The experience was a dreadful one.
: tardiness.
: unprepared, lack of material.
: skipped day with out notice.
: unfinished finish work.
: office staff of no help.

I called Jump 2 It Plumbing last week with high water bill problem.  The ladies in the office were extremely nice and helpful.  They sent out James.  He arrived right on time and was able to detect the issue right away.  He was so professional.  He explained to me what was wrong in a way that I actually could understand.  It was a very large job with an affordable price.  James had the job done that day and even cleaned up after he was finished.   I am so happy that I called Jump 2 It!!  I will be using them from now on with any issue I have.

Avoid this company because they will try to over charge you  and sell you on remediation as they get a cut of any work that is done. I spoke with John and he tried to cut my drywall without checking the issue at hand. Called another plumbing company (sure plumbing) they came out and fixed the issues without having to cut any drywall and did not sell me on exaggerated claims of mold and other issues. Again avoid unless you want to be ripped off.

Jump 2 It Plumbing was recommended to me by my contractor that is remodeling my two bathrooms. I called them and they immediately set-up a virtual estimate for capping my bathtub faucets and closing off the drain. The estimate was reasonable and the completed work was fantastic. I will be using Jump 2 It Plumbing again shortly for our second bathroom when I need a bathtub faucet removed and the pipes changed into a shower stall. I highly recommend these folks for their professionalism!!!

Jump to It Plumbing replaced a main water line running 75 feet under asphalt from the meter to my house. I can not be more pleased or satisfied with the quality of their work or their professionalism. The work was done by Scott and Alex. They always arrived as scheduled. They worked efficiently as a team. They always did the best job they could do. They said we want it perfect. They always cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend Jump to It Plumbing and will use them again should the need arise.

We have used this company twice and both times the plumber left saying that our problems were fixed. They were not and had to be called back both times. Both problems were easy fixes and should have been done right the first times.

Had my tub and surround done by Jump to it and it turned out beautiful! Pricing and workmanship was excellent! My plumber, Rigal, what knowledge! Also needed a valve redone in the other bathroom, requested Rigal for that also. And again, another beautiful job done! Will use this company ALWAYS!!!!

The next time I needed work done, I tried to go with a top-rated Yelp plumber.  They couldn't even get the work done the same day as when they came out for their free estimate.  Also, they were much more expensive than Jump 2 It.  I decided to call Jump 2 It and see if they could do the work the same day.  Sure enough, they sent someone out a couple hours later and they performed the work well, for the exact same price I'd paid them before.

What's more, this time when I called Jump 2 It, my call was professionally handled by a woman who clearly wasn't answering her cell phone while unclogging someone's drain.  

They have a new credit card payment system which they haven't seemed to master yet, so, knowing this, I paid by check.  It was much easier.

In short, I had a much better experience than my others, and I thought it would be fair to come here and update.

Although their scheduling and timeliness leave a lot to be desired, when they finally did arrive, they were very professional and thorough. I recommend them because I believe they are worth waiting for.

Jump 2 It saved the day when we had a clog in our main sewer line and all water was backing up into a toilet, flooding our home. My home warranty company had sent our another plumber, who claimed that the clog was in the city sewer line and did nothing to fix the problem. George from Jump 2 It came the same day, cleared the clog in under 10 minutes, and put a camera in the line to find that tree roots were causing the line to clog. George knew what he was doing and was very professional. He did a great job and I would highly recommend Jump 2 It!

In 1 day our irrigation valve was done . Gave a 10% discount for seniors. Billing charges worked done were specific.

Would highly recommend, I had a broken pipe and Jump 2 it was recommended so I called and they were able to come out same day, Perry said he had to go get the parts I asked when he thought he could fix it and when he said today...wow.  Professional and the price was very reasonable, hopefully I won't need a plumber for a long time but when I do they are who I will call.  Thanks again Jump 2 it.

Cliff is incredible! I've been so frustrated with my property manager sending people over who leave the job half done-finally he called J2IP which i hadn't heard of before.

Cliff not only finished the job and did it right, he came over with a half hour's notice and stayed after normal business hours to make sure the problem was solved once and for all. Not only that, he fixed something in my bathroom that was probably a quick fix for him but was impossible for me to repair, and he didn't even mention he'd done it. What a nice surprise! On top of THAT he was so good with my son Batman that he didn't want Cliff to leave.

10/10!!!

One other note he may be a vampire as he did not come in until he was officially invited. Also possible that he's very polite.

My bathroom drain was covered with water and as a widow I felt as if there was nothing I could  do to fix the problem by myself.
And indeed that was the case so when the manager of the trailer park I live in highly recommended  Jump 2 It I called and they were there the next day, fixed it and charged me very little.
I was so afraid it would l d cost me a fortune but the that was not the case
at all.

I am a commercial property manager, I called this company to do a free estimate and leak detection, which I thought was awesome, in turn I was told I had numerous underground leaks and needed to have my whole plumbing system dug up and replaced. I called another company for a second option. Same thing free estimate and everything, my issue was a running toilet and 2 swamp coolers leaking. My problem was solved for less than $150 by another company.

The only reason I give Jump 2 It 4 stars is the price. I had John come out to fix a hose bib for me and a few other projects. He was prompt and very thorough with assessing what I needed.
Again, the price point was a little higher than I thought, but the professionalism was what sold me. He did the jobs well and even flushed my hot water tank at no charge!
The girls in the office were really friendly when I called to schedule and they called when John was on his way. I really appreciate knowing who is going coming out.
I will definitely use them again.

I don't know how great their work is but we opted not to choose this company after getting a second opinion. These guys basically told us that water lines go bad after x amount of years, which was in line with when the neighborhood was built and that we would probably soon see the entire neighborhood needing work. The house is less than twenty years old. The quote to fix the issue in full was $4,200 or $1400 to patch the pipe, which they admitted would only be a temporary fix. They also charged $60 to come out and diagnose the issue. The second company we called out offered free diagnostics and resolved the issue in full for $1700.  I'm really hesitant to trust this company based on how the two different diagnostics/quotes went.

We hired them because we found Jump 2 It to be the fastest in providing an estimate, which was clear and detailed. I received alerts and project tracking on par with large companies. Even as small a job as ours  (rerouting water for pool and replacing hose bibb in exterior wall), they were most responsive and punctual. So, for prompt, professional, ethical and quality plumbing work, I highly recommend them. Yes, we would hire them again.

Best plumbers in the Vegas valley! Derrick and his crew are always on time, they do the best work! No BS with these guys they are the real deal!

Outstanding!! Its a difficult process to find a trutsworthy plumbing company who will show up, fix whats needs to be fixed without breaking your wallet.. Jump 2 It did just that! We had a leak on our main water valve. Jump 2 It came over right away, gave us a very reasonable estimate, and got the job done right away. I cant recommend them enough. They really do Jump 2 It!!!

I'm so glad I went with my gut instinct. I Spoke to sweet young lady Nikki about my main pipe leak from water meter and Darrick was over in less than an hour. He was very kind, patient, honest, funny, and understood exactly what was needed. Not only did his partner replaced the pipe Darrick stayed longer to make sure the water was working properly. They also replace valve for house. No leaks but he discovered Our softener caused pressure to be extremely low. He fixed that too and my sink concern at no extra cost. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend this company again to anyone having any issues with leaks but don't have time for gimmicks or being over charged. U guys rock! Thank you Darrick for going above and beyond to make sure we had running water and fixing my sink.

OMG! Finally a good plumber and plumbing company! We have been through 5 or more plumbers in nearly 2 years after buying a 20 year old house.  Rigel came out from Jump 2 It Plumbing to install a water softener system.  He was patient, explained what he had to do to tie into our whole house water filtration system that had not been installed properly and fixed it so we had an option to bypass it or use both.  Then he checked and made sure it didn't effect the laundry drain system on the opposite side of the wall. He was careful, meticulous in his craft and very patient and informative.  This company is now our go to plumbing company! We have more work that needs to be done!

Unprofessional, overpriced and tardiness is a major problem, all my experience and personal opinion so maybe we caught Darrick on a bad day and when they needed some extra cash.

I contacted Jump2It to get an estimate on a leak between my water main and the street. I just KNEW this was gonna be costly. Derrick Jump came out and we looked at the water meter happily (but slowly) spinning even with the house water main shut off.
    He surprised me and asked if the sprinkler system was also off...and I didn't even know there WAS a shutoff!  He located it and, voila! the meter stopped spinning. Now I know. He recommended a company that should give me a call soon, as his company does not fix sprinkler systems. In the meantime he said, No charge!  We shook hands and off he went. He's a good man and very professional. I like this guy.

Water meter on the street was spinning too much (water company called us after a read) and we called Jump 2 It to work out the problem.  Turns out we had a water leak underground from the street to our property, which the water company doesn't fix - we do, ugh. Jump 2 It gave us an estimate (the actual bill was $400 less than the estimate) and the workers who came out were very friendly, told us everything that they would be doing, and got the job done.  Wore booties in the house to use the restroom.  Would recommend this company.

Darrick was referred to me by a friend. We had rust and sediment in our water. My husband did a flush and we still had it. We had another plumber come out the first time and he just tried to push a very costly tankless water heater or get a new regular one. So my husband did some research and said it could be the anode rod. He bought one but had a hard time removing the securement. Darrick came out and showed him how to do it. The anode rod was done. He replaced at a reasonable rate. He was honest about our options of still possibly having to replace the water heater.

These guys are professional and explain the process  of what is expected to be done in timeline fashion. Hoping to never have plumbing issues again but if I do I will be calling them.

Wow, I'm amazed by the professionalism of this company!

I had a water Main break at my house.  My Property Management Company hired them to fix it. I was promptly contacted by Cindy immediately. I was at work, they sent someone to evaluate the situation.

The next day, Darrick and another associate came to my house. I met them here in the early afternoon. They had already dug out most of the trench. Very professional and friendly guys. They advised me of what's going to happen.

Yesterday the plumber came promptly on time. He quickly and professionally installed the pipes.

Today, Darrick arrived promptly on time. He and the other associate, frilled in the trench, restored the landscaping, and professionally poured down the concrete.

Special props to Darrick, as he was the main person I dealt with. Very cool guy. He was very friendly, professional, and did a great job!

I was most impressed that everyone I dealt with, spoke perfect English.

The main water pipe in my front yard was leaking, and my water bills were enormous. They quickly detected where the leak was, and replaced the whole system from the water meter to the house. They were prompt, professional, including the phone staff, and reasonable in price. They refilled the trench they dug, and replaced the dirt, stones and edging so no one could even tell they had been moved. They also helped to secure financing for me. I would happily recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

I really would not recommend this company to anyone. I used them twice. Each time they were late by 3 hours. After calling to make sure someone was still coming, the guy one the phone was extremely rude and said well go ahead and cancel then lady!.

Very unprofessional. If you hire them make sure you'll be home allll day.

I first used Jump 2 It last Fall when my home warranty company sent them for a plumbing issue.  I called them today when I needed a few things done that were not covered under warranty, because Derrick impressed me with his efficiency and professionalism last time.  Once again, I could not be happier.  Great work and a fair price!!!!  Their magnet is on my refrigerator for any future plumbing needs!!! Going with a small business means that you are not just a number!!!

Jump 2 It will now forever be my go-to plumbing company in Vegas. This year, my house retaliated against me and I ended up with a several leaks. The company my home warranty sent out was awful and after weeks of easily avoidable complications and no resolution, I was left completely frustrated. When I woke up at 5am one morning to the sound of gushing water and found the pipe going from the wall to the washing machine had come out and was flooding my laundry room, I knew I needed to start over with a new company.

Troy from Jump 2 It showed up quickly and saved me. Not only did he fix the problem, but he explained to me what happened and why. It was such a great experience, I had him come back to preemptively replace my water heater (which I knew was going to be the next to go) and change all of the valves in my house. I'd been wanting to install a water softener, and he took care of that, too. He even changed a couple of toilet flaps because he saw I had the replacement parts already. I just had him back to install a reverse osmosis system and I think my plumbing needs are finally done for a while.

In all of my years of being a homeowner, Jump 2 It has provided the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. I'm so grateful to know there's someone I can call who is honest, wants to help, and does great work.

I called to schedule to schedule a leak detection, and he tells me that he'll only give the exact location of the leak if I pay to have him fix it. The cost for a leak detection analysis was initially $200 then went to $250 and that doesn't count actually fixing the problem.

This low rating isn't based on job performance but from mistrust/deception. Main water leak from street to house. Called Jump2It for an estimate. Darrick (owner)/Jeremy showed up to assess the repair. Immediately Darrick gave me an estimate on the cost to repair the leak/replace the water panel ($6300). I wanted to confirm with my insurance company first to see if there was any cost that my homeowners insurance policy would offset. As I am literally on the phone (on hold), Darrick gives me a signature block to sign which I believed was an estimate. I wanted to see if I could possibly obtain some of the materials to reduce my cost but a day later while speaking to Darrick, he reminded me that I signed a contract? Totally unprofessional and deceptive. The funny thing is I was gonna go with Jump 2 It anyway for this repair. As the job went on, Donald/Dyllon/Jeremy worked very hard and did a great job. Donald was outstanding and explained everything being done in great detail! It came to one point where they were unable to locate exactly how the water line entered the home and needed to cut some drywall to find it. At that time, Darrick calls me saying i needed to go down to the county office to pull a permit to repair the drywall which would cost an additional $1600. At one point, I was called to send total payment and the job was not complete based on the contract he said I signed. Also, I got 3 additional bids to replace the drywall (which included repainting) for almost half the cost Darrick quoted me. The city inspector came out and while talking I mentioned the cost of the water line repair. He seemed shocked and mentioned that I might have paid way too much. Job-wise, the repair is solid and no current water leak. I would have Donald and his crew work other jobs for me in the future but not under Jump 2 It and its owner, Darrick. He is deceptive, untrustworthy, and borderline unethical. Sad part is that I have several homes associated with my real estate ventures here in the Vegas Valley area that are in need of possible plumbing services. Services I will not render to Darrick/Jump 2It. If you do decide to go with Jump 2 It, DON'T SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL YOU READ IT THOROUGHLY and make sure you understand exactly what they are gonna do, when they do it, and for how much. Being retired military, I would expect much more from a business like this but it goes to show you even at home you have to watch your back and make sure no one is trying to take advantage of you. God knows what Darrick/Jump2It would do to an elderly couple or someone not really sure of what to ask if he can do this to someone like me. Very sad.

We are so very happy with the service we received from Derrick, Carl, John & Billy! Also, dealing with Ashley on the phone was a very pleasant experience! Not only were they prompt, when they gave us a quote to repair our hot water slab leak, the quote they gave was honored. We were told that even if they found a lot more problems once they opened everything up, there wouldn't be an extra charge. Most companies do not honor that! Also the first consultation was free! The work was done quickly and professionally! ANOTHER plumbing company gave us a much higher quote with a lot more invasive work, and also told us there could be hidden costs! Glad we went with this very honorable company......Jump 2 It! We would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing problems!!! Thanks guys!

Horrible Customer Service and communication. I called for an estimate, lady said they will be at my place between 8-10AM, most likely be at my place at 8:30. I requested they come earlier, they said 7-9 instead. They didn't get to my place until 9:40 AM. The person that did the quote was very blunt and unprofessional, didn't seem to want to be there. He did give a decent price for my bathroom remodel, so I decided to give them a try anyway.

One day prior to project start date, Jump2it calls me and wanted to re-evaluate the agreed upon workscope and wanted to do tile instead, and had Me buy the wall tiles and grout myself, they said they will be willing to reduce the quoted price, they will resend me the work agreement for me to sign. They also said that they will start the work the following day between 8-10AM. Not only did they not re-send the work agreement quote, they did not show up at all nor did they give me a courtesy call to say they will be late or need to reschedule.

Overall, very unprofessional and unreliable. DO NOT hire.

Well, it was going on good from my last redo of service from George but when I called few times to Nikki as someone called up one day to offer a complimentary AC/Furnace check we scheduled then had to cancel but said the girl will be calling me back but still haven't heard from Nov 5, 2018 and still nothing following to reschedule for my complimentary service. I even paid for annual membership and here I get this from them?

I was experiencing a leak that was either inside the walls or caused by the irrigation system.  Troy came out within an hour.  He diagnosed the issue, recommended other firms that could repair the problem (his did not work outside at the time), and offered valuable advice regarding potential cost-saving alternatives to tearing up sixty feet of concrete to install a new irrigation line. I feel far more confident that my repair will be both proper and limited to fixing the issue.  I am grateful to him and would trust his judgment on questions involving plumbing repair.

After calling several Plumbers and receiving astronomical HOURLY rates I decided to try tackling a water leak in my kitchen area on my own, but was unable to resolve the issue due to the nature of the copper tubing and my lack of experience in general. I'm sure shark fittings work wonders for a lot of people, but it didn't resolve my situation.

I spent today calling around again and finally got in touch with the company Jump 2 It Plumbing. Within 45 minutes of the call a Plumber was on scene, assessed the problem, quoted me a price, and got to work. 30-40 minutes later the water was back on, no more leak, and a fair bill was paid for services rendered. I feel like I can breath again.

Fast, friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. I've finally found a plumbing company to rely on in the future. Thanks Jump 2 It Plumbing!

Friday at 3:30 no show, no call, so I called. The young man answering immediately got defensive and said they sent me an email with a window of two hours for my appointment. (I got 2 emails, one saying my job status was changed to new, another saying they would call, but never did. Neither had a window of time.) He said they would call when the plumber was dispatched.

By 5:30, still no call, so I called back. Voicemail was full and I couldn't leave a message. At 7:30 I finally got a call and told the plumber I was no longer interested since they couldn't even call me back and I couldn't leave a message. He at least was apologetic, but I don't see anything about this company that's professional enough to make me let them work on my home.

I never got a call from anyone in management so I can only conclude they have enough business they're not concerned about getting mine.

Thank you Jump 2 it plumbing!  I woke up with wet floors, wet carpet and wet walls!  DANG iT!!!  So I called these guys.  He told me they have fixed tons of water leaks in Las Vegas and I felt good about that.  The plumber came out that same day and quickly found the problem.

He showed me what was going on and thoroughly explained how it can be fixed.  He was very knowledgable and friendly so I felt comfortable with the price.  they had a plumbing crew come out and get on the repairs.  It was a lot of work but they got it done.  They also had a company come out and replace the carpet and fix the dry wall, etc..

They did a great job - I was very happy with the service.

Found these guys on Google while looking for a plumber to fix a small leak in my garage.  Out of the 10 companies that I tried to contact via their website, only 3 of them replied.  Jump 2 It was actually fast AND prompt about it.  Another contacted me several days later, and the last one contacted me and told me they will have an estimator call me...but never did.  

This message is for the other plumbing companies...if you're going to have a website at least CHECK YOUR MAIL.  It's 2013, you're crippling your business if you can't even respond to e-mails promptly.  

Anyways, Jump 2 It gave me a call within 5 mins of my e-mail and I made an appointment for someone to come give me an estimate the next day.  Gave me a 2 hour window on when to expect the plumber, and showed up within the window.  That, in itself, bears the mark of a good business.  Kyle was the technician they sent, and this guy was great.  Here was my problem:

A pipe in my garage had a leak, and my landscaper identified the problem & the part.  I contacted several plumbing companies with the exact model number & what was wrong (even provided pictures to several).  Each one of them gave me a price on replacing the part.  As soon as Kyle came over, he told me that the part had been installed incorrectly (by the builder) and it was supposed to be upside down.  Told me to give him a minute, and he took a wrench, and flipped it to the correct position.  He tightened everything up, and told me if I was lucky, this MIGHT solve the problem.  Explained to me the problem and how that part worked (which was helpful since I usually like to DIY stuff).  After he wiped everything down, he told me that HOPEFULLY the fix was good enough so I didn't have to replace the entire part.  Told me to keep tabs on it for a few days, and to let him know if it starts leaking again.  He called his parts supplier and also gave me an estimate on how much it would cost if I did have to replace the part.

Its rare to find HONEST people nowadays.  Especially in this town.  I've read reviews on a ton of plumbing businesses, and a lot of them talk about shady plumbers that like to do unnecessary things to bump up the prices.  Another great quality is people taking pride in their work.  Far too many people just want to do the job and get the hell out of there.

These are the reasons I give this company 5 stars.  I usually don't write reviews unless they're absolutely great, or terrifyingly horrible, but this company deserves more recognition for being honest, prompt, and efficient.  They definitely earned my business.  Thank you to Kyle for coming over (and quite possibly saving me from $400+ in repairs).
