Dignity Plumbing was founded by a fourth generation Vegas valley general contractor who always struggled to find an honest, reliable plumber who didn't seem to want to retire off every project. We knew if we brought the same honesty and fairness that made us a successful general into plumbing, we would be an unstoppable force. All our employees are salary so there is no reason for a dishonest sales pitch from anyone on our team. As a successful general contractor I have a lot of customers who call on me for referrals for all types of work. I always struggled referring plumbers to my customers because they seemed unreliable, dishonest or wanted to charge way too much. After many years of struggling to find a good plumbing company I decided to start a plumbing division to my company. I went out and recruited some of the best plumbers I have been around who believed in the same business principles as me. Honesty, integrity & dignity!

In the middle of the quarantine my kitchen sink started leaking. Dignity came out the next day and even arrived early for the appointment. They were friendly and quickly fixed my issues. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future plumbing problems. Five stars!

We had a leak with our our RO faucet. Scott cam out at the promised time to take a look. However, we were told they are not allowed to touch systems by Kinetico and recommended us to contact them instead. But Scott was very professional and I highly recommend service by Dignity Plumbing.
Fernando was dispatched to my house for plumbing issues. He was very respectful and knowledgable. When I call for service, whomever answered the phone was very helpful and nice. When I got a call back from the office about a concern, it was just the same. They really seem to care about the customer and Fernando seems to like what he does which makes it a much better experience , because I ask a lot of questions.
My sink started to overflow as I was making lunch and the disposal was only pushing more water into my sink on both sides.
They were responsive and attentive in my request. Came during the time they said they would and made sure my sink was clean afterwards and in great working condition.
Johnathan made sure to throw away the stuff in the pipe.

From the receptionist to the plumbers, everything was great! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful! The plumbers, Antonio and Jacob were amazing! They were super friendly, very polite and walked me through the whole process! They showed me the issue and what needed to be fixed. The price was super fair and way better than other companies! I will absolutely be using them for all my future plumbing needs!
Polite and efficient receptionist was able to book an immediate appointment. Only a $48 estimate fee that can be applied to the work. Brian P was able to come out same day and during the window of the appointment. He was super efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. He had all the tools and parts needed. I have no idea if they are expensive or cheap, but I know they got the job done quickly. Brian was super nice and ex military. Thank you for your service to our country and thank you for fixing the leak.

Dignity Plumbing is beyond amazing. I made a simple inquiry online and had a call and text the following morning from Breonna. She was able to dispatch a plumber that day to review my service needs. When Cliff arrived, he was smart, polite, confident, and I could tell reliable. he immediately assessed the issue and provided pricing options. The pricing from Dignity Plumbing is beyond competitive, I had a quote from an alternate plumbing company, which was almost double, needless to say, the previous plumbing company did not get hired due to both pricing and confidence level. Due to the holiday weekend, Clifford needed to secure the supplies the following morning. Upon arriving for the repairs, he kindly wore booties through the house, and kept to himself while making all of the repairs. He said it would take approximately four hours, and he was right on the money. the work done was beyond excellent and paired with confidence and attitude. This company automatically gets five stars. Needless to say, Dignity Plumbing is now the only plumbing company in my contact list. Thank you Cliff for a job. Well done.
I walked out to the garage to find water pooling on my floor from the water heater. I called 4 plumbing companies- dignity could have someone come out that afternoon. Jonathan was professional and explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. He also taught me how to do quarterly maintenance myself and how to arrange for annual maintenance. He also showed me what to in case of a leak in the future so I don't turn off water for the whole house.

Holy crap what can I say that would make you understand how much I appreciate this company? The name dignity is not just a name for their company but it is exactly who they are. Respectful, patient ,understanding ,and they want you to understand what they are doing and how they are doing it.
My hot water tank went out they were quick to respond ,quick to install ,and polite and funny along the way. Fernando was nothing but a gentleman and so knowledgeable. and John, who I did most of the appointment making and behind the scenes work with was fun and made a stressful situation much more bearable. The prices were Fair and the turnaround time was amazing.
I think you get the hint that I will be using their company in any future Plumbing issues I may have. Well done DIGNITY!

Called Dignity and they got to our hour within an hour, and even though they weren't able to fix the issue, they referred us to another local business/didn't charge us. Outstanding!
Jason was great when they were working on a property of ours. Customer service was great and answered all my questions about the issue and the repair with out making me feel dumb or like I was bothering him. I would 100% recommend them. We will be using them again!
Every interaction I've had with Kenny has been a dream. He's an honest worker trying to make an honest living for him, his family and his employees. Had water heater leak. Scott was able to come the next. He took out the old one and install the new water heater quick and efficiently.
We had a basement sewage pump that needed its corroded lid replaced, something other plumbers in the area didn't have experience with and couldn't help with. Scott was referred to me by one of these others and came by within 24 hours to look at the issue. He ordered the needed part and came back to install it as soon as it arrived. Very quick and professional looking installation.
Great communication, fair pricing and great work. It's even nice too look at, like a piece of artwork in the garage. Thanks Kylan and Dignity Plumbing.

Our shower was leaking behind the wall and we needed a plumber fast. Jonathan was on time and worked with a sense of urgency. He was very polite, courteous and professional. He did an excellent job with my shower and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I've dealt with some incompetent plumbers, so this was a breath of fresh air. You're awesome, Jonathan!
Our side yard flooded in our just bought home. Thought it might be caused from the pipes in the house or pool. After checking and testing the pool and house for the leak, He diagnosed the leak as a landscape leak and recommended that I have a landscaping company fix the pipe. I was then taught to shut off the main water supply while we were out of town.
No Charge!!! Wow, was I surprised and pleased. People still exist that believe in service and customer care!!!

I would have easily given them 10 's. Noticed at 930 my hot water heater broke, starting calling around, that was a bigger nightmare...then somebody referred Dignity Plumbing ( thank you friend) I made the call at 10.51am I got a text message from Scott at 11:11 that he was in route. Let me just say this to keep it short Scott and restoration company just left and it's barely 2pm... new hot water tank installed, walls have blower drying them out, claim has been filed and it's a wrap... dryer walls coming back tomorrow for the wall repairs...
I couldn't be more happier! Super Affordable... listen what I thought was gonna be a nightmare day Scott put it back together for me. He called the restoration company they arrived in an hour. I can't say enough, but I will. Just call them, your day will get a whole lot better, I promise!

Very professional service. Kylan showed up on time, was helpful in explaining my water softener needs, quoted me a reasonable rate, and completed the work in a timely fashion. New to Las Vegas and had to google to find a plumber. Thank God I clicked on Dignity!!!! Cody came out to check on a toilet problem and explained the whole thing and fixed it. Didn't tell me I needed a bunch of new parts, he just fixed it. They even called to see if Cody could arrive 2 hours before the scheduled time, who does that? If your looking for a great company, look no further, this is now going to be the only one I will call in the future. By the way, John who answered the phone couldn't have been nicer and he has a great laugh!!!

Antonio just came to my condo to diagnosis a seized garbage disposal and issue with toilet in the master bathroom. He was so kind and so professional and quickly resolved both issues. He also looked at my water heater and gave me very good advice considering it is out of warranty. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated the fact that he not only resolved my issues so efficiently but also gave me such good advice regarding issues I may encounter in the future given the age of my condominium. He made me feel so special and I can't thank him enough. I will never use any other plumbing company in the future - that's for sure!
Called Dignity morning of I needed service (angle stop leak). They were out within 1.5 hours of my phone call. Decent priced, good customer service, fast and reliable. Definitely would use again or recommend.

Why do all services have to either rip you off or fail in customer service. Where's the good service providers? This company was no exception. Here's the story, my mother made an appointment mid day for the next morning with this company. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and set us up with the appointment time clearly set for 9a. We got a text notification confirming. Yes there were important reasons it had to be in the am, unfortunately around 5:45p they send a text moving the appointment time not by an hour or two, they moved it till 3pm. Unfortunately with our circumstances that doesn't work, and now with no time left in the day to source another plumber my elderly mother is now stuck with a water softener leaking all over the garage for at least a couple days while we find someone with real dignity to show up. Of course when we received the update text notification we called immediately, the same lady that took our appointment now said there was an emergency at another property. Well now, I guess our emergency must have not been as lucrative for them. So we ended the call and I left the lady know we would share our story on Yelp. The technician called as I was typing this review and stated that all he would do if he came out was shut off the water and quote us on a new unit as fixing it wasn't worth their time. Wow. Sounds like some dignified plumbers to me. Sarcasm intended. Just another service provider chasing the dollar. Sad. Especially in these times.
I had a leak that was causing me a lot of grief. Scott came out and assessed the situation and was able to diagnose and fix the problem promptly. Hopefully no more leaks. Thank you Scott.

Dignity Plumbing came to fix another technician's from another company's bad work. They were responsive, professional and went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.
Same day service and they didnt charge me an arm and a leg to fix my problem. Being new to Las Vegas we turned to Yelp because we haven't hand any experience with contractors here yet. We we very pleasantly surprised. Their level of friendliness and service cant be beat.

Excellent! Had a problem with my hot water supply line, with a significant leak. Called Dignity Plumbing and explained to John. I asked if the could send someone today. John was able to adjust his schedule, and sent a tech within the hour. Jonathan, the tech gave me two options, and I chose the more complex. He replaced the cold water in, and the hot water out lines on the spot in less than an hour, and we were back in business.
I found this company to be easy to work with, no nonsense, and right to the job at hand. Happy with the company, happy with the work, and the price was fair.

This company is awesome. They came a day early as we had no water and I was on call. Amber called and said Jesse can be there in 20, he came cut a small hole in garage and another in house at ceiling behind front door. Before he cut he said bet it's a nail in a pipe BOOM he was right. Price, professionalism, Amber's help on the phone was top notch! Broke the hose bib copper piping and Dignity responded to my Yelp quote in 30 seconds. Attached pictures and a quote was given. Scott arrived in about 30 minutes and even though scope of the job was bigger than originally thought, the quote stayed the same. Scott was friendly, professional and fast. Had my pipe back to normal in no time!
Great prompt service. Scott is a real professional. He did a great job, courteous and diligent. Can't do better.

Johnathan and his crew could not have been better. They had a major repair and faced it head on with determination. He went out of his way to be considerate of my feelings and the disruption it would cause. I will definitely use them again. I wouldn't use anyone else.

We had a water filtration system and water heater replaced by Dignity Plumbing. They were prompt, scheduling installation, inspection were completed in a timely manner. I called them to come out because my shower began making this knocking noise, it would happen every so often but out of nowhere it began to just do it all the time. Jonathan Reed came out he told me he thought it could be one of two things, the shower valve needed to be replaced and the pipes installed needed to be checked or he also noticed that the water pressure coming into the house was way too high. He said he had to think about it and would get back to me, but gave me a rough estimate of $750 being the max to do either. He called me back 3 days later he really wanted to make sure he got it right so I appreciated it. He told me we needed to add a PRV and he would probably have to build a whole new one because we could not locate one anywhere on the property. He then told me it would be about $1200 which made me nervous, because it left little to no wiggle room in case this wasn't the problem and we had to go into the drywall and replace the shower valve. But he seemed confident and he knows a lot more than I do so I went with it. He was actually able to find a much better access point so he was able to reduce the price down to $900 which was awesome. And the noise was gone! Or so I thought, it was only gone for a good two weeks, now the banging is back and more violent than before. One neat trick I learned from watching Jonathan troubleshoot in the bathroom was that when you turn the hot water on in the sink the banging noise goes away. So, I'll be doing that till I save up enough to have them come back out. I will be calling them back, Jonathan was actually really great. And in the long run having that PRV is better for the health of the pipes.

Funny, but true, story.
We called and the manager came out the same day. Promising, right? He told us his head plumber would be out tomorrow. He was! Wow! The plumber said we had some mold that needed to be looked at ASAP. He would have his mold guy come out. That was on 8/16/18!! I text the manager to see what was going on..... NO RESPONSE!!

You may be a plumber, but you are still in the job of customer service. This customer received NO SERVICE! We still have the mold. We will find a company that cares!
Update- I appreciate the president of the company reached out to me. He apologized and admitted they dropped the ball. This does not change my rating. By his own admission they show they never responded back to me. I still have mold. I never received anything in the way of a proper estimate. I never was contacted until I left a one star review.

First impressions can be misleading, ask anyone in an abusive relationship. My first impression was good, however, NOTHING happened. I was in the military for many years. One thing I hold onto to this very day- Excuses don't change the fact that the job wasn't completed. Don't respond with a half-hearted justification. You apologize, but in the same breath say I should re-evaluate. Your first impression was the correct one. Really?! Is that why all of this took place, sir? If your company was so great you would not have missed a text, provided a PROPER estimate and followed through. NONE of this happened, yet you feel the need to say my review is not an accurate representation of your company. I tried stepping back by thanking you for your follow-through. You felt the need to continue. Perhaps review the shortcomings of your company, own them and let the customer be right. Going at a customer calling you out on YOUR mistake just makes you look quite petty.

Earlier today my husband tried to turn off the valve to the cold water supply under the sink and the handle broke off. It had been a lot of years since they had been turned on or off.
I did a quick Google search and saw the high rating that was given to Dignity Plumbing. I called and Cortney answered the phone. I explained my problem to her, she gave me a quote over the phone and we set up an appointment for a tech to come to my home today.
Antonio was at my house probably an hour after I first spoke to Cortney. I explained the problem, he looked at it and gave me a very reasonable quote which was within the estimate of what Cortney told me.
Antonio did an amazing, thorough, fantastic and wonderful job.
He was also respectful of my home and my property.
It is a gamble to find a decent company just by doing a Google search but I feel like I hit the jackpot in dealing with Dignity Plumbing.
Should I ever need plumbing repairs done in the future, Dignity will most certainly get my business and I hope that Antonio will be my tech.

Scott was on time and ready to go. He had a new 75 gallon hot water heater ready and installed before we knew it. Explained what had happened to ours and the typical life expectancy of a hot water heater here in Las Vegas. Super clean install. If we ever have any other plumbing needs Dignity will be the first and only plumber we call. Keep up the good work guys!!

We had water coming up in the bathtub and shower drains. Called Dignity around 9 am Scott was here and gone by noon. He took care of the back up issue, changed out a shut off valve on a toilet, we could not be happier.

We called due to loosing water pressure and heat. They sent an honest and personable plumber who took care of the simple issue without any hassle. He told us exactly what was wrong and that our water heater was fine and the water softener unit was the issue. It just had to be switched off line. This saved us further issues and hassle. So happy with the service we received from Dignity Plumbing. Fernando showed up quickly- late on a Friday afternoon - to replace my water heater. He was fast, friendly and efficient. Dignity Plumbing will be my plumber from now on.
Called Dignity Plumbing and Scott was in our home checking out our water heater within 3 hours.
He immediately identified the issues. Gave us all options and pricing.
We agreed to a full replacement and warranty. Scott ran to get a new water heater and replaced it all within less than two hours.
Also we brought up one of our baths not deliverling hot water for months.
Took a look and replaced and fixed within 30 mins.
Definitely will be using Dignity Plumbing again, just hopefully not anytime soon.

She told me about the service fee and gave me a basic estimate. They were able to do a same day appointment. The tech was on time and my husband said he was pleasant and he had our clogged toilet fixed very quickly. The price was what we had estimated. So grateful to have this problem fixed quickly. We've been having an issue with hot water in our master tub for a while. I, myself, have tried to figure it out with no success. Awesome crew. Friendly and professional. From the time I scheduled the appointment to the time the left my business, I felt very well taken care of. They did a great job on the work I needed and were very respectful and aware of their surroundings. They're very open to using all forms of technology and social media which is very useful from my perspective. I would totally used this company again.
I had a small water leak from my ceiling so I searched YELP to find a good plumber. I chose Dignity Plumbing based on their previous reviews. I called and made an appointment. Ryan came out the next day. I liked the fact that he listened to me and my concerns first and then he offered me his suggestion. I thought the leak was coming from my shower but it was actually my toilet flange! It didn't take Ryan long at all to diagnose the problem. He gave me step by step instructions on how to proceed since now I would need a Mitigation Company and a contractor.
Today, Ryan and Mat came back to install new parts. They were fast and professional and left my place very clean. I definitely would recommend Dignity Plumbing. They understand how stressful this can be and they do their best to put the customer at ease. I really appreciate that.
I called and scheduled an appointment to have a tech come out about our low water/ efficient toilets, but I asked the scheduler if she could ask a plumber about our situation before I paid the $68 diagnostic fee to have them come. She never called me back, and I think that was on purpose.
Then, the tech showed up. He didn't introduce himself and seemed annoyed to be at my house. I explained I had new toilets with very low water and without looking at any of the upstairs toilets told told me that there's nothing I could do about the low water levels because that's just how the models are nowadays and that all toilets would need to be replaced. I had to ask him to look at the other toilets in the house.
He then asked if I was aware of the fee and went to go get his card reader. I asked how much it would be to replace the toilets and he wrote up a quote which was insanely high. Also, I would have preferred to pay an invoice directly instead of letting a random plumber take my credit card info on a chip reader for obvious safety reasons!
As he was leaving, he asked me to leave a 5 star Google review which is when I asked for his name since he didn't introduce himself when he arrived.
I paid $68 for 5-10 minutes of his time and for him to tell me he couldn't do anything to help me. He didn't even try. Just tried to upsell me new toilets. I don't write Google reviews, so I declined.
Not sure dignity is the right name for this company. I would never trust them for plumbing needs after that experience.
I had Scott come out and fix a part on my water heater that was causing my heat not to work. He figured out what was wrong instantly and fixed it quickly. I have heat now. Thank you Scott.

After returning home from vacation our toilet was leaking whenever we flushed it. We've been using Dignity Plumbing since we bought our house 4 years ago, and they always do a great job. Jon came out the next morning, diagnosed the problem, purchased and installed the replacement part quickly and effectively. He was very courteous, and kept the area tidy while working (not simple when the toilet is leaking). The charge was very fair for the work required. After using them several times in the past few years, I'm confident that the repair was done well and will not have any future problems.
This business deserves every single star that I gave it. It is a five star business. I was afraid of plumbers due to being taken to the cleaners by Yes Plumbing the last time I had a Plumbing problem. I had a leak in my kitchen sink last night, I called dignity Plumbing, they sent out a technician this morning. He had my problem diagnosed and fixed within 20 minutes. Sterling, the technician, was professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this business. Thank goodness for small businesses that are actually good and reasonably priced.

I think I found a new plumber. I've only been a homeowner for about seven years, up until recently my dear friend Charles took care of my home maintenance. Unfortunately, he passed away last year. To say I was stressed out about the unknowns of finding a new trustworthy and reasonably priced plumber would be an understatement! The time to hesitate was through when yesterday morning I awoke to discover a busted pipe flooding my bathroom floor. I shut the water off and consulted Yelp. By the time I was done mopping up, Fernando from Dignity was ringing my doorbell. He was personable, professional, knowledgable and had the job done within the hour. As a bonus, unlike other plumbers that I've done business with, Fernando was well groomed and brought no outside odors along with him. Noticed a water stain on the garage ceiling. Called a couple places and they were the fastest to not only answer my call but were able to send someone out within 2 hours. I was impressed immediately with my phone conversation with John. He was the only plumbing person I called that would give me an approximation of cost to fix my garbage disposal. Answered all my questions, and I had many.
Jesse the technician just left, said there was no problem with the disposal, probably just had something stuck, but it worked it's way through. He did not charge me a penny, not even a service call fee. I would reccommend Dignity Plumbing in a heartbeat. They will be the only people I call in the future for plumbing problems. Added benefit, Jesse is adorable!
As an out of town owner of rental properties we are super happy to have found Dignity Plumbing. Their prices are fair and work is outstanding. We highly recommend them. They worked great with out tenants which is greatly appreciated.

This business really is absolutely top drawer when it comes to customer service. That's not so easy to find in Las Vegas. I received a call and my quote almost immediately from Kenny, and a 2:30 appointment the next day. At 2:20 Scott called to say he was stuck behind an accident and would it be ok if he was a little late? I was stunned and so thrilled that he was that conscientious about time. He arrived to take out my sink pending new countertops, and left everything spotless. I have found my new plumber. The whole operation is very professional.
Had a broken spigot behind the fridge, Matt and Fernando ensured a rapid response within 20 mins and had the repair professionally accomplished within an hour. I highly recommend Dignity Plumbing LV to anyone with a plumbing emergency. My wife and I just came home from a weekend away and to our surprise our three year old water heater was not working. I tried to troubleshoot it as best as I could but I have no idea what I'm doing. I called around to just about every shop in town just trying to get an appointment but no one could set one and just said someone would call to set up a time. These were some of the big, nationwide places too. It seemed we were going to have cold water for a few days. The last number I called was Dignity Plumbing and I spoke with Scott. He immediately told me he could be out the next morning by 8:00am. He called in the morning and even showed up a few minutes early. He immediately diagnosed the problem and told me that the fix would take about two hours. He was right and the job was done pretty quickly. I had to leave but had a family member stay while the job was being completed. It wasn't a cheap fix and is super frustrating considering the unit is just over three years old but I happily paid for the convenience and professionalism displayed by Dignity and Scott. Thanks for getting our hot water back!

Dignity Plumbing AKA Thomason Construction completed a job three other plumbers could not do without busting out a newly tiled shower enclosure or a freshly painted kitchen ceiling. They replaced and installed an outdated Roman tub fixture. The fixture was 25-years old and extraordinarily difficult to match up. The other aforementioned plumbers offered to install a new fixture but it would have entailed accessing the tub panel and I had just re-tiled my shower enclosure and painted my kitchen ceiling (two access points) so those were not options. Multiple trips to Lowes, Home Depot and boutique plumbing stores throughout Las Vegas by earlier plumbers failed to find a match. Dignity had a match and a reasonable installation quote within a few days. I was very impressed with the speed and commitment to this challenging project. John and Scott at Dignity pledged to see this job through to the very end and they delivered as promised.
I am so happy with the quality of Dignity Plumbing's workmanship and their utmost professionalism in scheduling and communication. This is a first-rate plumbing company and I am pleased to offer my highest recommendation. I would re-name them Miracle Plumbing!

I discovered water in my backyard, I started freaking out because it was a holiday week, I reached out to dignity plumbing on yelp and Matt contacted me that night and I had an appointment the very next day in the morning. Fernando came out and was very nice. I told him that our irrigation line broke but I wasn't sure if we had a leak somewhere because it still looked wet in the backyard. Well Fernando looked at our box and determined there wasn't a leak that the excess water was from the irrigation line that broke. I liked that he was honest with us and didn't try to take advantage of us, just told us what was going on. The price was great as well, i was scared it was going to be an arm and a leg. So I would recommend this company.
