Best Plumbing Services in Missouri
Toilet was making a banging noise. Looked online and determined it was probably float valve. This guy was local so I called him instead of my normal handyman who was out of town. It took him less than 30 mins to complete the job and he charged $435. He replaced the float, the shut off valve and line in between. What a rip off!!! He said he had to remove the toilet to get the the pipe for convenience but it doesn't look at all like was moved. I tried to discuss price and he just got mad. As a licensed realtor I have used many plumbers before and never had an absurd charge like this one. BEWARE!!

Donald did an excellent job of cleaning a horrible dryer vent. He went above and beyond to make sure he got all the lint clogs out. Dryer is working perfectly now!!!!

When looking for a plumber - 'cheep' is a price you can't afford. McWilliams Pluming worked with me on price - a fair price.
My wife and I gutted our house and replaced all of the plumbing (copper supply lines & cast iron waste lines). We sought bids from a number of plumbers - Jeff Williams' (owner) bid was in the middle of the field. What sold me on Jeff - his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to work with us and our needs. He never missed an appointment, nor late, and scheduled with us when it worked for our schedule.
He and his staff ensured we were happy - from the bid process all the way to the last sink being installed and calked. Having worked on other home renovations - I can say finding a plumber like Jeff is a huge blessing. I would use him again without hesitation!

The initial response was prompt. I really was impressed and excited about doing business with the company. The owner seemed to be very professional and caring. Nonetheless afterwards I've called and texted and there's been no response. I hope that all is well with the young lady. The no call back no show forces me to move on. She really seemed to be on point on our first encounter. Communication means everything in business and she totally missed out. I wished she would've told me I'm over booked or just simply gotten back to me with some type of input on starting and completing the job. Lesson learned...I strongly advise only doing business with those that write contracts. A word means nothing and they're often forgotten...putting it on paper serves as an obligation on both sides...I shamefully took her word and it sounded good but inevitably it meant nothing.

On Thursday morning, June 13th, I went down to the basement to do a set of curls with my barbell. I immediately noticed water on the floor. I turned on the faucet in the kitchen sink and water dripped down from the kitchen into our exercise room. I stopped the water and got on Nextdoor to look for recommendations for a good plumber that was reasonably priced. I called one and he came out and gave me a quote that shocked me. Still in shock I went ahead and scheduled the work for his next available day, which wasn't until Monday. The next morning my property manager instincts kicked in the next morning (that's what I did for 25 years) and I decided to get another estimate. Among the other names on Nextdoor was Tony Swoboda.
I called Tony and talked to him about my problem. He said he could come out that evening to look at it. He came over in the evening and said he could take care of it, and his estimate was half of the first one. Now in fairness to the first guy, it included repairing the drywall after the repair, but still, it seemed high to me. Besides, I can deal with the drywall repair myself.
I told Tony that until the leak was fixed we couldn't use our kitchen sink or the dishwasher. He surprised me by saying he could possibly come out on Sunday. I said, Great. He called me Saturday night to confirm he was coming at 10 AM on Sunday.
Let's recap: I have a plumber who is not only willing to come out and not charge me extra to do a repair on Sunday, but on Father's Day to boot!
Tony was here this morning and after cutting access points under the sink and behind the dish washer, he located the leak. An old lead pipe had an opening that was over an inch long. Tony cut that piece out and then went to Home Depot to get a piece of PVC pipe to fix my problem.
During the time he was working under my sink I learned that Tony had been a police officer for 15 years, and that he lives on a 3 acre mini-farm in Maryland Heights. His family has owned that land since the 1940's.
When he first came in I asked him, Do dogs bother you? He said, No, I'm a dog person. I have 4 of my own. My two dogs ran out to the porch to greet him. Once Tony was inside he got down on his hands and knees to get acquainted with Tango and Jack, and even let Tango give him a few kisses on his face. I've always said, You can tell a lot about a person if they like dogs.
Tony Swoboda worked on Sunday, Father's Day because he knew we were in a jam. While our kitchen sink and dishwasher were out of commission we had to wash our dishes in small basins in our bathroom sink (see picture).
We were so happy to have the use of our kitchen restored today.
I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years. I highly recommend Tony to anyone who needs plumbing work done. He is honest, reliable, very reasonably priced, and he loves dogs! If you call him, tell him Stu told you about him. I told him I'd be writing a nice review on his behalf. He's one of the good guys.

Awful Plumbers! They have no clue what they are doing. They came out two days and couldn't figure out a simple toilet clog. My Landlord hired real plumbers and my toilet is flushing like new! Hire these guys at your own risk.

Anton's completely misdiagnosed our unit. Kevin, the tech, told us the entire unit had to be replaced and quoted us 5K for a new Rheem. We got a second opinion and the contactor was replaced for $250 and it was as good as new. Anton's did refund me the $125 service call when I called to complain about their unscrupulous business practice. But no explanation for why their service tech missed an easy fix. I've chatted with other neighbors via local facebook groups and apparently this has happened to many of them as well. STAY AWAY from Anton's. They will try to cheat you out of your money. I would give a zero star if I could.

If you have ANY plumbing issues, you HAVE to call this company. This company, specifically Steve Merlo, has gone above and beyond to help us. After sending out a sewer camera inspection to several companies to review for estimates, this company was the only one to take the time to explain the repairs/pipe replacement ON SITE. Their estimates were also the most reasonable provided and I've been extremely happy with their services! We had pipes replaced in both the basement and our yard, and both areas were patched up perfectly. Steve has been extremely helpful even after the job was completed as we dealt with home buyers who were being difficult in regards to our sewer lateral.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! they say they are cheap compared to other companies, well there is a reason for that... not once but twice had to have them called ($200) each time, and said they fixed the problem. When asked why the drain backed up I was told some bs excuse that my pipes were in rough shape and because of this could not get a camera down there to find my clean out. This wasn't true at all! When I called the second plumber who came out, he basically said that I would need to repair my pipes under the house in order to stop it. FALSE! I called a different company who was recommended by a friend and he came out. Flushed out everything, got a camera in there, and you know what? FOUND THE CLEAN OUT! Imagine that, pipes are in good shape and the problem is now fixed. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

BEWARE! I have never dealt with a company that is so deceptive and cares so little about Customer Service. Last January after a pipe burst in my house I had a Plumber come out and they charged me $1000 dollars, which was crazy, but I didn't know what to expect. When the restoration company, who is owned by my in-laws, came out to the house they saw the Tiger Plumbing truck in front of my house and said, I hope you haven't paid them anything - they overcharge and take advantage of customers. By the time he said that I had paid and agreed to a 12 month Service Plan. That very same day I called back to cancel what I had signed and said I was upset and misunderstood the program.
The owner said I could not do that and I said, I just signed something an hour ago and I feel taken advantage of. The owner said , you will need to pay $106, which is the discount you received for the repair because you signed up for the service program. I said, That is fine, but I don't want to be charged for the Monthly Service Program. I never got a bill for the $106, but began getting charged for the monthly service program.
It was such an ordeal trying to cancel, I just gave up, but called in late December to ensure my member service program was cancelled. They said, No problem, you won't be billed any more. Since that call I have been charged for January 2017 and February 2017 and when I called back to voice my frustration, they were no help and told me my contract went through February even though the 12 month program started the 1st week of January 2016, so December should have been my last month of the service program. I told the member service employee that I expect to be refunded my $53 for the January and February service charges and she said the manager was out of town and she was not authorized to handle this, but promised someone would call me on Monday, February 27th. Guess What? THEY DIDN'T CALL BACK. Today I called again looking for the manager and of course he wasn't available. Let's see if he calls back. If he doesn't I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Called them at 11 pm and they didn't show till 2 pm the next day. Left my basement a mess. Had to use my hose to clean up there ONE towel they brought. Didn't fix the issue at all! Came back out after being very rude on the phone. The second visit wasn't any better. They made my bathroom a total mess and tracked in dirt on my brand new carpet. The guys doing the work only wanted to sell me other services and didn't know anything about the service that they had come to do. I ended up calling a different company that evening and having them come out the next morning and quickly and cleanly fix my issue.
