As good as it gets and some! I called their office. The office lady quickly and professionally answered my questions. She gave me a quote of a new Hot Water Heater, and she gave me a time of the work crew to appear. They were on time, and they work quickly. They answered any questions I had and even gave me a history of different systems...very knowledgeable! The price was without question very good! I highly recommend them as I have family experience in their line of work....great crew and company! Thank you Colburn!

Jeremy with Colburn came out today to fix a leaky pipe. He did great work and was a great guy. As a single female, I'm always hesitant to let anyone come to my house because I'm always afraid they'll try to rip me off. The exact opposite was true of this company. I had a bad leak under my manufactured home and John came out and had it fixed in no time. A pipe had split and before I could get the water turned off there was a lot of water under the house. John was covered in mud by the time he was finished, but he did the job quickly and no complaints about the mud. He is very efficient and gets the job done. Very reasonable on the price also. They are my go to company for plumbing, wouldn't use anyone else. Thanks a million Colburn, it is great to find an honest and efficient company you can rely on.
I decided to give them a call based on their reviews and I must say that I was impressed with their service. We recently bought a new home and needed a water treatment system. They came out, asked us what our problem was and recommended a water softener system. He didn't try to push one system over another he simply gave us facts about each system and let us decide on which to get. No gimmicks, no push sales person just a genuine guy that is very knowledgeable about Las Vegas water! We were so impressed with him that we decided to go ahead and do a reverse Osmosis system as well! A+ company!!!
Found Colburn on Yelp and they were very prompt with replying to my messages. They were able to quote me and schedule an appointment within a few hours. When they installed my water softener, he was friendly and quick. I would highly recommend Colburn and use them again.
It almost seems silly to write another glowing review, since they have so many, but I highly recommend this company. They were able to come to the house the same day I called, because we couldn't find our main drainout, and needed to have the pool drained for an acid wash the next day. Not only did they find it, but they also checked the reverse osmosis filtration system for us. John is friendly, knowledgeable, and an asset to this company. Don't even bother calling anyone else!

Really have to rate them top notch. Wanted a water softner so gave them a call, a few days later John came out and helped me figure out what I needed. Installed the soft water conditioner and discovered my plumming was screwed up was getting soft water everywhere, sprinkler, pool, kitchen sink. Had to reschedule to get my plumming done right. few dats later and after a few hours of replumming John gogt it right. Everytime they came to the house they ensured I was more than satisfied. I am happy with the work and will use them again if needed, they have my recommendation if anyone asks.
This is hands down the best plumbers in town, superior customer service and very good pricing. We use them for both our home and office and it's always fixed right the first time.
If I could have given them 10 stars I would have!

Amber and John were fantastic! Initially, Amber answered all my questions on water softening and filtration. I was a bit confused as there are many types of systems. John showed up on time and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the operations of both the softener and reverse osmosis system he installed. I would recommend Colburn Enterprises for water softening or general plumbing needs.
12/28/15 Just as a follow up to my previous review, John and Amber went above and beyond in helping me get the water systems, fixtures and appliances ready as I am deploying to the Middle East in 2016 with the Army National Guard. There will be times when my house will be vacant and I was worried about what will happen when the water softener, water heater, etc. aren't being used daily. Colburn is truly dedicated to taking care of their customers.

Our toilet was leaking and we needed it fixed asap, we called Colburn because we have been using them for years and have had only great results. Alex showed up on time, immediately identified and fixed the problem and we avoided what could have been a big expensive mess. Highly recommend using them.

My garbage disposal simply stopped working. I had no idea who to call but based on yelp reviews, called Colburn. John was amazing! On time, professional, courteous, very honest. He didn't try to sell me anything extra, no crazy rates, very fair and reliable. I would highly recommend!
Having issues with water pressure in reverse osmosis system. John figured out that it was my old out dated water softener causing the problems! Always on time, proving clear scheduling and great customer service.
I did my research trying to find an honest plumber here in town. The name Colburn came up and I liked what I saw and read. It was the best decision I have ever made for this type of work. Amber, the woman in the office was professional and super nice. She kept me abreast of any changes or scheduling issues. Then when the gentleman, John, came to the house, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel like he had somewhere else to be. He rebuilt our water softener, changed out all RO filters and hooked up the water for our fridge. In a very timely manner, I might add. I could not say more about these people. They are a family owned company so you know they have more than just money invested in it. They are passionate about what they do, and they do it well. I really like that they have been in town for generations. Forget the big companies who treat you like a fool. Come to people who care about doing a wonderful job. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

I noticed our laminate floor was soaking wet and the source was from the kitchen but couldn't figure out exactly what broke. I shut off the water valve and called a few plumber companies. Colburn was the only one who made time to come out (most likely after hours) and helped me with the leak.
John was very helpful, told me exactly what happened while taught me a few things about plumbing. He came back the next day and fix the garbage disposal and didn't charge me for it.
I have dealt with many companies here in Vegas where if they sense you know nothing about the issue and you desperately need it fix, they will take advantage and charge you as if it's a prison bail (like a mechanic). Not this company. John was sincere and honest and very very fair. I have their number for our future plumbing needs. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

I needed a plumber and asking my friends has not worked. I tried 2 other plumbing companies that are well known for other fixes and eventually they did fix it but had to come out several times to do that.
So this time I decided to go to Yelp. Why I didn't think of it before I don't know because I use them all the time for restaurants and just searching.
This is one of the best calls I have made. Colbern Enterprises is top notch. Not only were they early for their appt. But fixed the problem and showed and explained why. And YES it is fixed. John was patient with me explaining and showing, he wore booties, very polite but most of all took pride in his work and made sure it did work.
It is so difficult to know who to call, because if we knew what the problem was and could fix it we would. But if we can't , we have to call on someone else and hope they do what they advertise or say they will do.
Well I finally found my plumber for my home and will definitely recommend to all my friends.
FYI they are family owned and operated which is always nice because all of us want to support our local small businesses.

Came out to check my water softener. Told me that the unit is disposable and not worth repairing. I was charged $90 for the 15 min it took to diagnose and tell me that. So now the new water softener will just be an extra $90. Don't recommend.
We have been using Colburn for 20 years. I can't say enough good things about them. We've used them for gas, inside water issues, outside water issues and all of out soft water/RO needs. Our whole family uses them and have also been using them for decades. Honestly, we couldn't ask for better partners in the home-owning life, making sure everything runs efficiently.

We had Colburn come out as we were in the middle of a remodel. We had so much to do and the contractor's plumber was so slow and connected our shower hot and cold backwards. Colburn to the rescue! We let the contractor go and took over the project. We had Colburn take care of the remaining plumbing issues and check all the work from the previous plumber. We'll never use another plumbing company as long as Colburn is in business. Independent contractors should use them as their go to source!
John and his team are highly recommended!
I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company. They are upfront about costs, needs, and don't pressure the customer or oversell anything. Their scheduling and availability are flexible, and they have certainly made accommodations for my schedule. Best of all, when issues have arisen with the water softener I purchased from and had installed by them, they have been consistent in addressing the problem, explaining it to me, and giving me pointers on prevention and maintenance. From my other experiences with plumbers and charges, they are either on par with, or more than competitive with their competition. I discovered this company via other positive Yelp reviews a few years back, and would definitely recommend others to give them a try. I only hope others will have the same great experiences I have had with them should they require any plumbing/water-related needs.

These guys are amazing. Do yourself a favor and call this team to handle your plumbing issues. They are so professional and will be the first call going forward.
Needed some help with a leaking water softener. Decided to call them because of their Yelp reviews. They were very friendly on the phone and were able to come out the same day which was great. Price for the repair was more than fair. Would definitely recommend this company.
Went as planned and came in around what I thought it would cost. Easy to setup an appointment, felt good about the Plumber that came out. Will use again in the future!

John, the owner and his wife Amber are fantastic. They are a small family owned business and focus on quality and making sure customers are more than satisfied.
I had a water softener which was not too old, stop working, and John came out to look through the system. Initially I was told that it might need a Re-Bed, which would have been a quite costly endeavor, but when JOhn looked over the stamps and dates on the system, he realized that wouldn't be the issue at all.
He finally realized that there was a broken seal in one of the valves, and replaced this one. The real value of the service came in when he finished. He asked if there were any questions I would like to know about the system and he took the time to walk me through everything important on the system. He answered any questions I had and let me know about the expectations for the full cycle. What a great resource, since there isn't much you can find online to read about to educate the homeowner about their systems.
I have another home in Vegas as a rental and would definitely call them back or use them at my other home if there are any issue. Thank you Colburn Enterprises.

We've used Colburn a number of times and were happy with the service. This time I left two messages about installing a new water softener and I never received a call back. Very poor customer service. Time to look for another plumber.
John is so attentive to our needs and has come out to help us numerous times. He has spent loads of time answering my same questions over and over again - he never gets frustrated at my lack of understanding he just keeps on helping me to understand our water issues and remedies available. On June 3rd, I texted the phone number from the answering machine to ask if they could replace the resin in a Culligan water softener system and the person texted back saying, We can replace the resin but if anything else is wrong with the system we can not fix it as we cannot get the parts. I asked for the price and how long it would take and they replied $400 we do it all in one day. So on June 5th, I set up an appointment over the phone for an 8am appointment on June 12th and also informed the person I had been texting that I had an appointment scheduled. At 7:41am on June 12th the day of the scheduled appointment, I get a text saying they cannot change the resin because Culligan would have to do it, but then they also offered another company that might be able to do it, H2O to go. This company is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people's time. Letting a customer know less than 20 minutes before an appointment that you are unable to perform the job is unacceptable, especially since they had all the relevant information and they just chose not to use it. This company is either inexperienced with water softener units or simply did not want to replace the resin for me since they indicate Culligan would have to do it, but then they also recommended another company to perform the job.
Easy to communicate, very competitive prices..My Rheem WH was installed same day on a single call. Home Depot offered same WH but for 30% higher price. Thank you!
If buying a new water heater isn't a sign of adulthood, it should be. Luckily, Colburn Enterprises made the process so much easier. I woke up and had water coming from under my garage door. Further investigation found a leaking water heater. I called Colburn Enterprises in the early afternoon and Amber was helpful with trying to figure out type and size of my leaky heater. By 6pm, John had installed a brand spanking new water heater with a 6 year warranty and 1 year labor warranty to boot! John also repaired the crappy job the home builders did and was kind enough to explain to process to my husband. I would definitely recommend them.
Our family only uses John for our plumbing needs- does a great job, shows up when he says (many don't- reliable), clean and his rates are great. We are always pleased with his work, highly recommend! 5 Stars!!

I had Colburn Enterprises come out to replace my dated water softener. I had their 785uf brand installed on November 2015, so unfortunately I am out of their 1 year warranty.
January 30th, my water softener isn't spraying/leaking water everywhere and I didn't notice because it happened when the water softener was set to recycle at 3am every morning.
I called Colburn Enterprises to quote a repair a day they said $90 to come out and look at it (just for labor, not materials).
The issue was a cracked tube, so pretty much a minor fix... I ended up hiring a licensed and bonded handyman that charged me $50 for labor and parts... and he notified me that whoever (Colburn Enterprises) installed the tube did so incorrectly.... they just JAMMED the tube on which started a minor crack... which over time gets bigger and bigger. The correct procedure is to HEAT up the tube then install the tube after it expands....
This ended up costing me not only $50, but also water damage to my garage floor.

I just bought a house and moved to Las Vegas in December. I had high water bills and not knowing who to contact I decided to get several estimates. The first two companies wanted to replace the main water line without doing much to find the leak. The estimates were staggering. I saw the reviews for Colburn Enterprises on Yelp and called to see if they could come out for an estimate.
John came within a few hours of my call. I expected him to do what the others had done, but he immediately looked for and located the leak. Within two hours he had fixed the leak. The cost was very reasonable and John was amazing both in his work and his professionalism. Thanks, John, for your great work. The five stars is well deserved for Colburn Enterprises.

I've used Colburn 4 times now and have a great experience all 4 times. They installed my water softener, installed my kitchen sink, replaced my water heater, and just now attempted to find a leak from my attic. They were unable to detect the leak, but were able to direct me to another company who has the tools to find the leak and did this without charging me. They are as ethical as any company you'll find. It's why they'll always be my first call when I have a plumbing issue.
I am extremely satisfied with this company. We had to replace our water softener and it was outside. We needed to repair the stucco behind it. John came out and removed the old one and carried it off. He returned a few weeks later and installed new one. Everyone we dealt with were very friendly and professional

They are fast, friendly and affordable. Showed up on time and installed a soft water and R/O system and fixed some leaking pipes. I would recommend them to everyone.
Limited time to get one water softener serviced, one taken out and they were very accommodating. On the day of the appointment they called to see if we were available for an earlier time slot, heck yes. Jeremy was great, talked us through what he was doing and what we needed to do to keep the unit humming. Took out the other unit and was so pleasant and helpful, it really made it a nice experience. We were dreading the worse and ended up very happy. Thanks.
Water leaking from upstairs bathroom to kitchen ceiling. Entire ceiling bubbled. Jeremy came out and through process of elimination determined the cause and repaired it. This company was 33% less than another quote I received on the phone. Also, much less than I anticipated paying. I will use them for all future plumbing needs. I can't recommend them enough.

My water heater needed to be replaced and thankfully it wasn't an emergency so I was able to shop around & get bids. I ended up getting estimates from 15 different companies which took a couple days as a few of the companies frustratingly insisted on coming out to my house first to give me an estimate even though I gave them all the info needed over the phone or via email/text message in order to give me an accurate estimate. The estimates ranged all over the place from as high as $2200 (Plumbing Kings) to the low end of $1200 (Colburn) to replace & install my high-recovery model (a model that costs more) water heater.
Side Note: all the companies that insisted on coming to my house to give me an estimate were the ones that ended up being on the higher $$ range of the estimates and all of them tried to close me on doing the job right then and there. So any company that insists on doing an on-site estimate does so more as a sale closing technique than for actually providing an estimate in my opinion.
Colburn was great from the get-go. Communication with the office to get an estimate was very responsive and thorough and there was no pressure. Kerry asked me to text pics of the current water heater set-up and was prompt about getting back to me with an estimate. After I got all my estimates and made my decision to go with Colburn, I texted Kerry back to schedule to the service appt & was set for a 10am-12pm arrival. Received confirmation text messages & a call from Kerry to confirm the appt time and Colburn showed up right on time at 10am. Marc, the service technician doing the removal of the old unit and installation of the new one, was fantastic! It was clear he had lots of experience and he was professional, thorough and answered all my questions. When the bill came...no surprises, exactly as originally estimated. Colburn is now my #1 choice should any other plumbing issues arise in my home and recommend them without hesitation. Thank you Colburn for your reasonable prices & and for being a professionally run company.
I contacted Colburn Enterprises to re-install all our sink faucets which were removed when we replaced all our bathroom counter tops and replace a leaking hose bib. I called Colburn and Amber, one of the owners, actually answered the phone and took my call despite being very busy with numerous service calls. I explained our situation with Amber and she was able to get us an appointment for later in the day. Mark showed up on time and got right to work. Our counter top installation was not complete in time for Mark to complete his work so we were able to schedule the remaining plumbing work for the next day.
The following day, John the other owner, showed up to complete the job. John was very knowledgeable and professional. John had the job (installation of 6 faucets) done in a couple of hours. His price was very competitive and reasonable. The quality of the work was excellent and very clean.
One of the things that impressed me about Colburn Enterprises was they treated my service call as if it was the most important one they had. We have had service performed on our properties over the years and found Colburn Enterprises to be the best. Being a General Contractor whom has worked with many plumbers over the years , that says a lot. There was no doubt we will call Colburn Enterprises for all our plumbing needs in the future.

I this company a few years ago and was happy with their repairs. I tried to contact today and no one answered my text or the phone number I had for them. Their website was not available as well. I know last year when I called, they were struggling with Covid issues. Perhaps they ended up closing the business.

Services are reasonable priced and they are HONEST. They did not try to sell us unnecessary parts or services and they back up their work as well.
Before Colburn, we had another plumber company (they advertise on the fwy billboards (Yes, they can rip you off) come in to give an estimate.. What they quoted was 200% more expensive then what Colburn worked on for us. I called the office and asked why they are so expensive. The person on the phone told us that, We are the best.... Well, I have to respond, Best at ripping us off! and hung up the phone up.
Let's just say we will definitely use Colburn Enterprises again and again.
When they first installed the water softener, whole house system, and reverse osmosis, it was expensive but I felt I was getting good service, value, and products.
The following year or two, a tech came out to service the system but really, all he did was change the filters under the sink. When I asked him to look at the whole house filtration system in the garage to make sure it was working OK, he said, 'we don't really do that.' I guess I don't understand, then what is the point of a supposed annual service?
Several months ago, someone came out to again change out the filters because it had been two years, (they're supposed to be changed every year), and I was told they no longer make this product and he couldn't find the replacement filters anywhere.
We searched online and worked with a company that was able to send the filters from Canada for under $300. it did take a little bit of going back-and-forth because we initially ordered the wrong filters, but this company picked up on it, corrected us, and within a few weeks, we had the shipment. So my boyfriend went ahead and changed them.
I don't think Colburn tried very hard to figure out how to get these filters. It just seemed a lot easier to say the system is no longer made and to try to sell me another one that was going to be several hundred dollars. That was disappointing.
Prompt service and good work. I have used them several times and been happy with them and their service people.

We asked for help in better understanding our equipment. He was kind enough to briefly and patiently educate us about equipment which he was servicing. Thankfully, Jeremy also went above and beyond in letting let us know that our garbage disposal had recently started leaking (Which more thank likely saved a lot of money in water damage).

Thank God for John! :-) I actually had two failed attempts at new faucet installations by a handyman and a different plumber that had been referred to me by a friend. I should have gone with the Yelp recommendations to begin with. It doesn't sound as though this project would be a complicated endeavor, but after moving into my new home and finding two leaky faucets, I was surprised that the handyman could not resolve the leak, and that the plumber actually made it worse! The water was streaming out of the pipe when turned on. He also left a complete mess under my sink. I had purchased brand new Moen faucets to replace the former ones, so that made it even more shocking that I spent close to $500 in service fees between the handyman and plumber to have leaking Moen faucets installed. Worse yet, the other guys took no less than 4 hours each on the project. I'm no plumber, but it doesn't take an expert to know when you've been taken. (I've since learned that the other plumber had a criminal record. Ugh.)
I called Colburn Enterprises and was so relieved that John was able to come the next day. He worked so quickly to fix the faucets and kindly inspected all of the other faucets/sinks in my home to ensure there were no other issues. He even checked and made some adjustments to the toilets for me. I appreciated that he was very honest about which things needed adjustments and which did not. John charged an extremely fair price that didn't even seem to include the additional work, and he could not have been more courteous and professional. In asking other questions of him, it's clear that he knows his stuff and takes tremendous pride in his business. His wife (who answered my preliminary call) was also an absolute pleasure.
If you're looking for an honest, responsive, professional and highly proficient plumber, then don't look anywhere else. Going forward, I won't call anyone else for my plumbing needs. This company is exceptional.
I can't say enough good things about Colburn. My kitchen sink broke over the weekend, I called Colburn first thing Monday morning. Judy was so sweet, she told me they could have someone out by the end of the day! John was able to fix my sink in under an hour. I was so grateful that he extended his hours and came out to help me. Come to find out they are a family owned and operated company! Their customer service from start to finish was top notch. I found them on Yelp, read the reviews and was so happy I called them. John even put those little bootie covers on his shoes when he came into my house, which had nothing to do with my sink, but was a huge plus in my book. Highly recommended! Got home found water softner leaking. Called a few places and looked online. Saw the yelp reviews and decided to give a try since there's only good things about this place. Also. They had the $40 voucher .. What a deal since majority of all the places I called had around that a high cost to come by and check it out. Although Jeremy was backed up in prior appts the secretary updated me on what time he was able to come! I reAlly thought that was awesome! Great customer service! Jeremy was very helpful and explained what happened to my water softner. Very polite and friendly. Definitely will keep their # in hand for future reference/recommendations! Good prices!
Just bought a house with a water purification system installed. I'm so glad Colburn puts their phone number on their equipment so we didn't have to go searching for it. I called to schedule a service appointment, got an appointment right away. The gentleman who came out was right on time, very friendly and informative. He made sure all my questions were answered as well as getting the service history on my system for me so he wasn't trying to charge me for services or parts not needed. Thank you!!!! Earlier this week our water softener went or and we called Colburn Enterprises based in their Yelp reviews. They sent a technician out the next day. The technician who responded (Jeremy) checked the softener and explained the cost to repair but recommended replacement as the unit was likely to fail soon. He explained options for replacement, was extremely professional and helpful, and he did not charge for the service visit. We ended up buying the a replacement softener elsewhere and scheduling Colburn to install at a reasonable rate.
Recently had John come out to diagnose our water softener problems. He advised purchasing a new unit since the old one was already 9 years old, it would probably be cheaper to replace than repair. He did not try to push an in house sale on us and advised once we got it to call him and he would install it and quoted the price. The following day we purchased the softener and John installed it today. The job was performed quickly and cleanly. Mind you, you may be able to save $50 by haggling with a big box store on the install but IMO, it is worth paying that difference for a tradesman that is going to do a conscientious installation and because they also want to earn your business for the long haul. That versus someone who basically just going to drop the unit, hook up some hoses and your on your own the rest of the way. I would/will highly recommend John and Colburn to anyone looking for plumbing work in the valley.
I called this business to come replace the wax ring under the toilet since water was seeping out. They came and found that roots had gotten into the line and advised that it would be wise to have the line cleared of roots before doing the work. I called another company to clear the line, then Colburn came back to reinstall the toilet. I appreciate honesty and professionalism and I'm very satisfied with their work. They have my loyalty!

Here's the deal...before you schedule, ask questions. Don't be that person to write a review, complain and give 1-2 stars because you don't know how to ask questions before scheduling.
They are going to charge $90 to come out. Yeah, free estimates, but you're still paying $90 for them come out as a service call fee.
Mark (the guy who serviced my order) was super nice. He looking at my kitchen sink water leak, tightened the faucet and TARAAAAAAAA! Fixed! 30 seconds.
Ugh.
Was that expensive? Uh, yes.
Were they quick to respond to my service call? Yes.
Do I feel stupid? Yes.
Would I use them again? probably. Depends how desperate I am.
Bottom line is; gas is expensive and so is everyone's time. Even if it's a simple fix, YOU WILL get charged for the time and drive.

I called about getting a leaky valve on my water softener fixed, and the wonderful lady on the phone had me text pictures to her so they could properly diagnose what needed to be fixed. She told me someone would be at my house first thing in the morning to fix it.
The next morning, the technician (Jeremy) showed up and was very professional. He got the job done quickly and gave me a very fair price. I will definitely be using Colburn Enterprises again in the future!

Well at no fault of Colburn things keep breaking at my house. Over the last few years I have had Colburn fix faucets, install water filtration, install a new water heater and most recently replace my leaking and broken water softener. Each time I have called they have come out quickly and have done great work at a fair price. They stand behind their work and do business in a very honest and fair way. Consistently 5 stars, thank you.

I needed a new kitchen faucet to replace my old one that was older, outdated, and breaking off pieces of metal on the inside of it .
I called Colburn yesterday 11/20 and they said that they could come by in the morning. The lady who answered the phone was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly.
Today, 11/21 John came by my house right at the estimated time. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Right away I noticed he had on shoe covers! As a family with kids we do not wear shoes in our house. So when John showed up already respecting the home we live in by wearing shoe covers I was really won over.
The whole thing took approximately 30 minutes. He answered all of my questions. And showed me how to operate my new faucet as well as gave me helpful advice to keep my other related appliances in tip top shape.
Also HUGE POINTS for leaving everything clean afterwards and no mess. I was really impressed that he left the area he was working on as clean as before he came in.
I highly recommend John and Colburn Enterprises and will be calling them again in the future with any other plumbing / contracting needs I may have!
I can't say enough about how pleased we were with plumbing services from Colburn Enterprises. John replaced our soft water tank and also replaced the shower pan drain assembly in our upstairs master bathroom. The drain assembly was more complicated because he had to go up through our downstairs ceiling to get to it. Both repairs were relatively quick and the costs were very reasonable. John was very knowledgeable, thorough, and was very patient with me when I asked questions. He was so friendly and personable. Next time we have an issue we know just who to call!
Paid for the yelp coupon to have someone tell me that I needed a new water softener. Glad that didn't cost me the normal $80. The service person was ok. He was nice but like I said, it wasn't worth the cost.
My dishwasher hasn't been draining for months. I finally had enough money to get a new one. I decided to buy a dishwasher from my friend, as her mother had just passed and they were selling all the belongings in the house. I called Colburn to have them do the install. I originally set up my appointment for a Monday evening after I got off of work. A couple days later I realized that I had made a critical error! I had set up an appointment for install but not one for dismantling from my friends Moms place. So I then did when any tech savvy person does and youtubed how to uninstall a dishwasher. Within 30 to 60 seconds I realized that there was no way I would be able to uninstall the new dishwasher. I called up Colburn and explained what had happened and they were super nice. I rescheduled for a Sunday uninstall, install. They were so nice and on time, clean and efficient. They guy who came out even unclogged my sink for free. They are great! I will use they again and have already referred my friend to them. I recommend everyone to use these guys. In total for it cost me $230. There was no headache, the whole process went smoothly.

First service call was for my water softener, it was leaking in my garage and even though it was late on a Friday... they came right out to stop the leak!
I then had John replace my home water filtration system that hadn't worked properly in a while, but I had been procrastinating getting fixed.
I also had John install a new sink and faucet in my kitchen....... loved it so much that I had him install a new faucet at my daughter's house too.

Call me a skeptic, but sometimes when I see a ton of 5-star reviews I wonder if they're real. OK, you may not but I do. Well I am here to tell you that you can put that concern to rest with Colburn. You simply cannot find a more honest, competent, professional and reasonably priced plumbing company.
I purchased a water softener system from Colburn after speaking to Amber. She responded within minutes to my Yelp message, took the time to explain everything on the phone and got me booked for the install. Amber is about as professional and easy to deal with as you're going to find. Amazing customer service.
I've also had numerous other plumbing issues handled by John and the guy is just as good as it gets. While at my house checking on something for me and giving me a price on some work, he noticed that my water softener might not be functioning perfectly and brought several parts back out to the house to diagnose the problem, fixed it and charged me nothing. Had he not taken the initiative to check the system and tell me something seemed off I wouldn't have even known. Talk about honest and standing behind your work! If you have any plumbing issues at all, call them. You can't do any better.
Contacted Amber to request a quote. Was given a quote for $270 to install a Aquasana Water Purification System and a Fleck 7000 Water Softener. Seemed like a real good deal.
Installer came by and first thing he did was call Amber to ask if she knew he was installing more than the water softener. She said yes and it was okay. Installer said that he needed some extra parts and left. 2 hours later, installer comes back and the parts are the wrong size. He states he will come the next day.
Next day he returns and installs everything. Charges be close to $450 which includes the original $270. Apparently a few pipes cost almost $200.
Next day I notice the pipes leaking. These are PVC pipes, ones that manufactured recommended not be used. I call Amber and tell her what happened. She sets up an appointment for him to come by same day. Meanwhile, I have to run for a quick errand for about 30 minutes. I figure the installer will be 30 minutes late or so because of traffic. However, he shows up on time and I'm not there. Amber calls me and is rude, telling me that I need to be there or call them first. I tell Amber that they are the ones that did the install incorrectly and should have been done right the first time. Amber pops a bigger attitude. I manage to return home in 15 minutes and installer is not there. He does not show up for another 30 minutes.
When he comes by he replaces the PVC pipes with metal ones and everything is running fine.
3 Stars due to:
1) The high price charged
2) Attitude of Amber
3) Leaking after the install
4) Use of PVC for something that wasn't supposed to be PVC
Would I recommend, NO! Other, better businesses out there. Oh and the install doesn't even look good. I have to rest my filter on a bunch of bricks because it couldn't be mounted to the wall.

I am extremely happy that I was able to find such a great plumbing company through Yelp! John came over on December 31, 2014 to fix my kitchen sink and water softener. I had been without running water in my kitchen for over a month and I was tired of dealing with the company that I have a warranty with. They just kept giving me the run around.
I called the day before and his wife said they could get me in the very next day, I was so relieved to hear that, she gave me a time slot of 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., he arrived around 2:40 p.m the next day. When I got home from work he had already fixed the problem in under 45 minutes, he still stuck around a little bit longer to make sure everything was running smoothly. John was able to fix our water softener issue, we bought a system through someone else a few months back and we were never able to get a pitcher of drinking water filled up, as the months went by we were getting less and less water until we completely stopped getting water. Then our faucet stopped working as well. It was a total nightmare but Colburn came to the rescue! We now have running water! I could wash dishes by hand again, no more pesky dishwasher to deal with. My water softener tank is also filled to it's capacity, I've never had that much water in the tank, only half or less.
I highly recommend John and his company, they are reasonably priced, honest, friendly, and offer excellent service! Hopefully I never have any plumbing or water softener issues again but in case I do, I have his card on my fridge!
Friendly staff and fast response. We had a clogged tub drain and Jared was there exactly on time! He was very nice and worked quickly and efficiently. He was out in less than an hour and the tub was working perfectly! It's been over a week and no problems so far. Would definitely call them again! Price was also very reasonable.
I had John out to our new house to fix the laundry list of items from our home inspection. I liked his work so much I had him fix several other things from replacing the kitchen faucet to replacing all the parts to our toilets. He repaired our leaking water softener, a totally clogged shower line and many others. By the end, I had him replace the RO filter under our kitchen sink as well.
I had one little issue the other day. During Johns visit, his assistant had replaced a faulty diverter in our shower that I found still spraying water out the bottom when the lever was pulled to send water to the shower. They sent the same assistant out to replace it again. I didn't realize it was the same guy and in my early morning grumpy state I commented to him that I guessed the guy that installed it forget to check it out. He turned to me and said, Im sorry, I installed it, then he assured me that it would be right or he'd fix it again. I felt bad for a second, but I absolutely appreciate his honesty!
I've never had luck with plumbing companies in the past, but these guys rock! John's just the best, his wife is really nice answering the phone and it seems like they've found a worthy assistant for John. Great family business that I'd use again in a heartbeat!

They installed 2 vanities that were rather expensive. They were old wine barrels converted into sinks. They were polite, professional and very easy to work with. There quote was actually a little cheaper than initially quoted.
It was like having a family member work on the house. Very trustworthy.

From my experience, Colburn Enterprises is a no bull, quality business that was on time within the appointment hours established. I wanted a water softener installed and that's what I got. John had to run a drain pipe from the water softener system into my laundry room and did a good job. John explained all the basic operations of the system and that's all I wanted to know. If your looking for a water softener or any other plumbing needs call these guys I know I will when the time comes.
I have used Colburn Enterprises for several years and always get great service and decent pricing.
Needed to have a reverse osmosis system installed and was quoted a very reasonable price that included drilling a hole into our metal sink. I like that they also didn't try to sell me on a different RO system. John was on time and they give a 2 hour window versus some companies give a 4 hour window. He took the time to explain how to get the system started and maintenance required. The communication with the office to schedule the appointment was effortless. Will definitely be saving their number for future plumbing/water issues. FYI for those needed a hole drilled in granite, they also have a person that can do that for you as well.
If you need a plumber make sure you call these guys. Jason was on time and did a great job. Gave there number to some friends of mine same kind of service. It is good to know that there are still company's that can fix the problems with no headaches.

I chose Colburn for the high reviews on Yelp and I was not disappointed. I received a very good estimate for my water softener install, plus additional hourly rate for my toilets that were leaking water in to the bowl. I was about to have all of the insides replaced. The water softener was installed in just over an hour (including an attached water spigot so I can wash my car with soft water) and he fixed the toilets with new seals instead of having to replace everything! He was done with everything in about 2 hours! John was also very friendly I I could tell he knew what he was doing. I have already recommended him to my friends, and now to you.
Nice and friendly service. The install for the water softener went clean and prompt.
I absolutely love working with John and his team at Colburn Enterprises, the entire team is extremely helpful, professional & patient with my inexperience of how to accomplish what I needed done. I had a list of things I wanted done to our new home, from installing a reverse osmosis to moving the water heater. They explained everything from steps to get things done to what other contractors I would need and explained why some projects would not be in my families best interest, regardless of how much profit they would have made. Apparently, John sold the company and that is too bad. He put in a new water heater and RO system for us a couple years ago and was always responsive. I called last week and explained that I needed a new water softener and whole home water filtration system and they said they would have someone call us back. A week later and we never heard back. I called another company (H2O To Go) and they had the someone out the next day for a quote. Two business days later the job was done. We replaced the RO system as well since we doubt Colburn will be reliable.
Family owned business and best prices in town for water softener! Quick and easy and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a solid company to install a new water softener!

Wow. I can't say enough good things about this business. We were experiencing problems with our water heater/pressure for the last few days, and I made a call to Colburn Enterprises based on their 5 star rating. Within hours here was a plumber at my house, trouble shooting the problem. It didn't take long to get everything back to normal, and he walked me through everything he was doing so that I could check for these issues myself in the future if these same issues should arise. I SO appreciate businesses that put customer service first, and take the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and patiently. Everything is running smoothly now and we are so appreciative!! Called many plumbing companies for shower valves and received ridiculous quotes and some were very unprofessional and late. Called Colburn, and Daniel was the plumber that helped us out. I have my Water heater changed by Colburn. Best price in town + yelp discount. 6 months later, one of the pipe got rusted. I called them, and they changed without hesitation. If you're managing several properties, put Colburn in your contractor list.
Had Colburn come fix a number of small plumbing issues at my house. Had to write a quick review because it was deserving. These guys were extremely helpful and knowledgeable plumbers. Made sure I had all of my issues taken care of and all questions answered. And they are really fair with their pricing. Highly recommend them!

I called Colburn Enterprises after reading all their great reviews and I'm glad I did. I needed to replace my Culligan water softener and they quoted me a reasonable price on one of their systems. It was the lowest price from the other companies I called. They were able to get me in the next day, from 9-11. Jeremy, the technician, arrived right at 9. He was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made sure I didn't have any other questions before he left. I liked that he cleaned up after himself and left my garage cleaner than before he came. Definitely will call them in the future!

After having difficulties with following the instructions from person at Lowe's, and not being able to fix the valve seal in my toilet tank, I went to yelp for help.
After looking at all of the positive reviews, I called Colburns. Amber was wonderful, professional, and helpful. I was surprised when she said she could send someone in the late afternoon (it was almost 1 pm when I called).
John arrived as promised, assessed the situation, and advised to not replace all of the parts in the tank, that the only thing which needed repair was to replace the seal. He had everything done in 30 minutes!
I was very impressed with his professionalism, and will be calling Colburn's for all my future plumbing needs.

John is as knowledgable and honest a contractor as I have ever hired. He is very conscientious and goes over everything with you before he leaves to make sure you understand what has been done. The prices are very reasonable. I have been using them for years, and hope they continue serving Las Vegas and Henderson for many years to come.
I contacted Colburn because of their five star reviews; Amber responded very quickly to each message I sent. Once I was ready to book I was able to set up an appointment the next day. I needed to have my water softener installed on my water loop in my new home. It is a small family business and everyone is so polite and nice. They did a great job installing my water softener! After installation, John (I think that's his name) went over every detail of how the softener works, and put a sticker on it in case I had any questions I could call him. My water softener works fantastically! I immediately noticed a difference in the water. Thank you for doing such a great job.
Called on Monday afternoon for my shower that insisted on being on constant scald-only setting. Scheduled me for the next morning between 10-12. Jose arrived at 9:45 am and did his diagnosis and then needed a part, which he went out and got right away, came back, and had everything fixed by around 11. Very professional and courteous. Wow! In a time during which I am all too often disappointed in customer service, I was pleasantly surprised with dealing with this company. I called to have my water softener repaired. The service rep, son of the owner, came out the very next day, on time, diagnosed and repaired the problem in less than an hour, answered all my questions, made sure everything else was in order, and charged a very reasonable price, especially with the 40 for 80 dollar deal that was running on Yelp. I'm so glad I cancelled the repair appointment with Sears. Last time they came out, we paid $75 to have the man tell ME how to fix it, which took two days of me breaking up salt chunks. I will call Colburn again in a second if we have further issues. Oh, they specialize in water treatment, even work on the big casinos, so his knowledge level was encouraging to say the least.

I had a water emergency and had my water shut off but I knew I would lose my lawn if it stayed off too long. In came Mr. Colburn who saved the day for me at a very fair price. I'm not afraid to call a plumber anymore cause Colburn has my business for life. Folks when you need a plumber it doesn't get better than Colburn enterprises, professional fast and thorough this is a man who loves what he does and truly appreciates your patronage. I would give him six stars if they had it
My Water Softner was not working for weeks and after trying to fix the problem myself and countless research and phone calls to different companies I almost gave up!!! I certainly did not want to spend money on a brand new unit considering the state of my finances at the time. I finally found out about Colburn Enterprises, John I believe was his name, came out and fully diagnosed the Water Softner in and out!! I mean the guy basically went through every detail, even replaced the resin from the tank only to find out that it was a minute flaw to the shaft. Even after he replaced the resin he decided not charge for the replacement and will come back to replace the shaft!!! This company I highly recommend!! Man the guy even cleaned the exterior of the Water Softner, now thats what you call a professional!!! Colburn Enterprises are my guys from now on!!

John Huddleston came by this morning (08/26/2020) as scheduled to rebuild my 5600 me 844 fleck water softener which Colburn Enterprises had originally installed in 2006.
After also inquiring about possibly purchasing a new unit, the rebuild turned out to be the way to go at a cost of $600.00 versus $1200.00, especially since this mechanical water softener was still going strong after 14 years of problem-free use (no repairs ever). This service not only included replacing the resin bed, but also replacement of all pertinent water softener parts subject to wear and tear over the years.
John is a very knowledgeable and efficient professional who clearly knows what he is doing and gets the job done quickly and correctly. I also had two Moen cartridges (one faucet and one shower at $32.00 each plus sales tax) replaced at the same time.
The overall excellent service provided in a very friendly and informative manner reminded me of why I had originally chosen this company to install this water softener many years ago. I will be using their services again in the future should any unanticipated plumbing problems arise.
Perhaps you should consider giving this company, which has been in business for 30 years, a try too?
UPDATE
John made a return trip on 09/02/2020 to repair my kitchen faucet for which he didn't have the correct Moen cartridge on 08/26/2020. There was no service call charge for this, just the $32.00 cartridge replacement fee plus sales tax. Now that's great service!
Awesome customer service. Quick reply. Able to get work done right away. Also saved me money by letting me buy the materials myself. Honest company!

Great service. I had a water softener leak; John was able to get scheduled quickly (even though this was not an emergency), came out and quickly and efficiently fixed it. Superb service, reasonable price.
We called Colburn based on other Yelp reviews. Our water softener was leaking and not working properly. I was able to secure an appointment the next day. John arrived within the appointment window and was very nice. He fixed the leak quickly, although the water softener was not worth the repair. He provided valuable advice and quoted installation on a new unit. Surprisingly this came at no cost! It is refreshing to find an honest company with integrity in this town! We will definitely be using Colburn Enterprises for our future needs as well as referring them to everyone we know in need of plumbing services.
Not sure where to start. I called. They said they'd come out in an hour...WHAT???... an hour. Sign me up for that!. They showed up on time. It worked. The Tech was a super nice guy (Jeremy). I was so worried I'd have to wait for a few days and then I'd get a window of 9a - 5p. Nope. And the little lady that scheduled my order was super fabulous too. I have a regular handy repair guy I could have called but my co-worker used this same company with the same results so I went for it. It so paid off!
Prompt, efficient and friendly service, both on the phone and with the tech. Easy to schedule and right on time. Professional installation of our RO system, new disposal and new kitchen faucet. Perfect cleanup after completion of work. We'll be using Colburn for our future plumbing needs.
This review is long overdue. My mother passed away in September and I have been back and forth to the house in Las Vegas. Twice I had plumbing issues and John came promptly and fixed the problems. I am at the house about every three weeks for a couple of days each time so when I need a plumber or other service, I can't wait several days for repair. Excellent customer service!
Colburn is awesome! John just finished a service call at our house -- honest, reliable and truly cares about the homeowner. Was able to fix our water softener and other plumbing issues -- and spent the time showing us how to operating everything. Would highly recommend them to other homeowners. I had a new soft water system installed by John. He took the time to explain the job in great detail. The install went well and the system works great. I would highly recommend Colburn Enterprises.
I am new to the area and just purchased a house. While I called the water company, the lady told me that from previous bill, she suspected it's a leaking somewhere in the house which made me very worry. I checked yelp and found this company and made a phone call right away in the morning, and they sent Jeremy over to check it out on the same day in the afternoon. Jeremy was very careful to check everywhere in the house and also outside the house. He found the problem in 30 minutes and he changed the pipe for me and also show me some tips of taking care o the house of pipe. I also have question about water softener and I am still debating if I need to install one but if I will in the future, I will have Jeremy to do it for me. Thank you~

Colburn Enterprises has been fantastic helping with plumbing jobs both at our home and also our small rental property. Always professional, getting the job done well, and very straightforward and honest; it's disheartening the price gauging that we've experienced with other plumbers, but never with Colburn Enterprises. Amber is terrific to deal with on the phone. Jeremy handled a couple of jobs for us, and we hope to work with John ,the owner, for future jobs which will inevitably come up. Highly recommend.

Before you pick up that phone to call a plumber, ask yourself if you want to take a crapshoot or if you'd rather get honest, reliable, and professional service at a reasonable price.
I've been using the guys at Colburn for the better part of four years, both at home and at my office. I recently sprung a leak in my RO system at home, so naturally I called the pros at Colburn to come out and take care of it. The tech showed up on time and ready to fix my issue quickly. He took a quick look after asking me what was happening, and he said he knew exactly what it was and how to fix it fast. He then asked how old the system was, and I explained to him that it was about two years old. I let him know one of the guys at Colburn had installed it after I had had a flood caused by the previous RO system.
He got to work and in less than 20 minutes, the issue was fixed. He made sure to clean up behind himself, explained everything he had done, and reminded me to call if I needed anything else. In and out and problem resolved in less than 30 minutes.
Do not make the mistake of calling another plumber. There is only one game in town, and that's Colburn. Take my advice, you'll be glad you did.

Ok ... so my review may be a bit different. I didn't ACTUALLY have them fix/do anything.
I set up an appointment to come out and give me an estimate on a new water heater and a whole home filtration system. The first thing he asked was What was my problem? What was I trying to fix? As we talked about what I perceived were problems, he explained what my options were and actually recommended me doing nothing at this time. In the end, he left without doing any work for me. He also explained how I can fix my existing RO system on my kitchen sink and that right now my water heater doesn't really need to be replaced. He sought to figure out what I needed ... not what I thought I wanted ... and today, that was friendly conversation and some education.
I, like most people I would imagine, strive to find businesses who are honest, upfront, and provide a quality service. What I often find are businesses who are trying to scrounge every nickel they can get for shoddy work, or work that doesn't even need to be done. I get excited when I find businesses that I can trust. And while i didn't have any work done this time ... I now have a plumber!
Thank you Colburn for fixing my loud toilet that sounded like a machine gun every time it flushed. John (the owner) was quick with fixing the issue and took the time to explain what was going on. This company takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction. There was a slight hiccup regarding my appointment the night before. Amber was quick to reschedule an appointment for today after work which I appreciated. Both Amber and John genuinely showed I mattered as a customer and made things right. That's all I can ask for. I hope I don't need a plumber any time soon :) but if I do I'll always call Colburn knowing I'm dealing with experienced, honest individuals. Highly recommended!!!!

I had spent months trying to find a soft water company. We met with a handful of companies and right off the bat - they were nixed
(1) unwilling to give me model information of what they were selling me
(2) only willing to work with me if my husband was around - the house is mine and mine alone so wtf does that matter?
(3) disappeared off the face of the earth
John was awesome! Gave us a bid on the spot. His solution made the most sense as he was willing to hide the lines whereas others wanted to take the fast route by running pipes along the side of the house. His pricing is very reasonable - he didn't try to upsell us a bunch of things we didn't need. He was also mindful to be clean. He took the time to explain everything.
Also - the system he suggested took a very small footprint in our garage. We had talked to so many other vendors that expected us to clear up 3x more space. Pleasant surprise.
Seriously the nicest person ever. His team member was also very pleasant. Everyone wore booties inside the house.
I could not ask for a better vendor to help us with crossing this big todo off my list.
My husband and I used this wonderful company for our new home. (Just moved to NV.) Keeping it simple, he's quick and good with his work. Very happy with our water softener, and our instant hot water. Got no issues from the beginning so I give them full five stars. Thank you so much again.
So I ask this guy to come out and take a look at my house to tell me if it's going to be a big job to install a water softener. He looks at the outside of the house and then the garage...tells me he could have it installed in 3 hours time along with an R.O. system for a real good price. I said sounds great when can we schedule for the install? He tells me he can do it right there and then if I have the time. Just so happens I did...I was given estimates from people that represent Kin***** from home improvement stores and such prices were nearly twice the cost without the install...and without the R.O. system. Was about $1750 for all they did. AMAZING! I'd rather give the business to a local who knows what he's doing. Great job man, thanks. I just got back from Afghanistan and needed a job done. He smoked it.
I can't say enough about positive things about this company. I have used their services 3 times for different issues: installing sink, leak diagnosis, installing garbage disposal and i have been always being satisfied. Plumbers are knowledgeable and patient to answer all your questions. Prices are fair. If you need a plumber, call them.
I would use again and recommend all
to use Colburn Enterprises. When another plumber screwed up again, I called Colburn and they came over immediately. John was nice, efficient, did the job and several other little jobs in little time and didn't charge outrageous prices.
Was told it's a family business so they care about the job and how to treat people.

I feel like I just hit the jackpot by finding a high quality plumbing company in Colburn Enterprises! I only needed a water heater check and a small part replacement for my leaky filtration system, but Amber was kind enough to squeeze me into their busy schedule on short notice. John arrived within the time given and quickly got the job done. I was impressed with his courtesy, knowledge, and honesty. I was also surprised by their reasonable rates compared to certain other companies who try to overcharge on every little detail. I'll definitely call John back for any future plumbing problems. Finding a good plumber can be like finding a good doctor. Now, at least I can finally say that I've found a good plumber! :)

John installed a water softener unit and an RO system for drinking water in our home. It was installed quickly with an added bonus -- he also put in a new turn off made from metal rather than the plastic one that was there.
After he was finished with the installation he walked me through everything.
He was on time, polite and professional.

I have used this company numerous times for my home and my business and have always been very very happy with their work. Jeremy just installed a kitchen faucet and fixed our toilet in record time! He is very friendly and knowledgeable! Family owned business you can trust!
Just had a water softener and reverse osmosis system installed by Jeremy. He was friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing during the installation process and gave me some good pointers of what to expect as a homeowner. I like to ask questions and Jeremy was more than happy to answer them. The office staff was very nice as well, Amber set me up with an appointment and Jeremy was here to install the next day. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone looking for similar services in the future.
I read the great reviews on this company and am glad I called them to take a look at my water softener that uses potassium tablets. I am very impressed! Amber answered the call and was very patient as I tried to find a time that worked well for us on the weekend (even patiently waiting as I called my husband to check his schedule). She was even kind enough to call when the guard in our gated community wouldn't let John the serviceman in on Sunday. Most companies would have left without a call, leaving us wondering what happened. John was also very friendly and honest, letting us know the problem was simply the timer being off by 2 hours and that this type of water softener only needed to be serviced every 10 years (unlike the company that sold it to us who said it had to be serviced yearly). I really appreciate the great service by Colburn, which is often hard to find, and highly recommend this company!

Beyond excellent. The company is so organized and their confirmation system is fantastic. They were a reference from Done Right Plumbing bc DRP doesn't do RO Systems. VERY courteous office staff. Technician was on time, very professional and really knows his profession. John is an EXPERT diagnostician and VERY knowledgeable. If he can't fix it no one can. Impressive. I also had a leak in my 10yo pot-filler over the stove. He took it apart and I needed all new O-rings. I called the manufacturing company and they no longer make parts for that model. So, as soon as I buy another pot-filler I will be calling them for John to install. Highly recommend.
I can't say enough. I have called Colburn in the past (when i purchased my home and didn't understand the RO system) and was happy. This time, I returned from vacation to find over an inch of water in my kitchen - needless to say it was an emergency and Colburn was there within hours (on a Friday evening no less). He stopped the leak! For some reason later that night I tried to wash dishes and the kitchen faucet had a really low flow and only cold water. I tried again this morning, same thing. I reached out and Amber messaged me back to tell me they would be back. John arrived Saturday evening and found the problem. I thought it was a valve and am thankful I didn't touch anything because he tinkered with the faucet and soon had a full flow of hot water. I felt bad to ask them back on a weekend, but am thankful he found the problem and fixed it. They are reasonable and reliable. I highly recommend Colburn Enterprises.
I recently had a water softener and reverse osmosis system installed in my home and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Colburn Enterprises. I use them for every plumbing need and it's been a few times. Great service I have had an emergency before they came with in an hour of me calling and not only do they have great service they don't cost a fortune! Everyone there is nice friendly and easy to work with it have a rental and I am out of town sometimes and they are so flexible with me and prompt about responding even when I leave a message.

Had an outside spigot replaced and Colburn Enterprises was two thumbs up! Great price, great staff- will definitely use them again!
After messaging a bunch of contractors looking for a Water Softener system and a Water Heater install, only Colburn got back to me promptly and with a solid quote- everyone else either gave me the run around or couldn't do one or the other.
Once on site, I was incredibly impressed with not only the quality of Colburn's work, but also the extra mile he went by cleaning his work area back to spotless and installing a spigot off the water softener so I could wash my cars with soft water even though I hadn't asked for it. An extremely nice touch. The install job was also super clean- the sweats were perfect, no scorch marks anywhere, it looked better than almost any plumbing job i've ever seen- and i've been in the construction industry my entire life.
A+, highly recommended. Colburn is my new plumber.
I Called Colburn Enterprises again to take a look at my guest bathroom. My water bill was higher this month from what I am assuming is from a leak in the guest shower.
The staff at Colburn are very helpful. When the plumber arrived he took the time to say hello to my dog and make a new friend. I asked for the cartridge to be replaced and the drain cleaned out. The plumber replaced the cartridge in my shower solving my dripping problem and then took a look at the drain. While the plumber was there he did not experience any problems with the drain. He tried to get the tub to back up, but it drained just fine. He told us that whatever we did with the plunger solved the problem. I am very satisfied with this service and will continue to use Colburn for all my plumbing needs

Awesome service, just had John here at my house. I called this morning expecting that I would have to wait a day or two, but they got me in today. John worked hard for 3 hours and I was very happy in the end. I will be calling them again when I need a plumber again, and have already given their info to my parents and brother.

I've called Colburn on two separated occasions: to install an Aquasana water filter system and and a RO system. Both times they provided reasonable estimates, did the work professionally, and took the time to answer any questions that I had. John also went the extra mile and showed us how to get rid of the hard water scum that's been stuck on our granite countertop forever. These guys are definitely my go-to plumbers from now on!

I gave these guys a shot based on their reviews on Yelp and I couldn't have been more satisfied. This is the true definition of a hard working, family-owned business dedicated to doing quality work at a fair price.
John gave me a rough estimated of the 3 projects I needed completed in a home I recently purchased. All work was completed right in line with his estimates which also happened to be much lower than other bids I received.
More importantly, John was professional, courteous and was sure all my questions/concerns were addressed with each project he completed. In addition, he went above and beyond to show me a quick fix for an additional minor issue I was having with my shower faucets. He not only fixed it, but walked me through how he was fixing it in the event I faced a similar problem in the future.
Colburn will have all my future business and I highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business.

John came to do a review of the plumbing in my new house and to look at the issues from the home inspection report. John did an excellent job repairing the plumbing problems and he found and fixed issues we were unaware of and that had not been found during the home inspection. John told me that if I went and purchased the parts for certain things that needed to be fixed (he gave me a list of what to buy) that it would save me money. I bought the items and he came back the following day to install them.
He really went the extra mile for me, which in Vegas is a rare thing when dealing with businesses. I will be using Colburn Enterprises for any plumbing issues I have in the future, as well as recommending him to friends and family. We need a new water heater, a water softener, new toilets, and have a few other minor issues to address. Colburn Enterprises will get that business.

Colburn enterprises is truly a company your can trust!! Called to have my water soft system looked at. It was leaking and not turning on. Spoke to Amber on the phone with in a couple of hours was able to send someone out between 4 and 6. John showed up at 3:45. John was great. Respectful, professional and extremely knowledgeable on the water system. He shared his knowledge with me to better understand the system. There was a crack in the value. John replaced it set up the system for a cleaning. No more leak!!! I also had a instant hot water value that was not working. John took it apart to see if it could be repaired. Going above and beyond. It needed to be replaced. John was able to order the part and will be back next week to replace it. I would suggest anyone who is in need of a professional, well priced, honest, knowledge and stands by there work to use Colburn enterprises!!

The best, most honest, and nicest company ever. I called them and the woman on the phone was so kind, I explained my issue (shower handle broke, couldn't turn shower off) and she sent John right out to us, he was there within 30 minutes. He fixed us right up, we were back in business in less than an hour. They advised me to get the Yelp coupon, which I did. Their prices were fair and affordable, there service was excellent, and they are real professionals. Hopefully I won't need a plumber again, but if I do, I know who to call!
These guys did an absolute great job. I had an issue with plumbing around my house and out in my yard and they were there to take care of it in short amount of time. When they found the main culprit with an issue in my yard they weren't afraid to get down and dirty, no bs and straight to the point. If only more companies could be like that.
I had Colburn Enterprise installed the system I had. Got the quote with all parts included, but still asked to purchased couple parts. The job was not exactly properly done due to twice leakage which cause the paint on floor peeling. And expected he had courtesy if he wanted to keep the rest of the system part I had, my house rug or even to use the restroom. Of course I don't mind to let him had them but please need courtesy to ask the owner first if wanted to take items from the customer's house. I can say this cause I saw my belonging in his tool bag which I assumed he would return it after the job done, but found out I was searching for those missing items.
Bottom line up front: The best in home repair service I've ever used. I called their office and was fit into the schedule the same day. Received a coordinating phone call that he was enroute and 30 minutes away (Right on time). Upon arrival John was very professional, friendly, clean, and ready to work. I had a list of items for him to work through. He diligently trouble shot all of my issues, took time to explain what and how he fixed it. He cleaned up any mess made from the repair. I had purchased a garbage disposal earlier that day. I planned on installing it, but John seemed excited at the opportunity to install it for me. It took him no time at all. He took the time to explain the benefits and features of the unit I bought at (Home Depot). I inquired about a water softener system and tankless water system as well. By the end of his service call, I was VERY impressed. I believe he cared more about fixing my plumbing problems correctly than my pocket book. It was a check I was very pleased to right. I expected to pay more than I did. I will be hiring Colburn Enterprises for installing a water softener home system and drinking water filtration system. Colburn Enterprises will now be my go to, period. Give them a call, like me, you'll be glad you did.

call this family owned business asap for a water softener! this went as smooth as possible and I'm glad it did for this type of investment. amber, who picked up the phone was very informational and helpful with all the questions i asked. she was never pushy like other companies believe me, i did my research and called around town, commercial companies as well as local companies.
they were able to schedule me within a few days. i scheduled for the earliest appointment in the morning and they gave me a 2 hr window. john arrived in the first 15 min of the 2 hr window. he was very nice and helpful and answered all the questions i had. the whole process took less than 2 hrs. it was very clean, no mess. john walked me though everything i needed to know and do. i'm very thankful for colburn - thank you amber and john!
