Best Plumbing Services in Minneapolis, MN
We bought a house knowing that the outlets needed to be grounded. I scheduled a time for someone to come take a look and give us a free estimate. Joe arrived and I told him what we wanted done and he did a very thorough job walking through the house, checking outlets, and explaining things. It took some time before we had the finances to schedule the actual work, but I was pleasantly surprised to find they were able to get us on the schedule within 8 days from my calling to schedule. I was also happy that Joe was able to come back to do the installation as he already knew what we were working with. The job ended up taking slightly longer than expected because of some faulty wiring in the house, but Joe was sure to check in when his estimated time was up and give a progress report and make sure I was okay with him continuing work. The total cost ended up being almost spot on with the estimate. I really appreciate the thoroughness of Joe's work and will certainly be reaching out to Erickson to schedule future projects.

They had to replace a diverter cartridge but they broke it. Initially, they told me that everything was fine but then I noticed that the water was dripping and not diverted correctly. They claimed that the spout dripping was normal and I had Grohe sent me a new part to be installed. The new plumber who replaced it showed me how the initial diverter's spring was broken during installation. Very disappointing, especially the fact that they did not take ownership of breaking the part and charged me an exorbitant amount for installation. They wanted the same exorbitant amount to install the new part.

5 Stars for sure. The Rumpca team installed a new hot water boiler heating system and water softener in my home. The work was high quality, done in a timely manner and the price was exactly as quoted (not cheap, but well worth it). I would highly recommend!

While working with a local non-profit, I needed to find a plumber who could handle a number of plumbing-related items in an old church building. We had both a tight budget and a tight timeline.
I first called one of the large, heavily advertised plumbers thinking that this was our best option. After paying $79 just to receive an estimate, their technician spent most of the visit trying to sell us extra services that we didn't actually need. The final estimate that we received was much higher than we could afford and they could not commit to our schedule. To add insult to injury, their technician slapped service stickers on our furnaces and water heaters before they were even hired.
I decided to look for alternatives, and found Mark's Plumbing while searching the internet. I called Mark's office, and Mark himself met me at the building about an hour later. Mark and one of his plumbers walked through the building and identified all of the work required. We received a very fair and reasonable estimate about an hour later, and they started work the very next day. Over the course of the next three days, they performed all of the work required, spent extra time working with the inspectors, and completed the job with no surprises.
Mark's Plumbing got the job done on time to meet our deadline and at a cost almost one half of what we would have paid the other company. I was very impressed by the quality of the service we received from both Mark and from everyone else involved. I wholeheartedly recommend Mark's Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

I've used Pete to help me finish my basement bathroom as well as a bonus room bath. I've also given his name to many of my friends for their projects such as toilet replacement, leaky faucet repairs, and used him at our place of business (flooring replacements). Pete always responds and gets the job done when we need him to!

I had a new vanity installed along with new shut off valves. Also a new toilet and in the kitchen all new faucets, including a dishwasher hook up. Just sorry I didn't need a new water softener. Ok, maybe I am not sorry about that. Service is prompt and prices are good. This guy knows his stuff.

We just bought our first house and Nick put our minds at ease immediately! We had had several other plumbers come by, surprise us with fees and not fix the issues with our house, but Nick was incredibly thorough, patient, prepared, and super professional. He took the time to educate us on everything plumbing and tubing, gave tips on safety and winter preparedness, and was just overall a super cool guy. We are so lucky to have found our plumber for life!

The team came in and tackled the job - all without a drip.
Very diligent and friendly, very capable.
Had to coordinate around a granite install; no problem.
Price was reasonable for how long they were here.
Need more skilled trades like these guys!

Mike responded quickly and we set up a time to clear roots from my sewer main line. He was very open to working around our schedule, which was great because the house was being renovated. He was reasonably priced and worked quickly and efficiently. Couldn't ask for more! Thanks!

Sometimes in life one finds oneself with a broken water pipe on a Sunday night, in the middle of a pandemic, mere hours before a house inspection that could make or break a sale. Surely, I thought, it would be impossible to find a plumber who would be willing to come on such short notice, who'd have the knowledge and experience to do the job, and who wouldn't charge an absolute fortune.
But as fate would have it, I found Steve @ Hibernian and my plumbing emergency actually turned out to be a positive experience. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and he had the expertise, equipment, and strength to get the job done well. What's more, he was pleasant, professional, and personable... and he was completely fair in his pricing (even with the circumstances).
I highly recommend Hibernian Plumbing.

Stillwater plumbing helped us with our Rennai tankless hot water system when no one else would. John is reliable, honest and knows what he's doing. Thank you for your maintenance and driving so far to get to us. We appreciate your reliable service.

Nate was awesome! He was in the middle of a huge project but still made the time to get to me for my emergency pipe burst/leak. He was great to work with, he is very skilled, and seems to do great work! I plan to go to Nate for any future plumbing needs I may have!! I HIGHLY recommend him!

We had a rubber dog toy go down a drain and completely plug it up. We had tried to snake it, hook it, but to no avail. Mr. Donahue and his assistant came out early in the morning and took care of our drain within a few minutes. I know he had four other clients to take care of that day, it was hot and he had four other air conditioners to fix for other people. I am glad he could squeeze us into his busy day and take care of us so promptly.
He drives around an old classic truck which is just cool.

We called Affordable Sewer and Water because our toilet was clogged. They came out the next day and recommended we have a service called Hydro Jetting. The owner said it would take an hour and it would be $550.00. The price seemed high but we just needed it fixed. I looked on Angie's list to see what the average price is and its between $275.00 to $400.00. We were charged $550.00. Four days later our toilet was clogged again! we rented a high power electric eel and have had NO problems since. Even the guy at the rental place said he's not impressed with the Hydro Jetting technique. The moral of the story, save your money and don't be fooled into paying for an expensive service called Hydro Jetting.

We had a floor drain backing up on a Sunday evening. We contacted John's based on Yelp! reviews. It was suggested that if we could wait until normal business hours the charge would be less - non-emergency. First, that is quality that a company suggests ways that could reduce the fees. Fortunately we were able to wait until normal business hours. Second, the service person Nate gave us a call prior to coming over to see if we were home. He told us he could come over earlier than scheduled - great! When Nate got here he was very friendly and responsive. He listened to my explanation and immediately understood the problem. Within a half hour he had snaked out the mainline and we both heard and witnessed the water freely flowing again. No sales pushes, no unnecessary work, friendly and professional. John's also guarantees the repair for six months. We will certain use again. Highly recommended. Thanks!

Plumber came out to fix the gas line, but dispatch didn't advise us of what we needed to do ahead of time when explained what type of dwelling our property was. So basically came out said they couldn't do it charged us $60 for nothing non refundable. They told us to have the association take care of the proper safety measures each individual place to be shut off and inspected first then they would come back and charge us for that too! Maybe you should advise your customers before coming out what steps need to be taken in detail to detail so everything is ready!

Zero stars.... they installed appliances that I purchased at Best Buy and RUINED my electrical outlets during the install. After MONTHS of trying to resolve this, and them telling me they would. I still have appliances that cannot function because the electrical won't connect. They have completely ignored me and lied to me. I have no other option than take them to small claims court. I would stay as far away as possible from this company as they do not care what happens to your property. This will surely come back and bite them. They are not practicing with their license correctly and they don't care about their customers.

They have an online scheduling system, which I used, but they never showed up. I got confirmation emails and texts, even reminder texts. But no show, no call, no nothing.

Here's the scam - they know you're having an emergency. So, they charge you $80 just to show up and give you an outrageous bid. They figure you'll just say screw it b/c you're already in for $80 and you're desperate. (Note, they won't quote their prices over the phone because each job is different)
We gave them 2 separate tries. Same thing each time. Today, they gave us a bid for $430. We said no. Had someone else come in and he did it for $110. (The Franklin plumber said authoritatively , I've been doing this for 20 years! $430 is what a job like this costs!)
Last time, the guy said the job would cost $2500. We said no. Second guy identified the leak as a simple caulk issue and didn't charge us. He was right.
Benjamin Franklin is a borderline fraud operation. Avoid at all costs! Keep looking! Seriously - I know it's an emergency, but you can do much, much better!
