I called for jetting service at 2:53pm yesterday, it is 11:30 now and I haven't heard from anybody. We've had services from this company, their technicians, especially John, were very professional, and that's why I kept calling them every time we have plumbing issues. I called back two times this morning asking if the technician was coming to service at all, the lady who answered (also the one who answered the phone yesterday ) was very impatient and rude, she told me she had no nothing to tell me. I asked if I could speak with her supervisor for more information, the first time she told me to call back after 10am, when I did call after 10am this morning, she told me no one was available to talk to me. I wonder if the owner or the management knows how she treated customers.

These guys are professional and do what they say. They quickly made good after a mistake as well.

I got in contact with them because I suspected I had a underground leak, they where very responsive and professional to assist me, once they came by to give me a good quote they got to work on it the next day, I really appreciate there professionalism and quickness to taking care of me, apart from being very clean with there work, would recommend and contract again for any of my plumbing needs. Thank you once again to jaylyn for taking good care of me !

I'm honestly dumbfounded I can't even comprehend the level of fraud this company tried to pull on me.

I had a leak from my master bathroom tub that leaked into my kitchen ceiling. It was there four, maybe five days.

The evaluator who came out (Danny) was very nice and personable but proceeded to tell me that I was going to have to rip out my ENTIRE tub and shower upstairs and HALF MY KITCHEN DOWNSTAIRS.

He insisted the mold spread fast enough that it would be down behind my kitchen cabinets by now. ????? But he took a look at my homeowners insurance policy and insisted it would all be covered. He said he would send someone tomorrow to 'represent' me against the insurance and who would explain the whole process.

He also told me they'd have to do extensive work to make sure the mold 'didn't get into the air through the air vents. He was very convincing in this whole process... but I knew there was NO WAY a four day leak meant I needed to RIP OUT HALF MY HOUSE.

So I canceled the appointment for the next day and got a second and third opinion. Of course it turns out all that needed to be done was cut out the drywall, spray for any additional mold, fix the leak and patch it up. When the actually honest contractor I ended up hiring opened the drywall it turns out there was barely any mold at all. (Of course it had only been a couple days, he explained it takes months of a constant leak for mold to ever get that bad and even then you can usually just spray it.)

I think they thought they could pull one over on me because I'm a young blonde girl and a new home owner, but seriously recommending 40k + worth of work for a four day leak ?????? That wasn't even actively leaking ??? Like do people fall for this for real ????

So if you're reading this review - DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE SCAM YOUE INSURANCE AND ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION.

I have had Resolution Plumbing work on 2 plumbing projects in my house- replacing a standard 2 basin kitchen sink with a large dual mount sink and faucet. The second replacing faucets in 3 bathroom sinks. They have excellent pricing,  service,  and quality. Alex is the owner and he does a fantastic job.

This place is fantastic until it comes to fixing a mistake they made. We had massive floor reconstruction in our condo in November of 2021. We praised at how wonderful we thought the team was and recommended them to family members. Since February, our floor boards have been coming up in between the seams of the planks. If you catch your foot, it is painful and will most certainly cause a wound if going fast enough. We have a 7 year old daughter, so the likelyhood of something like this happening is high. We have called exactly 5 times in three weeks trying to get somebody out here to at least look at the issue. We have spoken to Tia and Gizelle. We've had assurances that we will get a call back, that somebody will come out on a day between a certain time, etc. We have yet to get a callback. Nobody has shown up to our place to address our concern. This is absolutely ridiculous. This place is great until they have to take accountability for a mistake. We overlooked multiple unprofessional incidents with their employees during the reconstruction process, including an employee having a massive bowel movement in our bathroom and leaving fecal matter on our toilet seat because everybody was polite and the job was getting done. Now, we're left hanging with a half hearted job and possibility of an injury.

We had a new water heater installed last year per our previous home owners warranty etc.  It was Rheem and it was a lemon.  We have been told home warranty companies will use whatever the cheapest options are, and we were told by 3 plumbers it was worthless.  We have had numerous issues with it.. many times we have had no hot water! We switched to a new company for our warranty and alas the same issue started up last month.  They put us in touch with one drop plumbing.  I will advise the front desk clerk is very hard to understand (must be her accent) so it's very difficult to understand her and get things on the books, but our home warranty chose this place.  We contacted them because we have had to shut off our water heater 3-4 times a day and turn it back on for 5 minutes of hot water.  We didn't know it made our power bill sky rocket $200 more!! I don't know why we have to pay this, for faulty equipment, but we had someone come out to look at it, there was an error code, and the front desk clerk told us THEY needed to order a part, it might take 1-2 weeks, and call us when it's in for installation. We patiently waited, almost 2 weeks with no hot water.  Finally the plumber came, with no part, and said he knew nothing about the error, issues, nothing.  He was there to run a diagnostic.  I almost lost it.. horrible communication.  So we called One Drop back.  The front desk lady told us WE had to order the part, as it was still under warranty, pretty much telling us we needed to handle it all.  I'm not a plumber, what part do I order?, why not tell us this 2 weeks ago vs. saying they had to order it?, it was a total mess.  I was so upset, it ruined my weekend.  The front desk clerk didn't seem to care and I rated the company 1 star.  Then 5 minutes later, the plumber who came called us, said he ordered the part as a rush, might take a couple days, call us when its in and they'll install it.  It arrived, they came the next morning first thing, fixed/installed it within 20 minutes, so far zero issues, hot water is working!!! The plumbers they have are absolutely amazing, I wish you could talk to them directly they need a new front desk clerk that's for sure, that has better communication skills and better customer service, but the plumbers/workers themselves are amazing and really helped us out thus why I gave them 4 stars.. they are the ones who deserve it!!

This guy is the best. We've had to call him twice now and he's incredibly prompt, courteous and reasonable.

We called him for the second time in a week last night. He came right away at 8pm. He rang the doorbell about 30 minutes after our call... He was already done.

Really. It's so hard to find really good service nowadays. And this guy is excellent. Please support his business!

I hired Ryan for a few repair around me house. Front door, shower and kitchen faucets needed repair/replacement. I called him on Monday to set up an appointment, and on Tuesday around noon he was there to do the job. Very professional, very personable, and he did a great quality work.

I supplied the parts and he supplied the labor. I would def hire him again and I most recommend him if you're seeking someone to do some work around the house etc.

Called regarding a residential hot water circulating problem. Response was quick BUT the technician (Daniel) was totally lost.  Instead of focusing on the circulating pump by the water heater (obvious place to start) he ran around the house measuring hot water flow timing out of various faucets etc.  After wasting a lot of time just staring at the water heater, I suggested perhaps the pump might be the problem or an associated line/valve nearby. He got very arrogant and remined me that HE was the licensed plumber - not me!  I suggested if he had no ideas on what to do he should leave -- and he couldn't get out to his truck fast enough!!!   Incidentally, I then called a local plumber who came out, quickly diagnosed and unclogged a line next to the pump and had everything working 100% within 45 minutes.

We had a sink clog. They came to clear it. They failed and blamed it on a small part they said was faulty. They told us they would charge to go buy the part and it was easy to install and we should do it ourselves. No sweat we are handy and appreciated the honesty to not waste money. So we took our old part to Ferguson plumbing supply and they said it wasn't broken. We bought a new one anyway because we trusted hta. Replacing the part didn't work so we called them and said that wasn't the problem can you come and snake it to completion this time. Since most plumbers stand behind clog clearing we had them come back and they charged us another $200 plus the extra party they mistakenly had us buy. We wanted them to plumb a whole bathroom remodel but their quote was exactly double 3 different other quotes. I believe this company is money hungry and don't actually care about serving customers. We will never call them again and warning you. I don't usually comment on yelp but was just horrified at the lack of professionalism. Thank you.

Quite a large quote on a water heater which ended up being fixed by another company for a fraction of the quote.  Tried to upswell and stated the repair needed a building permit .

Liars, they advertise we clean the coils the right wa, not the easy way I hired them to clean mine and I was still having a problem so I called another company and they told me my coils were really bad. I told them Goettle cleaned them 6 weeks ago and they told me my coils have never been cleaned. I wouldn't recommend Goettl to anyone horrible lying company

It's really too sad you continued to lie to your insurance company (your own employee or you on the behalf of your employee) instead of taking responsibility and AT LEAST paying our $500 deductible since running our car off the road and giving empty apologies!!! Apparently you are fine with negative reviews online which just shows further immaturity for any company out there. If you feel like doing the right thing feel free to respond to this post and I can always update them to reflect that you are an honest company trying to do right by those it encounters on a daily basis.

Work was completed and new water heater is working great.  Chelsea was very helpful when I asked for all the documents I needed for my insurance claim.
