I so appreciate Alpine Plumbing! they came to the rescue in 15 minutes when I reached out because I couldn't get my pilot light lit. I installed the Chilipepper CP 9000 hot water recirculating pump in my bathroom to have hot water available in the morning when washing up and showering.  For about 4 years the pump worked flawlessly.  It then began to act up and would turn on some of the time and finally stopped working.  I contacted Chilipepper Sales and received a quick response.  It was suggested to replaced the temperature sensor which was promptly sent to me.  After replacing the part the pump began to again run flawlessly.  The customer service at Chilipepper and their help in trying to troubleshoot my issue was outstanding.

Recently had Brimer do some plumbing work on my place in Tahoe.  He and his crew showed up on time and completed the job quickly.  Mind you this was when pipes were freezing all over Tahoe and it was the day after New Years!  So very happy with the service.  Not the cheapest guys in the world, but hey sometimes you get what you pay for.

I have mixed reviews here. I liked the service that I received from Javier but he took my word for what was wrong and fixed my Recirculation pump for $ 400 bucks when all that needed fixing was a hose that would have been much cheeper and faster to fix. I was hearing a whiney noise and assumed it was the bearings in the pump but when Javier finished that was still a whine. He determined after replacing the pump that it was merely an old gas hose from the heater to the water heater that was making the noise. I wish he would have determined that before installing a new pump that was most likely ok still and was just a few years old. Javier was friendly and gave advise on how to make the new pump last longer and it was hard to stay mad at him for the unnecessary repair.

However, what really makes the review less that 4 or 5 stars is that the pump seems overly loud and I spoke with Lamont who promised to come look at it, however he has not shown up twice and now is ignoring my requests to check on Javier's install of the pump and see if the noise is normal. the new pump is louder than the old one that was still fine. It seems like once Allen Plumbing has your money, that any follow up is not important to them. That is my opinion of my service.

My well house flooded and Daniel was at my house in under 20 minutes, ready and willing to complete the required repairs immediately.  He was very friendly and knowledgeable.  He was finished in under an hour and now I can take a shower.  Definitely the first place I will call next time I have any issues with my well

I called this place up & they scheduled us to come out the next day.  Joseph came & pumped out our septic tank & hooked us up with a plumber to fix our pump. He was very polite & courteous & helped us out so we could use our water until the pump gets repaired. We appreciate his help & work & would use this company again. Thank you Joseph!

Coming home at 6pm after being gone for 2 weeks, to a failed tankless water heater, right before New Year's Eve was not ideal. I was dreading for either the cost to have a plumber come out at after hours rates or having to wait days or weeks not having hot water during one of Reno's coldest New Years on record, and while also having an 8 month pregnant wife at home. So I reluctantly but frantically started calling around to local plumbers.

Calling Mansfield Plumbing and speaking with Mike (owner), explaining my predicament, was an immediate lift of stress off my shoulders. He was very empathetic for my situation and even with his busy schedule and the holiday, he came out first thing the next day to look at the problem and come up with a plan. 1 day later, he was replacing my tankless water heater. He frequently communicated with me, offered transparent and fair pricing, and above all, is just an absolute great person to work with. Not an ounce of anything but honesty from Mike. Never tried to upsell us for things we don't need, and went the extra mile to do the job the right way.

He has earned a lifetime of business from us and will be the first recommendation to anyone we know looking for an honest, reliable plumber.

Brian from All Good Plumbing and Drains went the extra mile to send someone out to our house in Grass Valley the day after we called to snake a utility sink drain and replace a kitchen sprayer hose. Isaac came out and did an awesome thorough job fixing everything we asked. He had to snake from two places because our backup was quite severe. He was very personable, clean, and professional. And he's a really nice sincere guy. The cost was very reasonable; we were expecting to pay a lot more so we were pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend All Good Plumbing and we will definitely call them in future for all our plumbing needs.

We wanted to give a high recommendation as we are so pleased with the work by D and D Plumbing today! We had a few items that we needed help with including a regulator that was not working with our house water pressure at 120psi, our hot water heater was making noises after trying to unsuccesfully clean it out and drain it ourselves, and an expansion chamber that was not working.  Albert came out, he was so pleasant to have at our house, he fixed and replaced the items needed without any push at all to replace our water heater (that is 18 yrs old now), he was sharp, helpful, and we are so very glad we called D and D. They have our highest recommendation and we will definitely use them again whenever we need a plumber!!

Daniel and Eric came by same day to fix a leak at the main valve to our irrigation system. I cannot thank them enough for the knowledge, timeliness and expertise with fixing our issue. After several other plumbing services did not answer our phone calls or were booked at least a week out, I was happy to have found High Quality Plumbing and will definitely use their services again.

Walker River Mechanical is fantastic.  I have a home service warranty through American Home Shield and usually for emergencies it takes days for a company to get to my house.  However, Walker River Mechanical was on the scene in less than an hour and a half.   Justin was very friendly, professional, and methodical.  He had the job done in very short order and we had hot water again!

Have done business with Easy Rooter for years--consistently high quality and professional work and just nice people to deal with.   Karl did the repair and clean out this go round and is very competent and professional and cleaned the areas thoroughly afterward which is for me a real plus when the plumber comes.      Scheduling these days usually involves some wait time but I just find something to do while waiting--the house is very clean.

This company was really excellent.  I called (and they immediately answered the phone!) and I spoke to a knowledgeable girl named Taylor who had Tracy the plumber up to my house in less than an hour!  We live in a very affluent community in South Reno and often get gouged by inflated prices and quotes for things we don't need.  Not IH&S plumbing.  They were honest, quick and efficient and only did the necessary work .  Extremely impressive from start to finish.  Can't go wrong with this company.

After being neglected and getting the run around from the manufactured home dealer we bought the home from last year, we were so LUCKY to find John and his crew -- they fixed all of the problems!  This included everything from re-leveling, repairing the roof (in a big way), fixing leaking windows, to replacing the belly wrap and other items underneath the house.  They completed the job on time and were very reasonably priced; they arrived when promised and showed themselves to be a professional hard-working company.  We will for sure use them for all of our future needs.  THANKS GUYS! :)

Riley Plumbing & Heating did a great job on installing a replacement heater at my place in Squaw. They showed up on time, did a clean install and finished off the job like true pros. The new system is great and they completed the work for the bid price, which I think was a great value.

They came out to do routine service on my furnace on Oct 17th 2019. Les the guy that came out just fiddled with my furnace, replaced nozzle, filter etc. Before Les left he gave me his cell phone number and told me that if there are any more problems with my furnace that He's doing me a huge favor by taking the call and not Lambs. That night furnace stopped working, no heat!

On Oct 19th, 2019 I had a ABL chimney sweep come clean my furnace, chimney and everything. They did an awesome job!

That night Oct 19th, 2019 I texted Les telling him that I was without heat and had my furnace cleaned. He told me that he would be over at my place the next day to service my furnace again. Reminding me that he's doing me a huge favor for taking the call and not Lambs. Les came over on his day off. He talked to himself a lot and mumbled about both my starter boxes were probably the cause for my furnace not working. He told me that he had to leave and drive back home to get parts and run errands. He returns later in the afternoon and replaces both parts with used parts that didn't work. He fired up my furnace with a yellow jump start cable told me that I'm good to go on heat again. Removed the cable and charged an extra $50 an hour for his so called favor. That night my furnace wouldn't start, no heat! Les left one of the starter boxes that he replaced unscrewed, totally loose and not even wired to my furnace.

Today Oct 29th, 2019 I was able to find a much more reliable heating company to come and repair the mess that Les did to my furnace.

Lambs lost my total complete trust in them after years of service with them. Lambs you lost a customer!
