My ring camera shows Donnie was not working over 2 hours on my service.  He tried charging me for over 2 hours.  I don't know if the work he performed was successful because he came straight for payment and didn't ask me to flush the toilet or run water to make sure there were no clogs after he was finished.  He told me I asked too many questions like i didn't know what was going on and said That I don't want to pay for anything.  Even when he had my credit card.  He then said he was charging me $130 and would tell his company to not allow me to use their service again.  This was puzzling to me.

I told him to give my credit card back and get out of my house.  I shut door behind him and he kept opening and opening it.  I had to lock my door to keep him from reopening it.  I felt very threatened.

I then went to my front porch to make sure he was off my property and he began yelling things from his truck up to me.  My ring camera shows this and you can hear him from side of my house yelling that he was there for 2 hours.  

It was a crazy experience and never had that with this company.

My entire family and I are repeat customers but I have never had this experience ever with AA quik.  I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.  so they don't have to worry about coming back to my house thanks to Donnie

First Plumber I have used in St Louis since moving here but they were great. Seemed very knowledgeable and pricing fair. I had a sump pump go out during bad rain storm and they had one installed in just a short period of time. I would recommend to a friend.

My kitchen sink had slowly been backing up for the last 2 weeks until it no longer drained at all.  I called at least 3 other plumbing places who either didn't return calls, were too busy, or didn't show up at all.  Very frustrating. (Are they all like this?)  I hadn't heard of Drain Dudes but they had some good reviews so I gave them a call.  Robert, the owner, answered and said he would gladly accommodate me on his schedule the next day and at a time good for me.  He came by the next morning on time and got right to work.  He immediately located the clog while explaining to me what he was doing throughout the process.  Since my utility/washing machine drain and bathroom drains also connect downstream of the kitchen before going to the city sewer system, he trouble shot those as well to make sure that there were no clogs in the adjoining pipes. Patience with his use of his snake auger paid off and he was able to clear what turned out to be 2 major clogs within the system.  I now have peace of mind that my entire household system is clear.  He knows his business and did it at a very reasonable cost.  I'm keeping him on retainer for any future plumbing needs.

TJ from Arnon Rooter recently came to help unclog a horrific kitchen drain backup that no plunger, Drano, Liquid Plumber or baking soda/vinegar combo could do.  (Believe me, I tried them all.)  I really wasn't expecting much since they were sent out by our home owner's warranty.  That said, TJ blew me away!  I was thoroughly impressed with his experience, knowledge and customer service.  Throughout the nasty ordeal, he not only unclog our nasty kitchen sink backup, he also provided some invaluable education on how to unclog/maintain a kitchen drain .. as well as unclogging 2 other drains that have been stuck for weeks.  TJ was professional, friendly and exceedingly helpful.  Plus, he had a great sense of humor through it all.

If you're looking for a good, reliable plumber who knows his business and has a great customer service attitude, I recommend TJ from Arnon Rooter without reservation!

We had Emanuel come out to do some work under our sink.  It's nothing you really WANT to have done, but Emanuel came out, did the work, and was nice.  He finished the work faster than expected without issue.

Called Crafton out to have a garbage disposal replaced, they arrived promptly and had it installed in no time. They even fixed a faucet valve for a bathtub for $75 that I hadn't fixed because I had been quoted over $1,000 to fix by another company. Nice professional guys that I wouldn't hesitate to call again. I don't usually do reviews but reviews helped me find this company and the reviews were right.

Great company to work with. I called late at night for a clogged drain and received a quick response. I was extremely satisfied with the service and the price was a great value! Will definitely recommend and use this company again in the future!

STL Plumbing Drains & Jetting was recommended by the folks who cleaned my drains and determined that I needed a lead drum trap replaced. I called Tim, who was consistently courteous and professional as we discussed the problem and made an appointment for a service call. He called before he arrived and was right on time. (He also wore a mask for this COVID-era service call.)

My house is about 100 years old, and Tim is clearly an expert on historical plumbing. He also believes in not removing what still works, but preserving quality vintage systems - and he has the vintage tools and expert skills to do so. After a thorough inspection, Tim determined that only a repair was necessary. He cleared the trap and fixed the telescopic tub drain - which is apparently fairly unusual plumbing. He also explained how it works, and gave me tips on a few other uncommon attributes of the system, including the leather gaskets. I highly recommend this business for drain and other plumbing work - of both the usual and unusual sorts.

Our sink started leaking at 7:30 am on Christmas Day.  After calling our usual plumber--they didn't answer.  I couldn't even find the main turn off valve to the house so I was in a bind. I called another 7 plumbing companies.  While on the phone, Steve with Anytime called me back, asked me to send him a picture and within an hour he was at my door (a 30 mile drive for him).  He fixed my issue, gave me good advice and was unfailingly upbeat about coming to help my on Christmas morning.  By 10:30 he and Mike were finished and on their way TO THIER NEXT APPOINTMENT.  You read correctly, they were headed to another appointment on Christmas.  I can't say enough good things about Steve and Anytime Plumbing.  They work on commercial buildings/facilities and residential homes.  Highly recommend!

Having some plumbing issues in my condo.  A friend recommended Bore's.  Service was prompt, and fairly priced.  Technician, Mike was courteous, friendly, and professional.  I would definitely recommend Bore's for your plumbing needs.

Gave an estimate for a job without understanding what would be needed.  The estimate was $2,300 higher...yes, higher than the other 3 estimates we got.  Which one of these is not like the other?  Also said our unit was 'unrepairable' which wasn't true...it was, for significantly less.   And there was sooooooo much pressure to sign like 'if you agree now, we can count your service fee toward the final cost..but only if you sign now'.  Um...no.  I would look elsewhere.

Warning to anyone that is considering hiring Al Davinroy...This is the worst plumber in the Metro East.  In addition to being very rude to my wife/family, here's a list of things that he did:

1. He took three days to do a job that another plumber told me should have taken no longer than five hours AND he attempted to charge us more than triple what another plumber told us the price should have been.

2. Part of his list of duties was to reconnect the water line to the dishwasher after new granite was installed.  He failed to do so and attempted to blame the granite installers (who aren't allowed to reconnect a water line).  As a result, when we turned on the dishwasher the ceiling below was flooded and thousands of dollars of damage occurred.

3. His truck wasn't adequately supplied, so he made at least six trips to the store (which he billed us for) to get basic materials that, according to another plumber that saw the work, should have been on his truck.  Additionally, he kept asking my family to assist him in doing his work (weird).

4. While re-configuring the plumbing under our kitchen sink he mistakenly cut into our drywall.  The other plumber said that he should have had a basic tool that would have enabled him to avoid this error.  Again, this cost us a lot of money.

5. According to multiple sources, his work was not done to code.

There were other issues, but the bottom line is that I wouldn't want anyone to make the same mistake that we made.  Please avoid him at all costs.

They're the most honest & knowledgeable company we've worked with when it comes to any heating & plumbing issues we've had. Our house is almost 100 years old, so it's always surprising us w/something... Luckily we found Morrison, because they've been real heroes when we've had gas leaks, pipe leaks, water heater failures, the list goes on & on.  They're so much better than everyone else, we actually got their membership.  At 1st, I wasn't sure it would be worth it; but so far, it's been pretty useful! Very quick response time, too!

Still waiting after calling two days ago!!!! I have a leak that's leaking water in basement and I waited at home 4hrs today and had to call back only to hear they can't get anyone out today. So they weren't even going to let me know!!! Very poor customer service!!!!

Horrible experience and would not recommend. We were charged $2500.00 for a job that was $200. Plus they ended up cutting a waterline and scratching the bathroom floors.

I cannot day enough bad things about this company. Dan and his brother are not qualified to do the work they set out to do. They do it poorly and we have had to hire multiple people to come in and fix the jobs they have completed. Lastly they do not show up for jobs. Don't let their prices fool you. Cheap is not the answer when dealing with a plumber.

They did not finish the job that they were paid to do was suppose to come back out kept giving day to come back out it was always a no call no show went Mike I on for a month finally paid someone else to do what they were paid to do I have filed a claim in small claim court they got to the point that they want answer phone or messages very un professional
