This guy came to my house and solved the plumbing needs really fast.  After telling him what the problem was he immediately knew what to do.  I have since referred him to all that I  know that is in need of a plumber.  And everyone who has used him tell me what a value he is!!

If your home's aging and root-infested pipes are causing problems, and if cabling and jetting are reaching the point of no more positive return, then you'll probably be getting yourself some estimates for replacing your sewer main. And if you're fortunate to have a house situated in such a way that equipment easy negotiates the terrain, and there's a clear digging path from the house's cast iron to the municipal sewer connection, and you don't mind losing all your landscaping in between, then perhaps a standard trenching solution is right for you.  However, if equipment entry is awkward, and/or your piping travels underneath a house addition or patio, and/or you don't want to lose all the landscaping you've invested in, then THERE IS ANOTHER WAY.  Nu-flow TRENCHLESS, CURED-IN-PLACE, PIPE RE-LINING.  

For me, Nu-Flow worked because it a.) did not require a trench that would tear up my backyard or possibly affect my sunroom piers, b.) seemed a reliable solution backed by a ten-year warranty, and c.) edged out the trenching bids with a better price. David, Kevin, and the other staff members were friendly and efficient, and I was out of my house only one night.  Thanks, Nu-Flow, for the house artery angioplasty.  Everything is flowing just fine.

Lorenzo and Tony LaMartina Plumbing did a superior job! They were the only company I could get to my home within 24 hours. They were on time. They informed me throughout the process. I have a broken ankle and Lorenzo was kind enough to take photos of the problem and of his work on completion since he knew I couldn't make it to the basement. I'm not a water heater expert, but the City of Ballwin inspections is and he stated that Lorenzo did great work and knew what he was doing! Glad to know the services I needed were done well.

We had a great experience with GMP.  I called because my elderly mother's galvanized pipes were leaking...again.  They gave us a great price to replace all the pipes.  While they were there, they discovered that we did not have a working pressure relief valve for the water pressure.  They fixed that...along with everything else.  They told my mom to check the ice maker...that hadn't worked in years...because it may start to work...IT DID!  Needless to say, we were thrilled that they went above and beyond.  They were on time, professional and friendly.

We had just purchased our home and we have water issues like many this year and not knowing where the drains came out in yard , they cleaned the area so we would be able to mark for future reference. So happy with the multitude of fixtures that Jason installed for us. We hit him with a laundry list of fixtures to install, and we are so impressed with his work! Kemper was able to get us on the schedule quickly and Jason was friendly, prompt, and took it with grace when my two big dogs wanted to be friends with him.

Had Aries Plumbing out about a month ago to install a water pressure regulator and fix a couple of leaky shutoff valves at my house. They were very courteous, did a great job and costs came in where the office had estimated. Definitely recommend them based on my positive experience.

Had a water leak under the sink and water was going everywhere!   I called Missouri Plumbing Services and he was here within 15 min to help fix the issue - and he did not charge a ridiculous amount!   Very happy with the services!

Can't give a review because the times I called to set up an appointment the plumber was always booked up weeks out and was told he only does two jobs a day. I'm not certain of the cost of service because I never received service. If you are in a rush to get a plumber this may not be a good choice. I give it two stars just for being able to talk to someone and being told no availability and why.

Reliable honest plumber. Has fixed a clogged tub drain, kitchen faucet, and a garbage disposal. I haven't had any issues with their work. Finished jobs in one day and his prices were fair.

Trio plumbing just put in a water heater for me today. The technician was David, very professional, very courteous, very informative. I would recommend this company. I bought my new water heater from Lowe's this is the company they use and I would recommend them totally

Beware! Do not use this company, Castle AV Media Solutions or the owner, Thomas Costello.  The business also uses the names Castle Remodeling and Castle Remodeling Solutions.  This company is a rip off. They are not reputable.  The owner will harass you to pay before the work is completed.  He did not complete the job we hired his company to do.  The parts that they worked on he used cheap materials and the work was sloppy and rushed.  He kept trying to get more money from us but wasn't making any progress on our project.  The owner is quick to say breach of contract, to the person or company that has hired him but in essence he is the one that is breaching the contract.  He will not apply for the proper permits and takes shortcuts. Do not do business with Thomas Costello or any of his companies.

PK plumbing was sent out by my warranty company to look at my gas water heater. The first guy came out and said it was old and rusty and needed to be replaced he said he would submit to the warranty company which he did not do. PK sent a different plumber out and said it was old and installed wrong so the warranty company would not cover the repair. He quoted the repair at $1300. The appointment was set for over a week later. I called PK to ask for my quote in writing the rep that answered kept saying she was waiting on the plumber to send it. I finally got it days later but it was not itemized. So I still don't know what I'm paying for. Fast forward to the day of the appointment they show up with NO WATER HEATER and state he could not find the size and I needed to switch to an electric heater.He said he would have the electrician call me in an hour. I have not heard from them since. I will never use PK Plumbing again .

Slow, Rude, and Wrong. I needed a replacement for a Kohler kitchen faucet hose and took the damaged part to Crescent. At the parts counter they referred me to a lady at a desk who looked at my part, asked some questions, and ordered what she thought it was and told me they would call me when it came in. After a month of not hearing from them, I called. It sounded like they hadn't even ordered the part yet. They said it would arrive in a week. After a long wait at the parts counter following their call, I was handed something that didn't look like the right part. I took it home compared it and it wasn't the right part. So, back I go to the lady at the desk and, to my surprise, they don't offer refunds on parts ordered from Kohler. We discussed the right part and she said it didn't exist but wanted to sell me other parts to convert the wrong part to fit. I told her that she could keep the part. Later back at home, I went to the Kohler Parts website and the part that I needed was right there on the main page of the website. Not only that, but when I looked at their refund policy which was a full refund with receipt.
