would be a good idea for future reference and now I have that on file so I can take care of it myself!  The plumbing was repaired but the system failed to restart so Alan called in Jerry, one of the owners I believe, and he diagnosed a bad master controller.  After all that time and $$, I was about to just cut the whole thing off and call it but Jerry was determined to get it going again.  I got a bid for the balance of what he thought he could do and, whereas it wasn't cheap, it was fair for all the effort he put in. Jerry mentioned he thought he had a replacement for the original controller back at his shop. A few days later, there he was with an old...vintage...box with my 20+ year old model controller!  I told him I felt like he was Willy Wonka, kind of magical!  I was fascinated by how dogged and interested in all this he was!  He worked with the original controller for a few hours, systematically trying to make it work.  Unfortunately, it didn't and again I was about to give up.  Not Jerry!  He went away for another week or so, drew up a schematic and fabricated it and came back for another couple of hours.  Problem solved.  The system is working perfectly, it looks great with all the nice, new parts and I am so happy with everything D&D did.  It wasn't simple.  It wasn't cheap, like the first plumber told me.  (That's the point where I may have just not repaired it but I got bad information. )  D&D pulled it out and got it going again with some real dedication and smarts.  I never felt like it wouldn't get done, even though it was a true project.  It's good for another 20!

Unbelievable!!! Friday night around 10pm hot water heater leaking all over the garage. We waited until Sat morning after stopping the flow of water assuming we were done for and looking at a new hot water heater. Not the case at all!! Called around 8am and Daniel showed up about an hour later. Turns out the overflow valve was faulty and he was able to repair it for a couple hundred bucks including the emergency service call fee!!! Kinda love the fact that selling us a new hot water heater wasn't Plan A. We have a new plumber here in Minden and you should too! Thanks so much Daniel and High Quality Plumbing!!!

The water was very hard here & some of the sinks & water valves had build up / leaking. The A/C unit wasn't putting out much air flow. I called Walker River Mechanical & Matt came over with some ideas. His team replaced the sinks, repaired the leaks, installed a soft water treatment with R/O water to the sink & fridge. The A/C unit had a leak on the main unit - sealed & everything is wonderful. The team was professional / cleaned up their mess & they stand by the work provided. I can't thank them enough so I wanted to tell everyone here.

I had a water leak on my main line out by the street. I called at least 10 different plumbers. I all of them wanted me to fully expose the broken line. I dug out what I could, to ensure I was close to the leak, but I couldn't find it exactly when the water company shut the water meter off. I was without water for 24 hours before finding Easy Rooter Plumbing. They were the first company that didn't care about the type or location of the leak. All they said was It's unacceptable for you to be without water for that long. We'll have someone out there immediately. What a huge relief! They had everything fixed in a couple hours, and since I had done most of the digging and volunteered to backfill the hole, they didn't charge for dirt work. The final bill was $675, which considering emergency service calls are $400/hr, was more than reasonable. They were there when I needed them! Great work and a fair price.

Our very old water heater broke down and Thayne at IHS Plumbing came out promptly and worked to put in a new one till 8:30 at night! That is great dedication and we we really appreciated the excellent service!! I highly recommend them!

After being neglected and getting the run around from the manufactured home dealer we bought the home from last year, we were so LUCKY to find John and his crew -- they fixed all of the problems!  This included everything from re-leveling, repairing the roof (in a big way), fixing leaking windows, to replacing the belly wrap and other items underneath the house.  They completed the job on time and were very reasonably priced; they arrived when promised and showed themselves to be a professional hard-working company.  We will for sure use them for all of our future needs.  THANKS GUYS! :)

I was referred to this plumber and told his company was very reliable. His company did a replumb but refused to follow up with final inspection from the city after multiple requests and knowing that it is a vacation home with me living out of the area. When I checked with the city officials they confirmed that he knows he needs to follow the protocol and call for final inspection. It would have taken him very little effort to do a very basic act of customer service common in the skilled trades- calling for final inspection.

He had a $13,000 second job estimated on my property but lost that bid due to his negative uncooperative and unprofessional attitude.

I wouldn't recommend hiring him until he gets cured from his plumber princess syndrome and too cool for school attitude.

Go with a more professional company who will follow city protocols.

I was in need of a fast furnace repair during an unexpected cold spell from our wonderful Nevada unpredictable weather. Our family was cold and we couldn't get our furnace running no matter what we did. Bob at Lamb's Heating was courteous, informative and had our home warm and cozy faster than I could get anyone else out here. I worked for a Heating & Air company for 8 years in the past, so I know what a good service tech is all about. I later referred this company to a friend who got an incredible install as well. Do yourself a favor and give these guys a call next time you need service and / or installation needs. Bravo!
