Derek from Doolence plumbing is the best in the business. Has a great crew working with him. In my experience having utilized plumbers I usally feel that they were not completely 100% honest. Derek couldn't be further from that. He is up front, honest, and kind. Couldn't be more happy to recommend Dolence Plumbing.

I called ACC PLUMBING when the handle to flush my toilet broke. ACC scheduled Jose to come to my home the very next day. Jose called 30 minutes before arriving; he arrived on schedule. Jose was very professional informing me what the problem was, and how much it would cost to fix it. Then, he efficiently fixed the flush handle on my toilet, and he replaced the flapper inside my toilet tank. The flapper is the rubber piece that flaps down on the hole inside the toilet tank, to stop water from leaving the toilet tank. When finished, Jose lowered his original price to a very reasonable discount price. This was the second plumbing job at my home that I used ACC PLUMBING for; I highly recommend ACC PLUMBING for all your plumbing needs.

23 years of house repairs, we finally picked the right company!!!! I can't say enough good things about the 3 technicians that repiped my house. This was my 3rd slab leak in 9 yrs. We obviously should have repiped the whole house the first time ( advice to anyone with slab leak) Anyway I feel very confident that the work was done the best it could be and EXTREMELY happy with the price and service we received!

I actually sent a text to RedLine Company requesting that my hot water heater be drained and a new Anode Rod be installed.  The owner promptly responded to my request and said he could send someone to my home later that day and he quoted me the price.  Shortly after, the owner texted me with a window for the arrival of the plumber, which I greatly appreciated.
And, later, received a phone call from the plumber saying he would arrive in approximately 20 minutes.
Jesus went right to work and performed the tasks promptly and efficiently.
Very pleased with the service provided by this company and will use them, again, if I have the need for a plumber.

I called them to solve a complex problem that other plumbers could not solve. From the very first call I could tell that this place was different. They were real professionals who understood their trade and, equally as important, how to provide outstanding customer service.

They confirmed their appointment with me the day before and then showed up on time the day of the appointment. They stayed until the job was done and got the job done right. It was a huge relief. I am very grateful to my neighbor for recommending them to me.

There price is what you would expect from a plumber, but their service and professional exceeded my expectations. I wish that they did HVAC.

Military families especially DO NOT USE!

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. We had a water leak and so our home warranty company sent these professionals out. They said without seeing water, they can't fix anything but they decided to go into the attic to look anyways. So my husband went up with the technician, and he found the leak. Then he told us even though he found the leak, they couldn't fix it because they didn't see water on the outside of the door. They tried telling us that they wanted to cut a 1 ft x 1 ft hole in the wall to find the leak..... That they already found and showed my husband. But if they don't find the leak inside the wall (which they wouldn't because the leak was in the attic,) then they wouldn't fix the wall.

The next few days/weeks the water leaked through our door frame and into our wooden floor, ruining the floor, and now we are trying to deal with their insurance company because THEY LIED and said they never saw a leak in the attic. Luckily our home warranty sent another plumber out and they immediately fixed the leak, but now we might have to pay for our floor and door frame to be fixed because THEY LIED about the work they neglected to do at our home.

NEVER EVER EVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for this as well as taking legal actions. I can't believe that a company would be so negligent and not own up to their mistakes.

Downstairs toilet started leaking last night at the base. Called first thing this morning and Miguel arrived just after 1 p.m.  The wax ring was bad which I could fix but the metal ring was completely rusted and wouldn't hold the toilets bolts. I couldn't get the ring off.  Miguel was quick, replaced wax seals and the ring and also replaced the water valve on the wall that wouldn't completely shut off.  Totally impressed and I'm a career aircraft mechanic.  $125 that included $30+ in parts.  I will definitely refer them to anyone.

Really happy with everything about these guys! I like the transparency and prompt service! Highly recommend and my go to for a plumbing needs now!

Hired this company to pour a foundation and frame a 2 story house out at Lake Las Vegas. The foundation was framed and poured in a week. Then the house was framed in just less than 4 weeks. I'm so pleased with Eric the manager of this project I hired them to do the A/C also. He is so knowledgeable when it comes to any aspect of building a home from the ground up. Don't hesitate to use them.

Devon from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came to my house to perform an inspection of my hot water heater.  I can't say enough how pleased I was with his thoroughness.  Not only did he flush my hot water heater, he did the best job of flushing it I've ever had (and I've had several).  Plus, he flushed the water lines throughout the house.  He also inspected our clothes washer hoses as well as all the water valves throughout the house.  He could have told me that I needed to replace all of them.  Instead he said the hoses and the fittings were in fine shape and didn't need to be replaced.  I really appreciated his honesty.  I think I've finally found the plumbing company I've been looking for.

Can't say enough great things about Plumbing innovations. Their attention to detail is by for the best I've ever seen. Small repair to a major job these are the guys to go to. Rory and his whole team are top notch. Sense of urgency to get a repair done? These guys are on it! I had same day service from them. Keep up the great work guys!

These guys were so bad I don't even think they deserve one star. Came home from vacation and had a water leak outside between house and water main. Shut off water for the weekend. Called Drew's am at 830 when they opened. Called Drews because had good ratings.  They said they would be out between 900 and 1200 but closer to 900. Jeff showed up at 1145. Jeff said he would be back between 200-300 pm to repair.  Not here by 400.  Since I had no water to House I called them back twice and left a message as office closes at 330. Jeff called and said on his way.  Showed up intoxicated. Fixed repair temporarily and said would be back in the am.
Next day office called asking for money. Told them plumbing not finished and needed corrected. Another guy came out and said could not be fixed. Office staff called again requesting money.  I requested an invoice which I had not received.  I was told they do not mail invoices.  Office staff very unprofessional. They did email an invoice. Our job and payment is in contest at this time. I DO NOT recommend Drew's plumbing

I am disappointed! After reading great reviews about this company, I called to make an appointment. Unfortunately, I have called and left messages twice and have yet to receive a call back. Is the company still in business? If so, this makes me doubt that the service is really as great as the other reviews claim...

Just a quick update - when the owner said they would not call again, he wasn't lying. They did stop calling. For this reason, I will add an additional star.

Had a lake starting in the front yard on a Friday afternoon. We called a couple companies and had no one answer. Keegan  (the owner) answered on the second ring and was at my house in a few hours.

With permits getting pulled, the leaking pipe replaced, and the front yard put back together - it was only days combined.  

These guys are responsive, professional, and thorough.

Good to know there are honest and fair people in this world still.
