Frank was very diligent, worked hard, found remedies and warranties which reduced our bill even though it was a Saturday call.  Undaunted by setback, Frank was courageous in taking on the hot water heater.

Frank called me right away and made time to come help with my kids bathroom.  Between the call and when he got here I notice a leak in my other bathroom - no problem he took care of that too!  He was affordable and helpful!

Frank is a great guy, single independent plumber who you can rely on.  I called him at 3pm on a Wednesday and he was at my place by 6:15.  He found the problem, fixed it, with absolutely no B.S. and was done by 7.  Don't bother with the big brand name plumbers who will charge a fortune, give this local Reno/Sparks guy your business.  I promise you will not be disappointment and I guarantee he beats their rates!  Frank is exactly the sort of local business we need to support!

Wow! These guys really know their stuff. I had a small leak and called on a Friday afternoon. I left a message and Saturday morning they were at the door to fix the problem. Not only did they fix the problem, but they were super nice in explaining what they were doing and how it would fix the problem. Super professional, cleaned up when done and my leak is gone.  Great job!

Given - Yelp has a bit of a reputation of planting ratings. This is straight from a very satisfied consumers mouth. No connection with Yelp or Clearview Plumbing other than this. Frank responded quicker than expected and was actually able to come to our home the following morning. We were in the middle of mold remediation from a washing machine overflow when I noted dampness on the bottom plate of the wall adjoining the garage where our tankless water heater resides. I also noted moisture on a vertical pipe in the wall. Walls in this room were already partially open for mold remediation. Frank quickly found a 90 degree copper elbow that had virtually no solder in one going - pulled it off easily by hand. Within an hour he cut out the old section, replaced it with a new one and a new elbow. Extremely grateful for the prompt response and professional handling of this matter. Frank is polite, clean, cleans up after himself and generous with tips and advice - and very reasonable.

We were in need of a new water heater, well in fact we were in need of everything since we gutted the house to the studs.  So I was checking out the tankless water heaters and decided which one I wanted and went to the manufactures site where they gave the names and address/phone for the folks they approved to do their installations. Clearview came up so we investigated further and from what we read of them we called. Frank is the guy who we got hold of and told him what we wanted. He came out and gave us a price for the product we wanted. So we had that taken care of but as things go we found we needed his services further since the plumber we had already hired to do the rest of the home did not work out for us and we fired him. We called Frank and asked him to take over. He did so and corrected the mess left by the last guy and finished up what needed to be done. We put in all new plumbing and moved the kitchen to the other side of the building. We also added a few new needs such as gas for the out door grill and such. Frank did it quickly and with a smile on his face the whole time. I mention this as so many of the men working on our home seemed to only know one word and that was the F word. Frank was pleasant and very efficient along with reasonable pricing who could ask for more. I could not recommend someone more than I do Frank at Clearview Plumbing.

Frank is a great.  He was recommended by a neighbor. He did the entire plumbing for our remodel. If not urgent, I would recommend waiting for him to squeeze you in.

He just left, but will be back Saturday to run a copper line to the fridge.

My hot water heater was leaking out the bottom. I know this isn't a repairable situation and knew I'd have to have it replaced. I, of course, called around for quotes. Clearline was the first to return my call, nearly asked for me to upload a picture and he'd get right back to me with a quote, which he did and also offered to come that same day. I needed to get other quotes though which I did. His quote was among the lowest and even offered a discount because I was a senior. I was a little concerned about accepting the lowest bid worrying about the quality of work. I was not disappoint though. Their professionalism attention to detail was very good. Frank has been out to our house on several occasions routing plumbing and sewer lines for our kitchen and master bath remodeling. In every instance he has provided excellent service at the original price that he quoted. Frank has a great work ethic and we would recommend him to any one.

Received several bids from a few companies to replace a water heater. The first company said that the water heater required replacement right away & wanted to do it right then. However, their price appeared really high so we told them that we wanted to get more bids from other companies before making any decision. All said & done,  we went with Clearview Plumbing & dealt directly with Frank. He was very nice, his price was the lowest & his contract was clear & concise. We were very satisfied with his work!!

A few months after getting our water heater replaced, the same company that did our first bid also did an inspection on my moms water heater. They also told her that hers required replacement right away & wanted to do it right then. He price was also pretty high. My mom called me stressed out but I suggested she get more bids & also recommended Clearview Plumbing. Frank did an inspection of her water heater & told her that she actually didn't require a new water heater as of yet & that she still has several years left. Very discouraged with that other company for trying to take advantage by making it seem as though the replacement was necessary to do right then with both my mom & I! Very grateful that we found Frank & I now recommend his business to everyone!!
