I had a hot water heater problem a few days before Christmas with a house full of family and guests. Sarah took my call and was so king and genuinely wanted to help. She coordinated Sean ( plumber) to come over within 2 hours and trouble shoot. He went above and beyond to fix it. I can't say enough about the service and prompt attention . Highly recommend.

Tech showed up half hour late and overcharged me
In two ways. Unacceptable.

We recently did a complete remodel of our kitchen literally from floors to ceilings and all appliances in between. HTA Plumbing moved water lines, propane lines and then reconnected the same to new places within the kitchen. John and team were professional, punctual, friendly and most of all had compassion for all we were going through. I Thank You!
