Used Cary's company to replace all 3 toilets in our house, as well as all of the inside plumbing lines.

Let me start by saying the price was fair and the plumber they sent, Ken, was on time. He did a great job, was personable and answered all of my questions...including some dumb ones, I'm sure!

Quality work at a fair price--what's not to like?

David came and repaired my plumbing issue quickly. He was professional knowledgeable with my issue. I would recommended him for your plumbing needs. He was highly recommended to me .

I can't say enough about this company, they are reliable, courteous and very knowledgeable and  very economical. Dave and Barb are a husband and wife team who are very thorough and the nicest people ever. I Have a given their card out to all of my friends, this is absolutely the best bang for the buck

The recirculating pump on our hot water system was on it's last legs.  We called Don, who responded promptly, and asked that we text him pictures of the existing system.

He found a much better (and quieter) replacement for us, and was able to install it the next day.  Both Don and his son Andrew were a pleasure to work with; professional, pleasant, on-time.

I called Fabian first thing in the morning and he came out same day to fix a leak issue and setup a bypass for my leaking water filter. Fabian was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He gave the option to have the work done same day on a weekend at a higher rate or during normal business hours on Monday at a lower rate.
The work was done quickly and professionally and I will definitely call him again the next time I need a plumber.

Fernando, helped my client and I with a sewer inspection. Fernando was just great. He was a straight up guy, reasonable in price, and committed to serving the client! He got back to us quickly and stayed in communication throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend his services!

Long review, but I feel you need the backstory.

My tub was slow to drain, and I purchased a Home Warranty a couple years ago, so I put in a claim. The company sent out Roto Rooter. I figured, it's a National company, so they should be able to fix this, right?

Well, after the guys said they snaked the drain about 10 feet, the snake wouldn't go any farther. They said, because the house was old, the line needed to be replaced. Sounded reasonable. The bill after snaking the line was over $260! AND....my tub drained slower than before they got there!

In comes Rooter Bee's AJ. He was super logical even on the phone call, and was able to come out the next day. He was prompt, clean, courteous, and incredibly smart and logical in diagnosing what could be happening.

AJ did a full diagnosis before starting to work, which the other plumbers did not. He went into the crawl space and found MY LINE HAD ALREADY BEEN REPLACED!!!  Roto Rooter's guys never went into the crawl space, and if I had taken their professional opinion, they would've charged me for a replacement that was unnecessary!

After coming out of the crawlspace, AJ snaked the drain, and in 20 minutes, it was cleared. His invoice to me was LESS than Roto Rooter, and my problem was fixed!

As long as he will have me as a client, AJ will be my one and only plumber!

Jay has done a lot of work at our house. He's quick on email and always comes back when I have questions.
I'm really happy to have such a great plumber whenever things go horribly wrong.

Not much to say. I had a leak. I called a large local company but they didn't have time for over a week. These guys instead came highly recommended by a friend. They arrived when scheduled, same day. Fixed it fast. Didn't try to upsell me. Charged a fair price, a bit less than the estimate even. They will be my go-to plumbers from now on. Luis did the work.

November 24, 2020, Roto-Rooter came to help fix a plumbing issue, snaked my clean out, and charged me $430. The next day, the issue still occurred, and they charged me another $350. Now it's 2022, and the problem still happens. Roto-Rooter doesn't know what they're doing and I don't recommend them.

I had problems with my toilet getting backed up. I called ppd and they sent some kid out to snake the drain and he  BROKE the TOILET!!!!! This company hires people that don't know what they are doing! Worst plumbing service EVER!!!!

These guys are amazing. I called my home warranty people the night before they arrived and they immediately had someone ready to go for the next morning between 8:30 and 10:00 a.m. I told the dispatcher that I needed someone to take care of my leaking sink all before 10:00 and let me tell you- he made it happen !!!. Josh arrived at my home right around 8:30, immediately diagnosed the leaking sink problem, sawed off a pipe with a sawzall, drove to Home Depot for a part, came back, replaced everything, and I had a brand new, shiny, left side sink drain all by about 9:50, 10 min. before my deadline. Very friendly and fast. I loved the fact that he didn't mind wearing booties into my home on the carpet, especially since one of the last plumbers that came out told me that OSHA prohibited him from taking his shoes off in our home ( which is our rule) so he just walked through our home on the carpet with his dirty boots. Not Josh !!! This guy was very respectful, fast and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect plumber ! A true professional !!! Thank you so much Josh and Friendly Plumbing INC !!! Top notch oufit that put their money where their mouth was and did exactly what they said they would do.

Had a new garbage disposal to install...CNC was recommended by another business in Fernley that has excellent service. So I tried calling CNC 3 or 4 times with no answer, so I left 2 messages at 2 different numbers and no return call after 24 hours. Guess they make more money than they need.

Had to call a company out of Sparks to come do the work!

Be careful they quoted me 59.00 dollars to come out and they charged me 119.00 Big fat LIE they will charge this amount just to come look, go for the ads that say FREE estimates
