These guys are amazing!! They hooked me up with my water heater for 1000$ with all new supply lines and everything. They worked with me on my schedule and didn't leave me hanging! In and out very fast and were friendly and informative. Not to mention the cheapest water heater replacement out of everyone. SUPER NICE CREW!!

My management company hired Vegas Valley Plumbing for a Drain Pipe Camera Inspection.  After a couple of minutes, they stated they were unable to complete the job because the camera will not make the bends due to incorrect fittings in the wall.  They then proceeded to charge us $350 for an unfinished job.  It was clear they were unprepared and unwilling to compromise on an adjustment to the service charge.
They claim we don't charge by the hour, we charge by the job but what happens when they don't complete the job?  Stay away...  I would rate a zero if possible for lack of ethics!

Colburn Enterprises is great. Completely predictable pricing. Worked efficiently, and gets the job done right the first time. Amber in the office is awesome and very kind. We will use them in the future.

Jay did a great job! He was super quick and doesn't have outrageous prices. Fixed my fridge and A/C when I needed it most!

Appointment set from between 3pm-6pm. We text at 4:30pm to get an estimate on arrival as we have a baby and need to plan a nap/dinner. No response. We call at 6pm and leave a message. Nothing. Call at 6:30 and it goes to voice mail after two rings, so that means they pressed end (very professional). We get a call at 6:50pm and this was the response ohhhhhhhhhhhh I totally forgot. I'm in north Las Vegas. I can be there in like an hour - there is another 1 star review that has the EXACT same experience. My message to the owner? Respect people's time. People rearrange their day to accommodate a time frame to GIVE YOU HARD EARNED MONEY for a service. Communication would have solved this whole situation. Instead I'm finding another plumber and wasting more of my time writing this review in hopes someone reads it and learns from it.

I was super satisfied with the service!!! My guest bathroom's toilet was way too close to the shower door and I needed it to be moved a couple of inches to the left. Silvestri came and did the job quickly and perfect! I would definitely recommend this company, and I will using them for future projects! Pricing is beyond reasonable. Thank you again!

My day started at 7:30 in the morning with Mark arriving on time and ready to work. As he was working on the kitchen sink replacement he would explain things to me and point out different options. I highly recommend Mark's service and diffidently will be a repeat customer.

I just had the most positive experience with Robert.  My master shower drain was slow draining and after calling out 2 other companies who couldn't fix it and had no ideas, I called Robert. Lairs!!!! I thought I would trust this company based on good reviews they came and messed my wires! And then recommended to replace whole A/C system! For $8000. Rip offs! Do not trust this company!

I had to call John back to the house to replace a garbage disposal.
I used to be a maintenance manager at a large manufacturing company.
Over a forty year career I got to observe a lot of skilled trades people perform various tasks.
It really is a joy to watch a truly skilled trades person work. The best analogy is a very well choreographed dance.
John replaced the garbage disposal with no obvious effort and no wasted motion.
So now I can say John is an Honest tradesman, and John is very very skilled craftsman.

Thank you Jump 2 it plumbing!  I woke up with wet floors, wet carpet and wet walls!  DANG iT!!!  So I called these guys.  He told me they have fixed tons of water leaks in Las Vegas and I felt good about that.  The plumber came out that same day and quickly found the problem.

He showed me what was going on and thoroughly explained how it can be fixed.  He was very knowledgable and friendly so I felt comfortable with the price.  they had a plumbing crew come out and get on the repairs.  It was a lot of work but they got it done.  They also had a company come out and replace the carpet and fix the dry wall, etc..

They did a great job - I was very happy with the service.

I've done business with Red Carpet for many years. I've had showers repaired, outside faucets replaced, water heaters done and even a main water line leak repaired by them (I didn't envy the team on that one). Each time I have had a professional and courteous experience by a knowledgeable technician and fair price that was discussed with me prior. Its always a gamble when dealing with plumbing and other trades, but I am consistently impressed with every interaction I have with the folks at Red Carpet. They work with integrity and do quality work with honest conversation about what the costs are.

Donnie  from AR- CSC serviced my home A/C . The unit wasn't working with temp stuck @ 87 deg for days last June. He said it must be my thermostat since he thinks everything was working just fine and he left after a few minutes. I paid $125 to American Home Shield and they dispatched AR CSC and he was in and out of my place and took off and warned me that if call him back he may have to charge me more if he doesn't find anything wrong.
  It didn't get too bad  for a short period when Sierra A/C did an inspection of my unit as part of maintenance and found that the compressor was leaking and need to be replaced. s a result , i already had my A/C serviced by Sierra and they charged me almost $1000 and I had to sign up for $16 monthly inspection.  Then around Aug - i had nevada power checked out the thermostat and there's nothing wrong with my thermostat which they had replaced the year before .
   i called AHS and i suggested that they better not send me anyone from AR-CSR , because they won't even bother to investigate and evaluate  a problem any further . They just want their share of the $125 from  AHS.
  AHS sent me Dr Cool and they diagnosed the problem right away and replaced the compressor / condenser part.  They also fixed the leak and adjusted the freon to its right level.
  AHS advised me that they will block AR - CSR  from coming to my place and will evaluate their service.
  In conclusion , AR-CSC is such a rip off and too lazy to diagnose the problem and left within minutes.  I felt like I was scolded for bothering them when there's no problem that they can tell.  Customer service is non-existent. I hope the company train their staff well enough to diagnose a problem. I was very very disappointed to say the least !
 Dr Cool was great, friendly , customer oriented and technically professional and knowledgeable.
  Watch out for top off artist esp when help was needed badly.
