I've had some really terrible experiences with plumbing companies all over the world.. They come out they tell you it's gonna be one thing and then it's always something different. You think it's a small fix a little leak and next to you know they're trying to upsell you to do thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars in repairs. That did not happen in this case. Tim came out Because we had a leaky faucet in the kitchen and I thought I could fix it on my own with plumbing tape next to you know I had a full 4 alarm flood in my house. I called and spoke to a lady named Sherry who was absolutely amazing confident professional and put all of my worries aside. Tim came out he was fast efficient he showed me what the problem was show me where I went wrong and he fixed it in a Jiffy. This was hands down the best plumbing experience I've ever had I would strongly recommend using these guys over and over again if you ever have any type of issue I would have my mom call on Tim!!!

We called due to drains backing up into the house. This family owned business (father and son) came out the next morning and had the roots out of our pipes in less than 30 minutes. Low cost, professional, and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Tom did a great job on a busted pipe at my residence. He was professional, yet friendly. He explained what he was going to do before he did, without being condescending.
Obviously, a busted water pipe requires a quick response and despite a full schedule, he managed get there within a reasonable amount of time.
Anita was very personable on the phone and very sympathetic to my plight. Reasonable priced! Highly recommend!!

Even though we did not hire a plumber for our bathroom project I would definitely hire from Creve Coeur plumbing. The staff was very very friendly and helpful. I talked with one of the plumbers and he was extremely attentive with what we were requesting to have done. When the time is right for us, we will be calling Creve Coeur for sure!

I had a great experience with SOS plumbing! We recently had one of our toilets start to leak and even though we tried to repair it ourselves, it turns out the tank was just cracked and nothing we could do could fix that!
We ordered a new toilet online and when it arrived, I called SOS plumbing and left a message. Within minutes, Robert called me back and we began to schedule a time for them to come out to install the toilet. Believe it or not, they were available the next day! He was super friendly and made sure to get all of my information. I asked for a quote and he said it would be anywhere from $165-180 for the install, that didn't seem too bad to me since I knew that we could not do it ourselves.
When the guys arrived, they were friendly and began working immediately. Robert and Stephen removed the old toilet and when I asked if I could clean the floor once they removed the old toilet; they even offered to wipe it down for me as long as I could give them the cleaning products; score!
They did the job quickly and efficiently and the new toilet looks great! I highly recommend calling SOS if you need any plumbing assistance; they are the real deal and even offer a 30 day warranty on their install work. Oh, and they even took our old toilet to get rid of it for us so that we didn't need to pay trash service extra for that service.

Never a fun day when you discover you have a sewer back-up, but it's great to know you can call Roto-Rooter in St. Louis or get an an appointment on-line at the time that works best for you. They arrived during the allotted time slot and were extremely professional. The work was completed promptly and the service guy knew what he was doing. I highly recommend them.

I'm not even sure where to start with these guys.
I've owned my home in University City for a couple years now, and we had a sewer line issue where a cap got stuck, created a seal, and caused back flow into the bathroom. I usually use a local plumber, but my boyfriend wanted to use a more well known plumber that he thought might have had experience with this. So I let him handle it.
He called Roto Rooter on a Monday afternoon and explained the situation very carefully so they knew what they needed to come and quote. They told him he would be the first one to be seen on Tuesday morning. Tuesday rolled around, and didn't hear anything. We finally called after noon, and were told they would get to him. Called again at 4PM and was told, sorry, he would be first on the list Wednesday. Same issue Wednesday. Finally, after noon, I think they were fed up with us calling, and they came out. They were there for a few minutes and basically said they needed a different specialist for the issue, so we would get put on the list first thing Thursday - AFTER my boyfriend had already explained in detail what the issue was. Thursday rolled around, and we never heard from them, so at this point we gave up. We actually never got a call from them to come see the issue again since we never followed up. So, they ghosted us.
It was a very unique issue (they had to cut the cast iron and replace it with PVC), so I would understand if they didn't want to take the job. But communication is key; they should have told us that instead of stringing us along for so long and adding extra days onto getting the issue fixed because we were thinking they would come fix it.

They did an awesome job and fixed the problem without trying to charge ne to replave everything like the other plumbing companies I called. I was impressed with how fast they took care of the issue and felt like they were very reasonable with price.

I've had low pressure in my home ever since another plumber installed a new faucet in the kitchen. The young man sent by Torrisi adjusted the regulator and fixed the problem. He also cleared a clog in a slop sink, which involved following the pipes through the basement. The water pressure in the home has improved dramatically. Well done.
Also, I received an appointment in an amazingly speedy manner.

Hired Halo plumbing to fix a drip from an old connection line to washer. Nathans work was professional and the fees were reasonable. He also helped with outside dryer vent and cleaned it. I would highly recommend this company. Professional, friendly and quality work at a reasonable price...Great Job Nathan.

Rob is rude and I am treated like I am an inconvenience. They haven't even done any work I am just requesting a quote. I have been pushed off an blown off for over 2 weeks now. Again haven't even done any work yet. Zero chance I would actually even give them the job if they ever provide a quote.

I called Phil Miller Plumbing and another guy showed up. Tried at first to tell me I needed $3000 in downstairs plumbing repairs. I just had two toilets that needed tank kits installed.
I foolishly agreed to $500 for tank repair kits for both toilets. He did not break the bill down into parts and labor. A tank kit is $20 at any hardware store. He was done in less than hour, so I guess his hourly rate is $200 an hour!!
The company is a rip-off!!!
Will never hire again! I can see $100 a toilet with the tank kit, but $250!!! A whole new toilet is cheaper!
Don't call them unless you want to get taken
