Best Plumbing Services in Missouri
Fast work, reasonably priced. Honest and nice guys! Our water heater needed replaced. They had a new one delivered, installed it, and took the old one away. Took the time to show me how to adjust it if needed.

I needed a water line run to my new refrigerator ice maker and Frank gave me an estimate without charging me for a service call and expertly installed a shutoff valve and water line in my 80yo home where there had previously been none.
He called ahead and showed up on time, then cleaned up afterwards. My dog even liked him!
100% recommend and will use him again if I need other plumbing done.

Called Able Rooter after the holiday weekend for a sewer backup. Tom answered promptly at 8am and was at the house by noon. He and Mike were both polite and knowledgeable. They not only explained but also showed me the problem. After the repair, Tom explained what my next steps should be in terms of preventative maintenance. Highly recommended.

I called on a Sunday and was offered a next-day appointment. I actually was surprised that I got through. I chose this company because it seemed like the only one that was previously reviewed on yelp.
The owner, Jim Rabbit came out with one assistant (a really old guy). The guys were on-time and got right to work. All in all they completed the job quickly and were nice.
A few cons:
They used my extension cord to run their drills and equipment. Not a big deal, but I thought they would rather use their own stuff. And they didn't roll it up when done.
They had to use my hose to run water down the drain in the garage. Water got everywhere, which was expected, but they didn't move stuff that was in the line of fire. Nothing that important, but I would have preferred them to clear the workspace first. And I would have hoped that they would have at least swept out the puddles after the work was complete.
The guy asked me for a plunger. Really? You're the freaking plumber and you don't have one?

I have used Roger Bates for nearly 12 years. Here is a list of all that he has been contracted for; replaced a hot water heater, fixed plumbing mistakes made by someone in my home (sweated an iron cap on a copper pipe!), replaced outdoor faucets, cleaned drains, stacks, toilets and flanges, old turn style shower faucets, garbage disposal replacement. The man is the most patient and thoughtful serviceman I have ever contracted. Now that I have bought a new house, I almost regret the new plumbing because unless there is a problem, I may not see him again. He and his Marine son have always talked to and engaged my 4 children. They are the epitome of professional. You would be foolish not to contract them for any and all plumbing service.

Dean and his tech were prompt and did an amazing job. They addressed a problem we had, regarding our yard clean out. Not to mention it was 5 degrees outside they not only informed me of the problem but also showed me in detail cause of the issue. I highly recommend them to anyone. While it was a messy situation they are true professionals and they're knowledge compares to none. Will be referring and continuing to use they're services for the future. Customer for life.

Armstrong has been a big help with a couple of reno projects. They installed a faucet in the newly tiled shower without leaving a mess or damaging the travertine. They also came out the same day we called to install a laundry sink.
They are our go-to guys for plumbing now.

Hired them for a sewer line inspection in a home we are working towards purchasing, in Edwardsville. We had a good experience with them overall and would hire them again.
Pros:
-the workers seemed very honest and were nice and polite and happy to answer any questions
-it was definitely not a rush job - there were roots in the line and they tried their best to break through; were unable to do so but inspected the other side of the line. Even though it took more than an hour to take care of this all, and there were actually 3 guys there (they had another job in the neighborhood afterwards) the bill was the same as quoted on the phone
-I asked for an off-the-cuff inspection of the interior plumbing of the house - one of them did so, and provided a lot of useful feedback about the state of the plumbing (no additional charge)
-they are contractors and can do large and small jobs - hence I went with a line inspection for a home purchase from them, so I could get cost estimates of any work needs done
-woman on the phone was polite and helpful in answering questions
Cons:
-the communication could be improved on the phone - I had to call them twice to get the job scheduled, and no one confirmed with me that it was scheduled until my realtor contacted me
-this is not the cheapest place to get the sewer line inspection - it is possible to get for cheaper from another reputable sewer line inspector; for me it was worth the extra money to have a contractor do the inspection so I could get cost estimates for any needed repairs right away (note: I did not try to negotiate a cheaper cost - could have been worth a try)
Note: These are real folks, from Granite, not part of some corporation with lots of requirements on appearance and such. one of the guys who was very nice and helpful and a good communicator, had a lot of tats and a generally rough look to him. This did not detract from the experience, at all
Will update review if I hire them again

These guys are expensive and charge by hour. $130 per hour. Plus they round up time to next 30 mins.
For replacing 2 outdoor faucets I was billed 475 bucks. Also tried to fix a leaky drain pipe with a cover but couldnt, and said it will still require fix, yet charged time for that as well. So you pay whether something is fixed or not.
We also had discussed estimate for 400. Apparently timer starts before even the price or problems are discussed so not that you get a heads up on that.

Not able to use them. A message on their number announced unless you have a specific problem (something that sounded high dollar) they are not available to help. I guess I had to give more than one star because at least they didn't waste my time.

Recently we had our tub/shower remodeled by Bradley Plumbing. It was an extensive project. We had a shower head put in. All fixtures were replaced. They tiled the entire tub/shower area. We also had old pipes that were replaced. They were very thorough in explaining every step of the way. There were no hidden costs. This is a family ran business. They get a lot of work done in a short time. Their expertise and craftsmanship is superb! You can save on cost and get excellent quality work! Bradley Plumbing Rocks.

I cannot recommend Classic Aire Care.
They installed a new furnace and air conditioner. In less than two weeks, the system failed. The system appears to be working now, but I am not confident about the purchase going forward.
To get the failed system issue resolved, I called in to their service line (really an answering service) and asked for a service call the next morning and asked for a call in advance of arriving so that I could rearrange my work schedule to accommodate them. Classic Aire Care did not show up the next morning. They showed up well after 2:30 pm. They showed up with no advance warning breaking their promise. In order to get my new system to function, I had to stop working and cancel a meeting with no advance notice to the participants. I am not confident in their service going forward.
When I complained to Classic Aire Care about their service, I received no satisfaction.
After talking with several levels of Support they keep reiterating that they will not do anything substantive to address the issues documented, other than to have the people who did a bad job in the first place come out and look at their own work again. I am baffled at the lack of self awareness of that response. Apparently the term Amends is unknown to Classic Aire Care. A one star rating is reasonable due to the tone deaf response.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable, reasonable price and very personable!
He was recommended by the plumber that did some work for us, quite a while back. Figured if the plumber recommended him, he must be good. And I was right!
Thanks for a great job!

Did a great job on installing a kitchen faucet several days ago. Said he would be here by 2pm today for a leaky pipe and never showed up or answered my texts. So i won't be using him again.

Awful- came out two times, didn't have the the drain snake with him one time and the other time was missing something too. 3 other times were no shows. Didn't even call to give the courtesy of letting us know they weren't going to make the appointment. Took off work to be home, no return calls. I only gave one star because I had to. Do not use this company

Wanted to charge me 395.00 to unclog a kitchen sink. I went to Home depot and bought a 10.00 bottle of drano and it unclogged my sink in 20 minutes.
