Almost don't want to share Christian with you guys, but he deserves all the accolades, and I'd like to give back to the Yelp community for helping me find him.  Christian is GREAT.  He answers the phone, and if he misses you he calls back in a timely manner. He is on time, has great pricing, and does professional, solid work.  In this area, that's a unicorn!  We've used him twice already and lining him up for another job. Highly recommend!

Very prompt and informative. Brad is knowledgeable and answers questions very patiently. We needed a sewer scope and jet, and that was completed with no issues and a full report. We will use regularly.

Gloeckner-Melville installed 2 new gas water heaters for me. They provided quality workmanship and energy saving products at a competitive price. They took care of obtaining the necessary permits and helped me apply for rebates from the gas company.

Kitchen and Bathroom counter tops remodel both came out great!  Kitchen back splash and new door all installed in a timely manner and without incident!  I would most definitely recommend S. Edwards construction.

This company has earned my business for life! Three years ago, my wife and I bought an older home. While we absolutely love our home, it has come with a slew of plumbing issues. We finally came across an issue that, we believed, was serious enough for a professional. We called Ed Bellm, who have served our area for well over 50 years.

Upon our original consultation, things weren't looking good--it seemed our plumbing concern (a corroded copper water stack) was going to cost us a great deal of money. When Chris, the company's owner, came out to give us an estimate for the work, he found that our water stack was not affected, but we simply need to attend to some atypical piping from the home's previous owners. He fixed us up right there and charged us nothing for his visit.

The company could have went ahead with their original estimated work, made a hefty profit from us, and moved on--but they chose to be honest and have now earned our trust and business for the rest of the time we'll own this home.

We couldn't be happier and highly recommend their business.

Steve came by the house on July 7th & he was very nice. He came out to assess doing some plumbing work for us & told us we'd have an estimate in a couple days. Friday came & went, so I though we might hear something early the next week. We've called & left multiple voicemails & sent emails to no avail. This company has had a lot of good reviews, so I was really disappointed to not hear anything back.

Thank you for getting to my drain problem quickly although not a quick fix at least we know now!

Called at 4pm on a Sunday with a backed up sewer in the basement. Within 30 mins, they were in their way. I'm so thankful for Shamrock! Some things can't wait until the next business day, and this was one of those times. Thanks for being available. Steve was the best!! Very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. You guys rock!

I called certified plumbing about a mistake they made.  I spoke to summer and she was extremely rude.  Long story short I had to pay an emergency plumber to fix their mistake.  Any good business owner knows the front desk can make or break a business.  She definitely turned me off from using them.

Had such great customer service and they fixed my problem so fast! They really cared about what they did and made sure that everything was perfect. I am so happy that I decided to call them. Everyone was so nice and I won't be using any other plumbing companies from now on. 100% recommend!

Ed came on a Friday to address a sewer backup in the basement. Told us he would be back on Monday. I called after hours on Friday night to report the backup was now urgent, as we had raw sewage in the basement. A different plumber told us he would personally make sure Ed would be back on Monday. Called Judy, the receptionist, on Monday to make sure we would be seen. Was told they would try to squeeze us in. This was the first sign of a problem. No call, no plumber on Monday. We had been witout a shower/toilet since Friday now. Tuesday, I once again spoke to Judy to check the status of our issue. Was told Ed and Steve would talk it over and she would call me back. She then told me they would be at the house in the afternoon (Tue). I said, like, what, noon or one? She said yes. I took off work to be home at noon. When nobody was there by 1, I again called to check on the status. She said she paged the plumbers and they didn't respond and she would call me back. When I didn't hear back from her by 1:30, I called her to cancel the work order; I had found another plumber. Working with this company was a nightmare. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

When visiting family, you try to be the best house guest, but sometime there are events out of your control...

After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve the situation - we searched the internet for a service provider that offered 24/7 (including weekends and holidays) for help...called Mr. Rooter of Franklin County.  The answering service was quick to answer and very helpful; and reached out to the local provider to call us directly to schedule the service.

The local provider called right away, I explained our emerging and overflowing situation, but because the household had other toilets available, she did not feel the request for service warranted a technical visit until Tuesday (48 hrs later).  I attempted to explain the number of users in the household vs. number of toilets was not an adequate ratio.  I then asked if she had any DIY recommendations to help alleviate the clog in the mean time, which she pretended to not understand the question.

Thinking MAYBE she was attempting to save me money, I inquired the cost associated with having a technical provider come out to the house (as it was late) and the difference for weekends - ((as the guest, I was willing to pay)) ... but she still was not willing to schedule service.   I asked if technicians / plumbers were available...they were, but she still was not willing to schedule service.

I don't get it...
#1. The advertisement for Mr. Rooter states 24/7 weekends and holidays
#2. Who is this woman to qualify my event as an emergency or non emergency; or what warranted a technical visit or not
#3. If I am attempting to purchase for a service advertised and offered, why would she not provide
#4. How is purposefully allowing a plumbing problem to sit 48+ hours the best alternative

Anyway, if you are reading this advertisement in an attempts to find a quality service provider, keep searching!!  Mr. Rooter of Franklin County is pretty shitty (PUN INTENDED) - and the lady who represents the local franchise, she's a fucking asshole!

I love these guys. They show up on time. They are polite and efficient. I've used them often on both my rental property and my home in the last couple of years. I call them first.

Had a quote for a Hot Water Heater 40 gal GAS to replace and they wanted $1600?  HA HA HA!  When you can buy a new one for $400-600 and gonna charge $1000 for an hour labor, maybe 2 hours at most?  Never gonna happen Burke!  I've had you all out for other things and during emergency you were there and knew your stuff when it came to basic plumbing however, pricing needs to change.

No call no show, appointment cancelled out of no where. Managers won't return customer complaints.

I had been using Sutter Plumbing for years, for tree root removal in my sewer line, with satisfaction.  I had Classic Aire Care/Sutter out October 1, 2018 to provide the same service.  On November 18th, 2018, I had to call Roto Rooter, and pay an additional charge to remove tree roots Sutter/Classic Aire had not removed.  Clearly the work done a little over a month ago was not done appropriately.  When I spoke with Classic Aire Care/Sutter, I was told the tree roots must have grown back.  I don't think tree roots can fill a pipe in six weeks, during October.
