These guys are wonderful, honest, pleasant to work with, and saved our condo building association money when assessing our building's hot water heater. I would highly recommend them.

We had a leaking pipe and Steve was so helpful, professional and personable. As new homeowners, doing some initial googling we thought the worst, but he assured us it was a quick and easy fix. Thanks Steve! :)

Monday night... No hot water.
Tuesday morning... Yelp! Help! I need a plumber. ‍Jake the Plumber had good reviews and seamed like a real person... (and a real plumber)! They answered the phone and had a plumber willing to stay late to so we could have hot water back on today.  I didn't expect same day service, but you never know how much you need bad you need a hot shower, till it's cold! Price was about $1200, which included the water heater , permits, removal and disposal of the old tank. I wouldn't say cheep... but I feel like they did a good job, at a fair price. Plumbing sucks!

Not only were they able to come out right away, but the couple (Jackie & Bill?) were super fast, helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process. We had a clogged main line due to tree roots and they took the time to show me and plan for maintenance in the future. The price was unbeatable and their friendliness mixed with expertise was amazing!

Awesome company to deal with! Had them come out and hook my refrigerator, stove, plumbing lines, and fix my toilet. They did all this in a couple hours and did a unbelievable job. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Cichy's was great to work with. They were quick to communicate and were able to come out and fix my broken sewer line within a few days of my initial call to them.

Bonus, they were the only company of many that I called that suggested hand digging the hole instead of using machinery. This method saved major destruction to my yard and my neighbor's. Very grateful for that. Their price was comparable to other companies but their service was the best.

Pattim is our  go to when it comes to plumbing. He's timely, and does a great job for any plumbing needs. Used them for water heaters,toilets and sink/faucet replacements etc. Highly recommend!

Jerry Anderson helped our family out with many plumbing jobs over the years in the Kenwood area.  He is about as trustworthy as they come!  He does a great job and may humor you in the process.

Eric was a great help! Our toilets, showers, and floor drains were backing up, so we were in a real bind. Every time we flushed, the downstairs toilet would gurgle, and water would come up.

We called Eric that evening, and he was able to come by the next day. He was incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. He answered our questions patiently. He was fast and affordable.

He was also very clean! He even cleaned the floor before he left.

We used Hometown Plumbing to fix a leak in our new house.  Mike came out, gave us an estimate, and fixed our leak. He was timely and professional. He also gave us a few tips on common issues he has seen in homes like ours, so we know what to look for and how to manage future issues. Glad we found a plumber we can trust!!

These guys suck! They came out to unclog the sink in the master bedroom. Said they didn't want to run a snake because it may end up in the neighbors sink. The town home next door. They left without doing anything and still charged a $90.00 service call. DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS!! RIP OFF!!

Update:  10 days later BWS called to see if I wanted to reschedule the appointment they cancelled on the 16th.  A 10 day delay in contacting me did not tell me I was a valued potential customer, but rather that they must have been behind making their numbers for the month and were scrambling to line up some business.  Well, they had my business booked at one time but through their own actions they lost my business before they ever saw a dollar from me.  I won't be back.

I used their services on 2/21/14 to repair a leaking kitchen sink. They replaced the plastic sink strainer pieces and added new pipes under the sink.

Cons:
They charge 3% for credit cards.
They should wear shoe covers for their boots.

Pros:
They were polite and professional.
They called us while they were on their way to our home in the morning.
They accept credit cards.
They were knowledgeable and helpful and cleaned up after they repaired our sink.

A scam. That is what these guys are.

Called due to drainage issue, came out quickly - they sent Ray. Ray seemed like a guy that understood how bad of a deal I was in. Recently moved into the home, family and needed that drainage issue solved.

He started by showing me camera footage of the drain, proving to me that indeed something was plugging the main line. He blamed flushable wipes.

Next, he sits in my dining room showing me pictures and telling me how this job could be rather costly. How costly? Tens of thousands of dollars, removing and replacing the main line to the street. 16k for this job, 15k for that. I was shaking my head, how could this be so expensive?

I told him we don't have that kind of money. But Ray had a plan. Lets go with the pressure washer, get the big jets! Its only $1500.

So when you go from 15k to $1500, to take care of an issue that needs to be completed....$1500 it is. So he calls his crew and they are in route.
That is when I decided to look up some reviews, that's when I realized I am a f'ing moron and got scammed.

So I called Ray and told him about the reviews, and he told me that he could do it for $1200 and I told him no. Then $1000, I said no again. I offered $750 and he said I will do this for you but make sure you give us a good review!

So here is your good review Ray. You, your crew, your owner and your company are garbage. Because after a month and a half, guess what happened? Take a guess, Ray. Drain clogged again. You know why?

Roots. I called another company who came out and did their job for a cost of - get this Ray - $200.
