I am so thankful for them, they did an amazing job! They are also not trying to charge you an arm and a leg for their services. Seriously appreciate a company that is honest as them.

Steve from MCS Plumbing was on time, fast, professional and not expensive.  I will definitely use him in the future and highly recommend to friends and relatives.

Our main water pipe had a leak by the meter box. We received multiple estimates. Not only was MCS plumbing the most inexpensive, they were also the most professional. Honest and on-time. Jon was incredible Plumber!  If needed, definitely will use these guys in the future. Highly recommend.

Extremely poor business model. Talked with the lady who answered business phone about wishing to speak with Steve, the business owner, to get his professional opinion about an issue I was experiencing.  She said he would call me back. Well that was December 20, and this past Saturday, January 8, after leaving a message he still hasn't returned a call!  Business is either extremely good or he's out of business.  
Don't waste your time reaching out to an unorganized business that can't return calls.

Steve and his team are simply amazing!  They are very responsive, thorough and efficient.  We have been so happy with working with them. If you are looking for a quality company that stands by their work, this is your plumber!  We have used them for a variety of services. No matter how big or small they can manage all your plumbing needs!!

I had a pipe leak inside the wall...I really panicked!  A friend referred MCS so I called & they quickly sent Steve who is a GREAT, PROFESSIONAL plumber.  He fixed the leak in a timely manner & at a reasonable price!  Since that repair, I used MCS & Steve again to install a new garbage disposal, new bathroom faucet, soft water unit & install various toilet parts.  They are totally professional, helpful & reasonable! I recommend them without hesitation!

I have called MCS plumbing twice now for repairs to my old home that still has original 1970's plumbing. Both times the plumbers who came to our house were knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to repair our problem. I was pleased to see even their young techs were able to work with plumbing that is literally older than them! I have their number saved in my phone and will call them every time my old home springs a leak!

While at the time MCS does not have a ton of reviews, there are good so far. With no second thought, I will add to those reviews and help build their reputation. Yesterday I had a 2 person team show up to change out some whole home filters as well as a 5 filter R/O system. Better than showing up on time, they showed up a little early, and kept me well informed about their arrival status. They got right to work after I gave them the tour of what needed to be done. The work was done quickly and professionally, and they let me know what I needed to do after they left. So, the quality of work...5 stars. The other important thing, nice a personable guys. Because we have a home warranty, we have had a few, random plumbers here over the last couple years. They could learn a lot from a job well done from MCS. A company/business in a lot of cases is only as good as the people they hire. Hopefully these guys are indicative of what MCS uses as a standard for hiring. MCS is the only plumber we will use from now on, and will pay that forward by recommending them to neighbors/friends and relatives whenever we can. The number of people in Las Vegas/Henderson we wouldn't recommend is...pretty sad. Thanks MCS!

MCS Plumbing was referred to me from one of my clients. I had gotten four quotes and three were in line with each other so their price was inline with the market. I decided to go with them because they were referred and out of the four that came out they seemed to be the most knowledgeable. The others didn't really know how to approach the job. I was building a laundry room in my garage. The water lines and gas lines needed to be relocated from the original laundry room and I needed an additional water line to be added for the sink. It was a three day project and from the outside trenching to the moving of the lines, to the re-installation of the washer, dryer, sink and water softener, they were phenomenal. They even went beyond my expectations when they put together the sink for me. I didn't expect that. My one half complaint is the lack of communication from the office, but with today's times every contractor I have called is very busy so for now I forgive that. I would gladly recommend them and plan to use them again once they give me my next estimate.

We had a great experience with MCS Plumbing on our recent home renovation that updated a Kitchen counter tops and 3 bathroom vanities with stone and new fixtures.  

Steve and his crew were professional, did excellent work and were a pleasure to work with. Shout out to Dan especially.  Thank you MCS Plumbing. We will definitely have them back for another other work we need.

This review is from my attempt to get an estimate, not for actual work, but the company seemed highly disorganized.  On February 8th, I spoke with Valerie in their office to state that I needed a written estimate for a specific job that I knew would not be inexpensive. For this reason, I wanted to get a few written estimates since I know they can vary.  She scheduled Saturday, February 11th with me at 10am and informed me that there was a $49 fee for the estimate which would be credited back if I used them.  I then received a phone call from her yesterday asking if we could reschedule a little earlier on Saturday at 8am which was fine.  I just received a phone call from a Felicia in their office (apparently one of the owners since she is listed on their contractor's license with the same last name as the other owner listed) asking if I could meet their person today within the hour, but she said he needed to go to the supply house first.  I asked why that person needed to go to the supply house first when I was only getting a written estimate.  She said that there would be a fee for that - which I told her I already knew since an appointment was scheduled for Saturday with Valerie.  She then seemed confused and asked me to hold on.  Valerie then got on the phone and asked me what I wanted done as if we never spoke before.  I then reminded her that we had an appointment for Saturday at 8am which she had rescheduled for the estimate.  I asked what was going on at their company that nobody kept track of anything and what was discussed to have done.  She then said that she could no longer do Saturday and wanted to change the appointment again to Monday.  This company charges a fee for their estimate to respect their plumber's time to come out, but they do not appear to respect the customer's time.  I have been flexible and said yes to rescheduling to earlier on Saturday (which was easy) and even said yes to meeting within the hour today, but when being told my appointment for Saturday could no longer happen without a reasonable reason it shows a lack of respect for a customer's time.

We had a problem with no hot water in main bathroom faucets! Plumber new exactly how to fix.We have had many plumbers before
that didn't have a clue.Finally someone with great knowledge!So nice to have hot water again.

Cannot say enough about this company! They did a small tenant improvement for us at our new location. In a day and age where it seems no one does what they say they will do,  MCS Plumbing stood out from the rest and provided excellent quality of construction and came in on time and slightly under bid. Thank you MCS!

I had a great experience with this company. I bought a kitchen faucet at the local Costco and had them come out to install it. Upon opening the box and installing it, it turned out it had a leak. The plumber didn't charge me to swap it back out to my original and only charged me the original trip fee once he came back out a second time to install another new one I bought. He was fast and no leaks. Faucet is sturdy and looks great in my kitchen. Thanks MCS, you guys did a great job! I'm now going to call them again to install an Ready Hot system in the kitchen to give me hot water water to make tea all the time.

We hired Steve and his team to help with remodel of our house in Henderson, including new salt water system, water heater relocation to outside, bathroom and kitchen remodels.
Overall they were at our house 6x for the various jobs in different stages, including putting new valves into the walls behind showers/tubs, moving pipes into the ceiling, and moving pipes in the kitchen. Often we had to ask them to come within 48 hours based on where other contractors were with respective projects.
MCS plumbing provided some equipment at a discount to us.
The whole process went very smoothly, communication and appointments went well, the work was impeccable.
Steve and his team were professional and left the work areas clean.
We loved working with MCS Plumbing and have refereed him to our realtor!

I have used Mcs Plumbing for over 12 years because the owner, Steve is honest, knowledgeable and fair!
John, Rob, Steven and Dan from Mcs have all been to my home to make repairs or requested replacements of the water heater, RO system, toilets, faucets etc.  I only trust Mcs plumbing because they have earned my trust, time and time again.
