I would advise against giving Bob Raeker Plumbing Co your business.
A few weeks ago, I called them to arrange getting an estimate for a new water heater. First, the person I spoke to on the phone was rude. Second, they only go to homes to give estimates one weekday morning each week, which is inconvenient. Third, after their representative came out to look at my water heater, I waited many days to receive the email estimate. I finally called them, and spoke with the same guy who came to my home. He said I would have the estimate by the beginning of the next week. The beginning of the next week came and went, and still nothing. Thus, I went to their website and submitted an inquiry there. I still have yet to hear anything, much less receive an estimate, and this was all a few weeks ago.
I have obviously decided on another company, and just wanted to warn you to save you some time and frustration. I'm not usually one to post bad reviews, but I too often see good customer service being a lost art.
