We've been working with Kevin at Action for a couple of months now remodeling our bathrooms and adding a 1/2 bath and we are very pleased with Action. Kevin is hands on with his crew and great with communicating with us! Action, also, re piped our cold water which needed lots of holes in the walls, but Rocky fixed all the drywall and made our new powder room! You could never tell the was a hole...just perfect. Action helped in the kitchen and baths we would have never managed without them! I'll miss not seeing someone from Action in my home, but we are finished and happy with their professional work!

Rocky is very good! He works Sundays and he is knowledgeable about the pipes in my house. He replaced my kitchen faucet and fixed the valve problem. I would recommend him to anyone who has plumbing needs.

We needed a gas line installed for a built in bbq. They were professional and timely. The owner went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Unfortunately, the city is taking a very long time for permits right now. Action Plumbing got it done though, and I am so thankful for this wonderful plumbing company.

My water heater took a crap and I almost lost it until I called Action. Everyone at action is genuine and honest and just all around nice people to work with! They have super reasonable rates and do quality work. 10 out of 10 from this single mom that almost lost her cool because of a water heater!

I usually don't leave bad reviews unless I am really disappointed by the services. We used Action Plumbing for couple times and we were happy with their services for the first couple times until our recent experience with them.

First incident, my rental property A had a clogging issue in our down stair bathroom. We called them and they came on January 2, 2017. They unclogged the toilet and run a camera through the toilet to the main sewer line. My tenant paid them $350 service fee at that day. We live out of state so we were not able to see the camera when they did that. I called their office to inquire the issues of my sewer line and I was not able to get any answers. I also asked the front desk lady if she can provide me the photos or video. She said she cannot guarantee because I did not request it at the beginning. Finally, Kevin called and he said he needs to review the video to determine the issues.On January 6, I received an estimate from them for $4,570. Basically, it says I need to replace the main sewer line. I asked them what are the issues of my sewer pipe. I really need an explanation before I decide to spend 5K on the repair. That's why I requested the camera service. I got no explanation! On Januarys 9, 2017, I contacted them again, ask if they can provide me the photos or video and asked them to tell me the issues. I got one simple email from their office pipe section that is bad is at front left hand corner of house. The pipe is damaged and has roots growing into the pipe. I emailed the lady again, I told her Kevin called and said he has the video and I asked her to send me a copy. She never responses back to my email. Yesterday, my tenant scanned me the invoice $350 she paid for me. I noted on the invoice it says found root grow up and dip on the pipe and nothing really bad. I was surprised by the description. What do you mean nothing really bad. You gave me an estimate for approximately 5K to replace my main sewer line and you wrote something down nothing is really bad! Do you know the issues or not . I think as a consumer, you owe me an explanation.

Story not over yet... within the same period of time,

My rent property B has a toilet leaking issue in my second floor bathroom. I called their office to check the problem. They told me they provide FREE estimate. They came to my property B on January 9, 2017. They did the estimate and told my tenant it will cost $500 to replace the toilet wax ring and put it back. I told my tenant to tell them to stop because I need a second opinion. Later, my tenant told me they charged her $175 for the estimate and my tenant paid for that. Again... if you don't provide free estimate, please don't tell me so. If you charge for additional service, you should ask my authorization before you start your job. This is such a shame and rip-off.

Action Plumbing team was AWESOME when needed them for a major sewer backup in one of our units. Myrna (office manager) was wonderfully responsive in getting all the moving parts scheduled and coordinated; Kevin (owner) was on top of the situation and made sure evidence was gathered to show that the issue was due to a common HOA pipe (so that the HOA could reimburse us for the cost of repairs); and Rocky (the thoughtful and great plumber) was literally in the trenches in 110 degree weather all day laying down new pipes so that we could move our tenants back into their home. We couldn't have done this job without your help and professionalism!!

My mother came home from a three month trip to a flooded house, water damage everywhere. Action Plumbing was across the street at another job and took his Personal time to come and help my mom. He gave her the attention a regular customer deserved. went above and beyond. Merna after coming off a long weekend didn't miss a step answered all my questions with the very definition of swiftness and was quite efficient coordinating between the plumber, owner,my mother, and myself. I highly recommend Action Plumbing to anyone with big or small plumbing needs.

We had an issue with our toilets/shower backing up last night at 8pm. We have many people in our house so no toilets/showers was definitely NOT an option- we needed help right away. Of course I googled and started down the list of 24hr plumbing.
I called Action plumbing and they answered right away, she got me a technician and he was here in 15 minute!
Rocky was super nice - found the issue quickly and resolved it in less than 15 minutes!

What a rip off!!! Tried to con me into paying over $1600 for a new water heater plus the $89 yearly service agreement. Called another company and had a brand new quality unit installed for under $900 the same day. I knew the pricing of a new water heater before he gave me this BS story how expensive they now are. My advice to you is to pick another company Do Not waste your time calling on them. Be wise with your time and money!!

We have used several plumbing companies in Las Vegas and have never had a good experience until now! They were super quick to respond and sent a really great technician (Rocky!) who got the job done right! Will be requesting their services again in the future.

Hired Action Plumbing to fix my slab leak. Juan did an outstanding job. Went above and beyond what the contract called for. Always pleasant no matter what he unexpectedly found had to be done. And no matter what little extra service I asked him to do.

I used the Henderson location 702-405-6555. I was actually pleased. I called for a leak under my kitchen sink, also knowing my garbage disposal had gone bad. They gave my a window of time, and were on time. Friendly guy (so sorry I didn't get his name) replaced disposal, fixed leaks. That evening we noticed a small leak that was still happening, they came right back after I called the next day and fixed it. No hassle, still friendly, sometimes it takes a second trip to get the job completely right. I am pleased with the willingness to come right back and figure it out.

We had a toilet angle-stop break and water was running like crazy from the second floor to below. This was at 9:00 pm. I called 3 other plumbing companies that advertised they were 24/7. 2 didn't even pick up the phone and the 3rd didn't have anyone available. ACTION PLUMBING came out right away and ROCKY was AWESOME!!! Completed the work through EXCELLENT service and a reasonable price!!! We will definitely utilize ACTION again!!! Highly recommend!!!

I absolutely love Action Plumbing. I had a drip under my kitchen sink and Ernesto replaced both valves quickly and efficiently. The bonus was I had a new toilet I just purchased and was waiting for someone to install. They took the time to add that to the ticket and took little time before he was done. I'm so happy I looked to Yelp and more so for finding a great plumber.

I needed a plumber for several different items around the house I had put off repairing for fear of cost. Called Action and if I would have known they were that reasonable I would have done it earlier! Work was done as promised and on time. Very professional! Would use again (but hope I don't have to ;-) ).

At 6pm on a Friday night, my garbage disposal just fell out from under my sink with water going everywhere. I tried a couple other plumbing companies and no one answered so when Kevin answered quickly it gave me hope someone would help me out. Sure enough within a few minutes he called me back stating a tech would be out in 30 minutes. Within 15 minutes Juan arrived, assessed the situation and had everything back up and running in no time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Plus the price wasn't bad either! Thank you guys!

Kevin and his crew did an awesome job on my bathroom remodel. They had to move a gas line, two vents and four water lines and all the work was great. Plus, their price was super competitive.

Mario, Nacho, Rocky and Juan were all very friendly and had no problem with my detailed (and probably annoying) requests. It was always sure, no problem and they did what they said they would do.

Special shoutout to Myrna, who was always responsive, even after hours. She kept everything on track and made sure the logistics were on point.

Cannot express how amazing this company is! Our house literally backed up and I had to quickly pack our three kids to live somewhere until I could get someone out to look at our house. I called the company and they were extremely nice and extremely helpful. They were able to come look at our house the very next day and took care of the problem without any extra labor then what was needed!! I had a leaky water pressure something-or-other and had gotten quotes from several other plumbers into the thousands of dollars. I finally came across Action Plumbing (and a fair price). They were able to come out right away. Rocky took some measurements and then went to get the part and was able to get the same one so it was a quick and easy install. Very courteous and professional. Kevin was amazing. I got a notice from the Las Vegas Valley Water District informing me that there was a leak somewhere on my property. Kevin was able to come by within a day of me calling and diagnosed the leak quickly and efficiently. I can't recommend this company enough.

Juan was really nice did a great job. He wore his mask the entire time and was very professional. Will definitely call again if I need any plumbing work done.

Owner, Kevin Luby, came out to our home and recommended a device that would improve delivery time for hot water on the second floor of our home. He told me that I would get a quote for the work/device. I never got the quote. I followed up later and got a V/M from their front office stating that we would get a quote within 48 hours. I never got the quote. I called again and spoke with someone in the front office. She said she would check with kevin and give me a call right back. It's been a week and never heard back from her. It's rather ironic that the company name is Action plumbing. Completing and delivering quote - complete and abject failure. I'm beginning a new search for a reputable company that provides actual customer service.

Professional plumbing done right and in a timely manner. When I called around 9am, the receptionist told me to expect the plumber from 1pm to 3pm. At 2:45 Rocky came and assessed the problem. By 3:30, the washer line was snaked out and he was cleaning up. I'm totally sold on Action Plumbing ... Thank you Rocky!!

I was canceled on by another company. I called Action and they sent out Rocky. He had my broken faucet fixed and water turned back on within a few hours.

After spending a whole day trying to replace a kitchen faucet and four shutoff valves I gave up and went to look for a plumber. Sent out quotes on a Friday night and got several responses. Action Plumbing came back with a flat rate quote and a Sat afternoon appointment. I confirmed the appointment Sat morning and Rocky showed up in the afternoon to complete my DIY. The problem I had was I didn't have the right tools to remove the stuck compression rings and one really hard to remove shutoff valve. Rocky was very friendly and came in and completed my faucet and shutoff valve replacement in a couple of hours. Recommend to anyone else needing plumbing services.

I scheduled an appointment online for my tankless water heater on a Saturday night. Unfortunately, their online appt system does not work. I called the following morning and the person who answered the phone scheduled my appointment for later that day. My tech Juan showed up about six hours later. When he came, however, he did a fantastic job. He was quick, professional, and thorough. I very much appreciated his help and he did a great job fixing my heater. I will absolutely work with this company again!

We had a problem with our shower faucet that had
broken off and needed to be replaced. We called
on a Sunday afternoon and received an early
Monday morning time to come and replace our
faucet. The plumber showed up on time, checked to
be sure what parts we were going to need and came back
a while later and in a short time solved our problem.
We felt the price of the service was fair even offering
us a 10% senior discount, and the service was great too!
We would not hesitate to tell our friends about Action Plumbing.
