Make sure you get everything in writing! I had a plumbing leak and was under quoted by almost $1,000.00! Then they left a portion unfinished and I received an additional bill for $250 to finish the job that should have been included in the first $4,300.00.

They did finish the job, but terrible communication between the manager and his workers and I would not use them again. I suggest getting quotes from other companies because I felt I was significantly over charged!

Nothing like being 400 miles away and you get a call saying you have a busted gas pipe. I was able to coordinate with Brian on the same day not only to have him look at it but he actually repaired the valve on the same day! I'm sure this is not always the case but he managed to fit me in on his already busy schedule. I would give 6 stars if allowed

Had Trevor do some plumbing work at my home in Folsom.  Cannot say enough good things about the work.  He took the time to get the job done right and would not leave until the work was completed correctly and to my satisfaction.

I will be using his services again in the future.

Kevin Comstock with Precision Plumbing came out March 25 to re-rout the fresh water lines to a bathroom I was remodeling, to set the toilet on that new bathroom tile floor with a recessed flange, to change out all of the original full-turn fresh water valves in the house to quarter-turn faucets, and to rebuild our two leaking exterior faucets. I couldn't believe how fast he was at getting everything done. And I don't mean fast as he cuts corners - he does everything right and he makes sure he has a level of redundancy (belt and suspender type redundancy) built into his work so you don't have a problem after he leaves.

Kevin is super nice, super easy to work with, and super efficient! I gave his name and number to a neighbor seeking a good plumber and she was very happy with the work he did for her.

Precision Plumbing is based in Carson City, but Kevin is the guy that services the Reno and Sparks area.

This was my first time connecting with a plumber via Yelp and I could not be more pleased!  Luke arrived a few minutes early, which I really like.  The work was done quickly and the result was a flawless repair.  I really appreciate owner run businesses, they take great pride in their work and go the extra mile.  Ohnstad Pluming is now my go to plumber.  Highly recommend you use him for your plumbing needs and, yes, the 530 area code is correct. :)

Called John from a reference from our realtor and boy is he a number I will keep on hand.  We had some funny acting toilets and a slow draining shower.  He came as promised and even returned later in the day to continue the job with parts he had to pick up.  He also gave us GREAT advice for closing up our cabin for the winter to avoid frozen pipes and said if we needed anything, give him a call.  WOW, that is incredible service and ever so nice. I will definitely call on John again if needed.

Very prompt in responding to my inquiries. They really did a great job in buying new toilets for us and installing them. We were really satisfied with their work.

It was 3° outside, we had no water in our house.  A pipe (copper) had burst under the house in an area hard to reach.  Gore Plumbing sent someone out promptly and he replaced the section of copper pipe in less than an hour, competent, professional, polite.  We're very grateful, our day no longer ruined.  Highly recommended!

Great experience!  Needed a water line run and a couple minor issues looked at.  Chad came out; he was both on time and courteous.  He ran the line, fixed the issues, and earned a customer for as long as I'm in Reno.  Five Stars!

A shout out to 3 stellar peeps at Savage and Sons 1.)Kathleen for coordinating with the timeline with 2 separate projects -my dads kitchen sink and shampoo sink at my work having one technician bouncing between the 2 projects following up on appts and post appts.
2.)Robbie listened and asked questions with the challenges presented with previous work done earlier this year by a different technician. He was accessible and fair with the process with excellent customer service with unique circumstances.
3.)Technician Brandon Henson did seamless finish work correcting /adapting safely shampoo sink to a new custom made cabinet figuring it all out and looks great!! My dad is super pleased with his work as well.

They fixed the leak under my sink, and worked on my bathroom, my sink still leaks and the bathroom sink still leaks.  I would try another company as they would not fix it when brought to their attention

TThe owner of this company is  a complete SCUMBAG. He has his phone number listed to call him directly 775-450-6834 DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN. He wasted my time, then disrespected me, then told me he was driving to me to assault me and he would kick my ass in front of my kids. He is a terrible man do not let his fake presentation fool you underneath he's a complete p.o.s with no respect for others

Horrible, called over eight times to get someone to recheck work that had been done to my water softener. Nobody called back, and they said in a quote, you are not our highest priority right now. Do not use them, even the owner wouldn't call me to help.

***BEWARE *** I should have read the reviews first!!!! Tech arrives at door with no Mask said he only had one and it got dirty on last job. So I nicely provide him a mask after entering my home he seams to be looking for other things to fix other then the leak under the sink, After some back and forth he came back with some prices for repair, He couldn't provide a  copy of the quote as he has no way to print. Bottom line he wanted over $700 to replace ( Stops ) under sink I asked are you sure, He was nice and said well I have to put something on my ticket $59. He explained he worked on commission and he understood money tight, Then he said to help you out  if you pay $175 cash to me and the $59 Hawthorne he would do it. I agreed as I had no other option, He quickly shut off water and replaced valves took him no more then a hour altogether. I understand they are in business to make money but even the tech said the valves are only $4 each , I am only give 2 stars as the pricing was high & kind of shady business I decided to wait a few days before posting review as I called there office after to speak to manager but the girl was Kind of rude said he was out
