I moved into a house that needed a good amount of plumbing work. I'd gotten a bid from another company, and just didn't feel comfortable that the proposed work addressed current and potential problems, so I called Sin City, and I'm so glad I did. Ura, thoroughly inspected everything, proposed a scope of work that made sense, quoted a fair price, and delivered great service. The repairs were completed with great care, in a timely and extremely professional manner. I seriously recommend sin City Plumbing to anyone who wants a job done right. .

We have used Sin City Plumbing for the past 4 years.
They are doing a slab leak job for us now in a condo we own. Very fair, estimate, they come out immediately.
We don't have hot water at the moment so they are doing this job the following day.
The supervisor Phil is helpful and honest. We trust this company.

After 4 different plumbing companies misdiagnosed a normal city water meter movement as a leak and all 4 recommending a costly repipe, I can Sin City Plumbing for a 5th opinion. The other companies recommending a repipe didn't make sense since none produced visual evidence of a leak.
Phil came out initially and was super helpful and knowledgeable and the first to opine that no leak was found and told me to check with water department to make sure meter was not malfunctioning first. I took his advice and glad I did. The water department confirmed my meter rocking (not turning) was a normal occurrence in some meters. LVVWA water dept said my water usage history did not indicate a leak at all, but there was a higher than normal water pressure reading going to my house and recommended pressure valve. I had one, but it failed-- my pressure valve needed replacing. Called Sin City back to replace pressure valve and some other plumbing fixtures. Uri came out and took care of everything, quickly and at fair price. He also was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Once the valve was replaced, what do you know-- the water meter stopped moving --indicating that the rocking was caused by water pressure, not a pinhole leak!
Very impressed with this company. Honest, experienced and professional- I will definitely use them again and recommend to my clients.

I always ask for Sin City Plumbing because I get the best service possible. Their technicians/plumbers are always on time and their technicians are always courteous knowledgeable and reliable. On this service call I had Sam, their technician /plumber and as always his service and work was impeccable. If you have not tried Sin City Plumbing before I urge you to give them a try ! You won't regret it... Or use them for my personal property as well as all my investment properties. With warranties and without. I have yet to be disappointed!

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Everyone I spoke to or met was very personable and professional. My pluming was a mess and the fixed everything, even took care of things that weren't and issue now but would have been eventually. I am very happy with my experience and will be recommending them.

Tony from Sin City Plumbing was awesome! He is super friendly and yet remained professional. He is very efficient, he made his job look easy because of his positive attitude. I am thankful he was the one assigned to fix the plumbing issue in my masters bathroom. I dealt with another plumber from another company weeks ago and I was not too pleased, I didn't feel like they were willing to help, that my emergency is not their emergency. And for that I am glad someone recommended Sin City- great experience!!! I will highly recommend this company to my friends and co-workers. It is very rare to find such an honest service company and I am VERY happy with Sin City Plumbing and the services I received. Phil, the estimator, answered all my questions and really took the time to explain everything to me and let me know exactly what I was getting why it was necessary. I was given multiple options for the repair that was needed and a detailed estimate for the work the was being done. I was even able to get some Electrical work done from their sister company while the Plumbing was being done. The technicians that came to complete the job let me know what was going on every step of the way. Once the job was done the old materials were hauled away and my house was left nice and clean. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs Plumbing or Electrical work done.

We are so very happy with the service, professionalism, knowledge, and pricing of Phil from Sin City Plumbing. We already had another plumber out who did not know how to fix our leaking toilet problem. I called a number of companies and spoke with the actual plumbers before deciding to try Sin City. I was impressed with Michael, the owner, and how he seemed to really understand our problem. All the other companies just wanted to come out and do a free estimate. Michael explained about the different scenarios that could be causing the problem. He promised me that Phil would know how to fix it, and he did! They also gave me a CCSD discount because I am a retired teacher. I will recommend Sin City to all my friends, and I will call them again if I need any more plumbing repairs.

I'm sure after the long day/night of work Tyler will be happy if he doesn't hear my address anytime soon, but the dedication to complete the job was amazing. So many companies in this town flake....I have for sure found a keeper and will continue to refer anyone I know to Sin City Plumbing!

Several years ago i needed a plumber and hired Sin City. I was extremely pleased with the service performed by a gentleman named Mike. Four or five years ago I purchased a 36 wide bathroom vanity/sink combo and a new toilet and I needed someone to install it. Naturally because I was pleased with Sin City in the past, that's who I reached out to. When I called the office to explain what I needed done, first of all, I was told they work weekends and Sundays included at no extra charge. I also described the sink/vanity that I purchased to be sure they would be able to install an item such as it was. I was told no problem. When the person arrived to do the work, his demeanor was not what I expected. When he saw that the unit was still in the box and needed some simple assembly (Legs and faucet attached) he grumbled that I was not prepared for this. How much were you quoted? It seemed clear to me, he thought it was going to be a quick job. I felt stuck between a rock and hard spot, thinking maybe I should have just dismissed him but I still would have to pay a charge for the call.I went ahead and let him do the work. While he completed the work he initiated some small talk and mentioned he had recently received a hefty traffic ticket, over $500! When he completed the work and I asked him what I owed it was almost to the penny the amount of his traffic ticket! I was speechless. I suppose if it costs $575 to install a new toilet and a small vanity sink so be it. He did a crummy job calking the base of the toilet. Unfortunately, I did not speak up and the reason being when you have people like this in your home, you just want to get them out asap! I have had plumbing needs since this fiasco but did not call Sin City.

This plumbing company is THE VERY BEST!!!
Their service is top notch!! Everyone from the office staff to the technician goes above and beyond all expectations with courtesy, promptness and service. I have had Ura several times to do a multitude of projects. He works so hard, never takes a break, explains everything he will be doing, answers all my questions, cleans up meticulously and his work is always Superb!! He is a perfectionist and always honest about what really needs to be done. Never tries to sell me anything that isn't needed. I will never use another plumbing company. Kudos to them all!!

I had to call four times and get them on the phone with warranty company to try to get them to stand behind their work. Beware they only warranty for 30 days (and refused even though i called on day 26) and would not stand by my home warranty's guarantee of 180 days. If you get past the disorganized and rude office staff, Tony the plumber was a nice guy. He told me if I have any problems call him back but that turned out to be a nightmare. They refused to resolve the issue without another payment. Guess anything goes in Sin City plumbing.

We were referred to Sin City Plumbing by our Realtor Ken with the Rivago group, and any vendors from him are excellent! Ura, the technician with Sin City Plumbing was experienced, friendly, personable and efficient! He communicated his arrival clearly and came quickly! Ura explained what was wrong with our kitchen sink garbage disposal and drain, and gave me options. I appreciated his honesty and taking the time to answer all my questions. Ura ended up changing the garbage disposal to a better one. I'm so grateful our kitchen sink is fixed so that I can work in my kitchen! I will definitely call Ura and Sin City Plumbing for any issues that come up in the future.

These guys are great. I had gotten an estimate from them for leaking pipes back in October 2020, but couldn't do the actual repair until a year later. I asked for a new estimate, and they honored the original! They came out as scheduled, the work was done right, the work crew was great, and the yard was completely restored to original. You'd never know my front yard was torn up and trenches dug. Overall an excellent experience. I would definitely hire them again for any plumbing issue. And ask for Randall! He's an awesome foreman.

This company was wonderful to deal with . I had a bad emergency at my house with a flood. They were here within an hour. The technician Sam was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He solved our problem in no time. I recommend this company highly. It's a pleasure to deal with people who are so accommodating and considerate.

They get the job done right! They also worked with me on a price, but they are VERY expensive. That said, they only offer the best in quality parts (MADE IN THE USA) and exceptional service. The question is: Can you afford anybody else to do your plumbing? Not me. To trust any other Vegas plumber is potential for other things costing you more, such as water damage to your entire home. The reps on the phone were amazing and empathetic. I've experienced others in the area, and these guys are top-notch! Thank you, Sin City Plumbing. You saved my rental home from a lot of damage and thousands in repairs.

I called them because of the reviews and because they were local. Since they do charge extra for after hour jobs and it wasnt an emergency I made an appointment for the next morning. They told me they would call at 7:30 to verify and be there by 8, they did both. The technician scoped out the job and told me what it would cost, I was given a veterans discount. The price was more than resonable and the job done quickly and satisfactorly. I will not hesitate to call them again!!

Was able to get a quick appointment to deal with a noisy toilet. The plumber, Tony, diagnosed the problem in no time and was able to resolve the issue. Tony was very personable, knowledgeable, and respectful, and inquired if we were eligible for a senior discount (which we were). I have dealt with Sin City Plumbing in the past, and would definitely call them again when the need arises. And I would ask if Tony were available to make the service call.

Tyler Rasmussen just left my house to fix a bathtub leak. I found him to be efficient, knowledgeable, honest and just simply amazing! His pricing was fair and he left the area clean since he demonstrates pride in his work!

Showed up within time frame given. Answered all my questions thoroughly. Did the work quickly and efficiently. I feel the price was very fair for the work that needed to be done. Will call again if any new problems arise.

Ura came out to our house this morning. He was prompt and very polite. He gave us a couple options and ultimately was able to fix our problem. He was thorough and professional. We will definitely be using Sin City Plumbing for any future needs.

Used these guys again for a water heater problem and they fixed it fast and at a good cost. The family that runs this business are great people that provide great service.

They quoted $95 an hour and $110 total. It took him 15 minutes and they charged me $115. I thought they were pricey for a broken toilet handle and flapper.

I've used this company a few times. My girlfriend and I have a couple rental properties that have required repairs along with using them on completing repairs on some client's homes prior to and after closing.
We had Robert out to our personal home to replace a water heater and small leak under the kitchen sink. Robert was extremely personable and professional. He completed the needed repairs quickly and explained items of concern to watch out for in the future. My girlfriend and I have worked with Phil on a few projects as well. The service and quality this company provides is second to none along with the employees who represent it. Thanks to Neli, Robert and Phil. They get it.

Ura was the tech assigned to my house. Received a text with his picture when he was on his way. Nice respectful man. Called prior to do work and quoted fair price. Highly recommended.

Showed them pictures of reinstall of two areas plumbing ..got bid for 450-550 and never was told NO WARRANTY on provided parts...If I had known I may have gotten new, not sure as no leaks prior. THEN less than 48 hours a LEAK in just installed plumbing. We called and they say $300 plus per hour to come back and see where leak is...we called a friend who was a plumber and he goes by for a small fee and tightens the drain line they LEFT with it being loose and that was the leak. Left message for field supervisor and no call back and put in request for the itemized bill as the 2.5 hour job was $600 and wanted to know why? No Bill supplied.

ADDENDUM; They did after a few days get in touch and did refund for our other plumber who tightened the loose connection and did send itemized bill and did refund the over estimate amount. The field supervisor was very understanding and accommodating.

Great customer service! Ura, plumber, stayed for an hour diagnosing my issue. Didn't overcharge and was very conservative. Thank you!

Our was backing up and we couldn't figure out why. Ura from Sin City Plumbing came in and he did an amazing job getting our pipes unclogged! We went through our home warranty and they were prompt in getting us set up with an appointment the next day! First, I apologize as this review may be a little lengthy and require you some additional reading time (my disclaimer in advance.)

The main reason we contacted Sin City Plumbing was they provided repair services for an insurance claim we had due to a flood water claim in late spring of 2018. As we had a great experience with them during the insurance claim -- they were hired by our homeowners' insurance, not us (for the record) -- I kept their contact information should we need any future plumbing service.

About a year ago, we had some issues with water leaking from our downstairs toilet water valve and other issues with our toilet in the master bathroom. We contacted Sin City Plumbing and it was very easy to schedule someone to come out and assist with making the necessary repairs. On this day, we met Sam the plumber, who arrived on time, was very friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable and thorough of his trade. Sam completed the job in the time expected and we had zero issues after. I kept Sam's name handy for any future calls as he was very serviceable -- and he was not in any way the plumber salesman who would tell you to fix, repair, and do whatever else so he gets a bigger commission.

Now to present day.....I contacted Sin City plumbing again in the first week of January 2020 and scheduled service to assist with changing out the water supply lines and angle stop valves for both hot and cold under each of the sinks in our master bathroom. When I made the appointment, I requested Sam and the customer service dispatcher said she would mark it down for Sam to be assigned to us. On the day of service, Sam showed up on time and just as friendly as the first time. He remembered coming to our residence the year prior and even asked how the toilet repairs were holding up -- great memory!!! Again, he did not disappoint with his level of service. He pointed out that the plastic water supply lines which the previous owner of the house had installed were wearing down and although we had a small leak with one supply line, he pointed out on the plastic tubing part which was starting to bubble and break open. Sam explained this as you know when you go on vacation and think everything is fine and when you come home to a flooding disaster in your house, this is something that we caught in time before that unexpected flooding disaster could happen. I was very thankful we called when we did, and am glad he pointed this out to me for my own knowledge. Again, great service from Sam.

About a week after Sam was here, we had another very unexpected incident as we were replacing out our kitchen faucet due to the handle being extremely worn and non-repairable. I felt very comfortable completing the repair and I took all precautions of shutting off all sources of water to ensure there would not be an issue. As I began getting deeper into the project, I thought it would be good to change out the angle stop valves for the hot and cold water since they were quite old and replace with the 1/4 turn angle stop. When I went to change out the hot water valve, water started coming out of the water line -- and it ended up being more than the residual water in the line. Needless to say after about 30 minutes of not knowing why this is happening and checking both the main house shut off water line and the city shut off water supply line (out in front of the house), I told my girlfriend to contact Sin City Plumbing and tell them we have an emergency -- so we did. The dispatcher who called us back was very pleasant and reassuring they could handle the call. Well about 30 minutes later, I received a call from --- guess who?? -- Sam, who happened to be the on-call plumber on a Sunday afternoon. Sam said he was finishing another call and would be here within 40 minutes. When Sam showed up, he was as pleasant as before and I explained everything. He went to the city main water supply line to see about shutting the water off first. Sam had some difficulty shutting it off with his long tool and I explained to him that I shut it off as far as the knob would turn to shut off the water. Once we had this shut off, Sam went to work and helped us repair and replace the angle stop valves. Again we completely had good luck on our side with Sam being on call and just coming out the week prior.

In the future, we will be sure enough to call Sin City Plumbing and request Sam for any plumbing services or repairs (without emergencies) needed. Thank you Sin City Plumbing and Sam for the great service and which I hope many more people will use your services after this review!! Again if you need a plumber you can trust Sin City is definitely the one to call -- and ask for Sam!

WOW WOW WOW!!!!! This company is absolutely the best! First sam knew right away we had a leak just by looking at it! Then he knew it was leaking below as well just from opening the cabinet!! I called the company at 6:45 p.m. requesting a plumber for an emergency call on a 90 year old little lady living by herself with a clogged toilet that we could not unclog ourselves got a return call from the dispatcher at 7 and the plumber arrive at 7:45 took him all of ten minutes his name was Tony he was amazing and awesome at his job if you ever need a plumber call Sin City Plumbing they are very courteous personable and value their customers I won't use any other plumbers now except for Sin City Plumbing

Stay far away...they have 16 yr old apprentices that all argue between themselves on how to do a job...Then a supervisor gets called in and work still not performed properly.

On 08-12-22 I had low water pressure at my home. So we called Sin City Plumbing out to look at the issue. A Tech by the name of Corky showed up to look at the issue. After walking the house he asked to look at the electrical panel. Upon looking at the panel he mentioned that I most likely had faulty pipes. He Recommended that we try and turn up the pressure on the regulator, because it was most likely bad but he wanted to test it first by adjusting it. As soon as he touched it and adjusted the pressure too high it busted pipes underground causing me to have no water in my home and forced for a re pipe. Sin City Plumbing not only maliciously busted my pipes, so they could bid to re pipe my home. This left me without any water over the weekend until on Monday 08-15-22 I receive two bids totaling $26,350 to replace my main line and one to re pipe the interior of my home. I expressed that I wanted to contact my insurance and get second opinions. I was pressured into putting down a 50 percent deposit or I would not have an appt to repair. I paid the deposit of $13025. I was able to speak with my insurance and get second opinions for the repair job. We had spoken with Phil at Sin City Plumbing and informed him that we were going to go with the other company because the my insurance was covering up to what the other company estimated. Phil got upset because we wanted to use the other company, and we stated come down in price and we will let you have the job. On 08-23-22 Phil came back with two new bids totaling 15,600. At this point we approved the job, and they began that same morning. Two days later after the job is 75 percent completed Phil states that once opening walls that the cost is going up. They emailed us a new bid for $20,155 We told them that was not the price we agreed to and we were threated to have lien on my home if we didn't pay. Sin City plumbing is not a TRUSTED Company and I highly recommend you get second opinions. Look at the pictures added and you can see the poor work they do. All that care about is getting in and out and getting paid. Instead of running the new pipe to the old regulator in the garage they cut corners and placed it outside the home. It looks like crap because they just wanted to be lazy and save on time. They did the same thing to two of our 3 bathrooms where they damaged the cabinets by running copper pipe all inside them. The were supposed to go in the stucco outside and run into the fixtures in the cabinets. You cant see in the photos how they again cut corners to save on there cost. The last thing they did was run a new rear hose bib for outside faucet, but now you can't access it from the back yard. HIGHLY RECOMMENED YOU GET ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO THE WORK BECUASE SIN CITY IS NOT HONEST AND JUST DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS PROPERTY!!!I paid in full $20,155 on 11-10-22. BECAUSE WE WERE THREATENED IF WE DIDN'T PAY THEY WOULD PUT THE LIEN ON THE OUR HOME.....

Very responsive and helpful. Phil and Carlos are both great. Did a large new construction plumbing inspection between the two of them and they were very thorough. Easy to schedule and communicate with.

sin city plumbing was mediocre overall. I called and made an appointment for rooter service and Jasmine was pleasant on the phone. I wasn't thrilled with the 4 hour window and their policy that if you don't answer the phone when they call when they're on their way, they skip you. But they were a referral so I made the appointment.

so my window was noon-4p. what really ticked me off was when I called at 3p to find out the status, the guy had totally forgotten about me and he was on the other side of town. lucky I called otherwise i'd be sitting around at 4p waiting for them wondering what happened.

what made me even more irritated was when I called the office to complain, their first response was that it was b/c the previous job took longer than expected. When I told them that their tech had already confessed to forgetting then all they said was sorry.

They then called me back and said that the owner has approved a discount of TEN WHOLE DOLLARS. To me that was more insulting than doing nothing for me waiting around for them for the entire afternoon.

they did show up at about 430p, it took them about 10 minutes to clear my clog and they were off. I was so irritated I paid them the extra $10. if it were my business (and I am a small biz owner), I would have just done it for free especially since it was a 10 minute job.

I realize that people make mistakes, but how one resolves the mistake is most important. Worst thing that you can do is to try and BS your way out of it!

PS - They didn't even notice that I didn't take the discount!

My Senior Community uses SinCityPlumbing. I had a leak in the water pipe into the house. They were there in 15 minutes. Tony had the job done in less than 1/2 hr.

Thanks Tony, I honestly thought that the water would be down for the day, but thanks to Sin City less than 1/2 hour. Back to normal.

Well, after an In-wall leak that that required some removing part of the shower wall, I can say, without any hesitation, that Sin City is the best. Our plumber, Ura, was especially exceptional. He had to ultimately visit multiple times from beginning to end, and all three times just terrific. Punctual, friendly, detailed, and thorough, and this applies the whole company, trustworthy. I could not ask for a better experience.

Rip Offs!!! They send out guys who do not know what they are doing & then attempt to overcharge you after they make the repair worse do to poor quality workmanship. It was bad to even give 1 star at all

Hired this company to change a pressure reducing valve. Their plumber decided I did not need the pressure reducing valve and removed it. Within 24 hours of the work being done by Sin City Plumbing pipes burst under my foundation. This company has caused over $7000 dollars in damage to my property. They cut 9 2 foot by 2 foot holes throughout my house they damage my electrical wiring. Their insurance company was extremely difficult to deal with. Three weeks later I still have holes around my house & extensive damage to my property. And their insurance company only wants to pay for a fraction of the cost to repair the damage apparently caused by the removal of the pressure reducing valve. After causing all this damage to my home they did return and install the valve they originally removed & said I did not need.

Sam visited today to help me with a shower repair. We had an odd situation with one of the shower valve stems, but he handled it quickly and effectively. The work was done on the spot, quickly and cleanly. Everything was pleasant, and Sam was very friendly. I have used Sin City for previous work, and so they continue to provide good service to me.

I have had them out for all of my plumbing issues and these guys are top notch. Quick service, excellent results, professional, funny, great customer service, and most of all their work is excellent. They always arrive on time, they always call before showing up. I have never had a bad experience with them. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

In fact... I called them to install my new dishwasher. The technician came out and installed it, THEN he hooked up the water to our new refrigerator for the icemaker free of charge, because it only takes a second and it's no big deal. unless they do something totally heinous, I will never use a different plumbing and maintenance service. These guys are the best.

I had a water hose on my water heater, which was so bad the security in my condo conversion complex turned the water main for my unit off. I had called over 14 different plumbers, and no one could help. All were booked or did not want to take on my situation. I came home to repair the hose, and then my frantic calls to plumbers. My gf found you guys and i have to say such honest people. The booked me on short notice. Seven minutes it took, and I was talking to Robert.

He checked my handiwork in replacing the water hose, we went over to the water main and it was on. Wallah!!!

Called Saturday mid-afternoon regarding issues having with our toilet and the angle stop valve. In addition, we had issues with a different toilet which the main gasket and flush valve needed replacement. The female customer rep who took the call was very polite and friendly. She said Sam would arrive before 5pm today.

Sam arrived at 430pm and was extremely polite and professional. After showing him the issues he went to work immediately and finished all repairs in about 45 minutes. Very fair pricing for the overall service received same day. Definitely will call upon again with any future needs and request Sam for service!

You hear so many horror stories about home warranty companies sending out subpar companies to address your concerns. Not with Sin City Plumbing. My home warranty was quick to respond to my pilot light not igniting on my water heater. I was informed it would take 24-48 hours to hear from someone, not the case. Within 12 hours Sin City informed me that they'd be at my house and gave me a 4 hour time frame and were there earlier than expected (HUGE PLUS!!!). They did what they could with the pilot light and a few days later they had a new water heater installed. I plan on using Sin City for any plumbing issues that come up and referring them to friends and family. I truly appreciate that they valued my time and their professionalism. My faucet stopped working so I called and made an appointment for the next day. Took off work and waited the 4 hour window that they gave me. Waited the entire 4 hours with no call, no show. If you like taking a day off work, waiting around and wasting time for no one to show up, I highly recommend this company.

Ura and Jose arrived right on time and gave exceptional service. He dealt with our two main issues and I asked him to look at an ongoing issue which he fixed in five minutes! Excellent work guys! Thank you!!

I had a slow drain problem and they came out to do a formal power snake. We were able to determine there was some type of debris about 20' into the line. We needed to get a better estimate on where the debris was and then cut holes in the downstairs ceiling to confirm. I stated that I wanted a full turnkey job if we needed to cut holes. So the next day, they came out and we cut two 24'x24' holes, cut a piece of pipe and removed the debris. The plumber took some pictures so the drywall painting person could do that estimate. Two days passed and no response from the drywall person. I then started to follow up with the drywall person and it took another two days for them to respond with a quote that was just crazy. I finally hired my own drywall/painting person and they completed the job. Basically, these guys found and fixed the problem, but I wanted a turnkey job which was agreed to, but not performed. They basically left me with two holes in the ceiling and I spent another week finding my own drywall/painting company to complete the job.

Thank you so much to Sam :-) He came to my house last week and helped me fix a clogged drain. I contacted Sin City Plumbing to get a second opinion, the first company I called wanted to take out my concrete floors and charge me thousands! Which was not necessary! Sam was able to quickly identify the issue and hydro clean the drains and the problem was gone! Thank you so much for your companies honesty, its hard to find companies that are honest in Las Vegas. Sin City Plumbing hands down is the best plumbers in Vegas. From the first time I called for service, they were professional and answered all my questions. Sam is the best. He really cares about the customers but also is passionate about what he does. Sin City will be our go to plumbers. They don't disappoint.

I wanted to move my stove from one side of the kitchen to the other. It was only 4 ft of gas line. Sin City estimated $5000+ and wanted to do an engineering drawing on the whole gas system. The competition did it for $300 including pressure check and permits. Then I wanted a tub drain fixed. Sin city estimated $500. The tech came out and left because he didn't know how to fix the abs pipe and made me reschedule. I got a call back my cost was going to be $700 - $1200 for the same job they quoted. They said it would take all day. I did the work myself in 1.5 hours and $100 in materials.

They will give you a time they are going to show up and won't show. Every time you call they are picking up parts or parts are not available. You might see them 3 hours after your appointment.

Even though sin city plumbing has not been able to perform on larger jobs I have used them extensively on shower head changes, clogged pipes, and other minor issues and would not hesitate to call them. Mike is probably one of their best plumbers.

Found this company through a recommendation on my neighborhood Facebook page and am grateful to have found it.
We called them because of a major problem with having no water in the house. The person that answered the phone was friendly and very helpful and managed to get us on the schedule the same day. Sam came out and after explaining the issue managed to diagnose the issue pretty quickly. He was finished and cleaned up within a more than reasonable amount of time. I hope we never have similar problems again but at least I know who we'll be calling if we do.

My son-in-law replaced the fill valve on my master bedroom toilet and afterwards the water wouldn't turn back on. It was 2:30pm on Friday afternoon so you can imagine my surprise when I called Sin City Plumbing and they offered to have someone to my home before 5pm. Robert arrived about 1 hour later and found the problem was a defective water valve that controlled the water to the toilet. He carefully explained what needed to be done. He finished the job and carefully checked to be sure the toilet was flushing properly. Then, he checked the valve in my 2nd bathroom because he was concerned with the age of the defective valve that it might be a problem, too, but it was in good condition. I am so thrilled to have found a plumber who is fair and has my best interest in mind, one whom I trust, and a plumber I feel comfortable calling in the future for my plumbing needs. Our garbage disposal backed up and clogged right in the middle of cleaning the kitchen. We called and Phil was in the area and stopped in within 10 minutes of calling and did the fastest repair I have ever seen. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Very thorough! Sam from Sin City plumbing spotted every possibility of what was the cause of the leak and offer solutions that just wasn't from a guess. Affordable prices and amazing work. I still have a leak that needs to be fixed but it will be a big job. Hopefully they will continue the great work with affordable prices because those two qualities are definitely needed at the moment.

Updates will come, so far so good.

One month ago they did a main line clean for 700 bucks. A month later no warranty and the same thing is happening again. They never made the toilet tight when they left the first time and won't warranty any of there work. Too bad. Don't use this company

Had a hot water heater stop working. Called Sin City and they were there pretty quick. they were complete professionals, and kept everything clean. definitely will use them again. Tony was awesome.

Brandon Rowe, was very polite and courteous both on the phone and in person. professional but yet a people person he and his partner, were very quick in replacing the water heater. They cleaned up after themselves and the mess the water heater made before they replaced it. From the get-go, they knew what they were doing and took care of the problem almost immediately. Sin City is always reliable and on time. They may not be the least expensive, but I am a firm believer you get what you pay for, especially in the service industry. We have used Sin City Plumbing for a long time and are very happy with them. Always cordial and always make sure the work area is spotless once they have completed the job.

So, I tried to replace my water heater on my own. Unless you are actually know what you are doing, this is an awful idea. I called Sin City Plumbing, since I had seen them around my neighborhood. They sent Phil, who showed up and showed me everything I did wrong (including buying the wrong water heater, which is embarrassing). Not only did he do a clean and great job, he had to clean up the wet mess that I had made trying to fix it myself. So yeah, it is a good idea to call Sin City Plumbing when you don't know what you're doing, like me.
