Robert the owner was very prompt and professional when replacing the water heater in my townhome.  He did a great job keeping everything to code with new straps, pan and flex pipes.  He also uses plumbers grade (professional) units which usually comes with better fittings and anodes.  He provided pictures of the installed water heater right after.  He notifies me ahead of time and he is on time with his appointment.

He asked for pictures or an onsite estimate to ensure that he can give an accurate quote.  His prices are reasonable and keeps other plumbers in the business honest.

I can see his business will get busier with his work ethic and honesty.  Lets help him stay successful and reward the good guys in the trade.
