Mike was great! Very friendly and professional. We called 4 different plumbing places and he was showed up and fixed the issue before we even heard back from any of them. Our kitchen sink AND laundry drain was clogged. He also explained everything and offered suggestions to prevent future problems. Everything works perfectly now and a 30 day warranty is included. I am very happy with my experience with Ace's Rooter! Would definitely recommend! :)

Best guys in town. Way cheaper than anyone else and they fit you in really quick. Extremely nice people and the owner comes to fix your problem, not a lazy technician. They really care about you!

Searched internet and found O'Harra's Plumbing Service...I thank the stars for directing me to Jamie. I called and he came out the next day to check out my slow drain problem. It was a HUGE problem because my line was clogged with roots at the city main line about 75 feet away. He spent HOURS working on the problem and finally broke through. I was extremely impressed by his knowledge, skills and willingness to get the job done and done right.
Three days later my water started leaking...didn't hesitate to call Jamie again. He analyzed the problem and unfortunate for me my water heater was toast! The next day he arrived with a new commercial heater and all the parts. I had him also replace a bathroom fixture at the water line, clean my basement drain line and install 2 quarter turn shut off valves at the heater and on the main line incoming to my home. All this added to an all day project. But, he got the job done and done right...again.
If you are looking for an honest, hardworking experienced plumber, you are looking too far if you look past O'Harra's Plumbing!

In the course of building a house I was referred to Sherry at Minder Plumbing.
I found a well-stocked and organized showroom. Sherry was pleasant and well-informed. It didn't take long to logically go through the rooms and begin the process of selecting fixtures.
Besides knowing what she was talking about, Sherry was very personable and not at all hesitant to share her thoughts, opinions, and experiences when asked which made it all the easier.
She also demonstrated initiative, honesty, and integrity - qualities that are priceless in my opinion.
I would highly recommend Minder Plumbing for any new builds or restorative projects you encounter.

I cannot say enough good things about this business, showed up on a moments notice without me having an actual appointment and fixed my hot water hater without trying to sell me up on anything at all and they were very reasonably priced!!!

I hired Morgan Miller this past April to fix a couple of things in my master bath. The sink, which wouldn't drain, was fixed immediately. But the shower ended up causing more work/damage because of the quick fix approach that my plumber took (for which I paid $356). The faucet valve to turn the shower on wouldn't stay up, and so water would come out of both the shower head and the tub faucet at the same time. I figured that he could just replace the tub faucet, but he told me that he could not replace it to match the rest of the fixtures (Which turned out not to be true). Instead, he ended up putting in the wrong-sized O-ring, which soon thereafter caused water to back up in the pipe and then leak into the wall and into the downstairs apartment. I just had a plumber from another company out this past week, who fixed it for $700 (a new, matching tub faucet) and five hours' worth of labor. I won't hire anyone from this company again.

I've used Jeremy from Sure Flow Pumbing 4 or 5 times now for various issues. I've been pleased every time. Had a real major issue with a drain that wouldn't empty in the bathtub of a slab foundation house. It was a hard job that took a long time. I know it was the kind of job a lot of other plumbers would have charged several thousands of dollars for but Jeremy kept it somewhat reasonable.
Also, every time I've called he's been able to be there same day or next at the latest. When you've got a plumbing issue you need it fixed asap so that's important.
It's a good company that I'll keep calling.

As a realtor from the KC metro area. I work with clients all day long. I make it my priority to answer all calls. The owner and manager of this company has poor CS skills. He will not answer calls to discuss a quote, it took several tries and pleas just to get him to answer the phone. The repair quote was outrageously expensive. Try $27K. The OWNER/MANAGER preferred to conduct business via text messages only. That is not the RIGHT WAY to conduct business. He never offered to call back for a follow up reference to the quote.
I get it everyone is busy. One small suggestion. If your business is that good, that you are too busy to take a call then, hire an assistant to take calls and to professionally discuss all quotes. That is all this realtor wanted from Alan's plumbing. I support all SMALL, LATINO AND LOCAL KC COMPANIES. I will never refer my Real Estate colleagues and or any new potential clients after today. Alan's plumbing gets a BIG THUMBS DOWN!!

Dave came out to replace a faucet with newer model, replace a sink drain assembly, and stop a toilet from running. $460 later, the toilet still runs and the pipe now leaks where he replaced the faucet. I called them to give them the chance to make it right and they wanted to charge me to come back out. No thanks, I have paid you enough for you to screw up my plumbing! Never again!!

Bob was great-- arrived on time, fixed our rusted out hot water hookup with no trouble, and was friendly to boot. It was really nice to work with someone who has plenty of experience and got the job done quickly. I'm so glad to have found a reliable plumber in the Northland!

I had multiple pipe freezes and called Mr. Rooter. They guy arrived on time and asked me where the breaks were. I said they're in the walls and where I thought they were. I pointed to the wall behind the dishwasher and he said it would be $260 for him to cut into the sheetrock. It's a 5-minute job to do that, so he stood with his hands in his pockets while I cut open the sheet rock. No hole was seen. I suggested we might turn the water on and see where it came out at and so he went and opened the valve...opened it so far that he had it spraying water every where. He offered to repair it for $1100.
I directed him to where the water was coming out of the wall and then I went and got a saw and opened the wall, revealing the break. He quickly fixed that, it being readily accessible. He charged me $295. He never did find the other leak. I fixed the valve he got leaking for $5--so he never got his $1100 job. He iiterally was of no use to me and charged $295. incompetence, laziness and fraud.

We had Tim replace the sewer line from our house to the septic tank. Three months later I contact him asking if he would please come and use his camera again so I could see his work. Well one month became two then three and so on. I contacted him periodically still no contact no show from Tim or the company. (Tim is the company...as in Tim Loveall) by the way he did give a one year guarantee of his work which was in October 2015. The most recent call to Tim after we contacted ABMay to use their camera and he hung up on me and would not answer when I called back nor return my call requesting he please come check out how our system is backing up into our basement. All I want is Mr Loveall to honor his guarantee.
