We have been using AA Quick ever since we moved into this house in 1987.  They have always been very quick to respond and get the job done at a reasonable cost.  Highly recommended!

First Plumber I have used in St Louis since moving here but they were great. Seemed very knowledgeable and pricing fair. I had a sump pump go out during bad rain storm and they had one installed in just a short period of time. I would recommend to a friend.

Out of 5 plumbing companies I tried to give my business to these are the only ones that were able to come out soon and not give me the run around.  The tech that came out was friendly and knowledgeable and was straight forward with price and work that was needed. My kitchen sink had slowly been backing up for the last 2 weeks until it no longer drained at all.  I called at least 3 other plumbing places who either didn't return calls, were too busy, or didn't show up at all.  Very frustrating. (Are they all like this?)  I hadn't heard of Drain Dudes but they had some good reviews so I gave them a call.  Robert, the owner, answered and said he would gladly accommodate me on his schedule the next day and at a time good for me.  He came by the next morning on time and got right to work.  He immediately located the clog while explaining to me what he was doing throughout the process.  Since my utility/washing machine drain and bathroom drains also connect downstream of the kitchen before going to the city sewer system, he trouble shot those as well to make sure that there were no clogs in the adjoining pipes. Patience with his use of his snake auger paid off and he was able to clear what turned out to be 2 major clogs within the system.  I now have peace of mind that my entire household system is clear.  He knows his business and did it at a very reasonable cost.  I'm keeping him on retainer for any future plumbing needs.

TJ from Arnon Rooter recently came to help unclog a horrific kitchen drain backup that no plunger, Drano, Liquid Plumber or baking soda/vinegar combo could do.  (Believe me, I tried them all.)  I really wasn't expecting much since they were sent out by our home owner's warranty.  That said, TJ blew me away!  I was thoroughly impressed with his experience, knowledge and customer service.  Throughout the nasty ordeal, he not only unclog our nasty kitchen sink backup, he also provided some invaluable education on how to unclog/maintain a kitchen drain .. as well as unclogging 2 other drains that have been stuck for weeks.  TJ was professional, friendly and exceedingly helpful.  Plus, he had a great sense of humor through it all.

We had a backed up drain in our basement, and after a quick search online, I called Roto Rooter. I was able to book my appt online and received a confirmation notice via email almost immediately. As promised, they called about 30 minutes before our plumber, Gary, arrived, and it was well within the window they'd promised (and that I requested).

Gary was pleasant and kind when he arrived. I walked him through the issue and showed him where everything was and he got right to work! Within about 20 minutes, he had everything cleared up and then talked me through what he'd done. He showed me a couple of things we could do to prevent future situations like this and after taking care of the final details bid me farewell.

I could not be more pleased!!

Called Crafton out to have a garbage disposal replaced, they arrived promptly and had it installed in no time. They even fixed a faucet valve for a bathtub for $75 that I hadn't fixed because I had been quoted over $1,000 to fix by another company. Nice professional guys that I wouldn't hesitate to call again. I don't usually do reviews but reviews helped me find this company and the reviews were right.

Great company to work with. I called late at night for a clogged drain and received a quick response. I was extremely satisfied with the service and the price was a great value! Will definitely recommend and use this company again in the future!

Tim was extremely helpful in helping various plumbing needs around the house. He was able to unclog a drain, replace a valve for our washer, and spot the source of a leak (was coming from roof and not any plumbing). He was able to do all these repairs in a very timely manner for a reasonable price. He was courteous and wore a mask while doing the job. 5 star service without a doubt.

Our sink started leaking at 7:30 am on Christmas Day.  After calling our usual plumber--they didn't answer.  I couldn't even find the main turn off valve to the house so I was in a bind. I called another 7 plumbing companies.  While on the phone, Steve with Anytime called me back, asked me to send him a picture and within an hour he was at my door (a 30 mile drive for him).  He fixed my issue, gave me good advice and was unfailingly upbeat about coming to help my on Christmas morning.  By 10:30 he and Mike were finished and on their way TO THIER NEXT APPOINTMENT.  You read correctly, they were headed to another appointment on Christmas.  I can't say enough good things about Steve and Anytime Plumbing.  They work on commercial buildings/facilities and residential homes.  Highly recommend!

I take care of most of my own home repair issues, but plumbing can sometimes require tools that most people don't have laying around.  Such was the case today.

After doing a load of laundry, the basement floor was drenched.  I diagnosed the problem as a clogged standpipe. I tried to snake it but my tool wasn't up to the task.

I called the plumber recommended by my neighbor and described the issue.  He said he didn't have a snake sturdy enough job, but recommended the plumber he uses when a job is over his head - Bore's.

The guy showed up pretty much on time, confirmed my diagnosis, returned to the truck to wheel in his snake, and went to work. Thirty minutes later he was done and headed out.  Even cleaned up after himself.

Nothing fancy, but got the job done professionally and quickly. Can't ask for more.

Hoffman Brothers has taken care of my heating forever. When I moved to a new old house, they put in A/C. When my furnace died, they replaced it and ditto with my water heater. I have them come twice a year to do a check up to make sure everything is running well and to fend off any looming problems. For over 16 years, I've seen them grow and grow, but never change the way they treat me. Always professional, kind, personal. Today Michael and Ken came and found a little thing with my furnace, repaired it, serviced it, replaced the filter (provided free by Hoffman) and did so quickly and with professionalism.  I tell everyone about them. Now they do plumbing, electric, appliances and at a reasonable rate. Can't imagine using anyone else.

Davinroy found the problem behind the wall and repaired it the same day.   I would use Davinroy plumbing again.     Price was also good

Morrison Plumbing says they offer 24 hour emergency service, WRONG!!!!!!  I have placed 2 calls since 11pm last night and nobody has called or shown up.

Great Service provided by Dan, from Roto-Rooter - Efficient, Informative and Knowledgeable - I requested an estimate at 12:00 pm and my plumbing issues was solved by 4:00 pm the same day - amazing - highly recommend!

I chose this company because they had acquired P.S.Rapp, a company I formerly used and trusted. I was told there would be a $96 trip charge, which is higher than most repair companies, but I agreed. When the service tech gave me the estimates to replace one cartridge in the sink faucet ($499) and one in the shower ($768), I declined having the work done. I previously had the same sink work done for $180 by P.S.Rapp. I understand the cost of labor has gone up, but that is way out of line and certainly above market rates. I declined the work and was out the trip charge. I scheduled another plumbing company who only charged $303 for the work in the shower (NOT $768)! Lesson learned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I had called dns to give me a bid on a stack replacement for my mother, Dan was very professional, on time and stuck to his price unlike some companies trying to add charges at the last minute. Highly recommend.

They did not finish the job that they were paid to do was suppose to come back out kept giving day to come back out it was always a no call no show went Mike I on for a month finally paid someone else to do what they were paid to do I have filed a claim in small claim court they got to the point that they want answer phone or messages very un professional
