I purchased a investment property with a great view of the Mississippi River valley. After the purchase realized quickly I had my work cut out for me, everything that could be wrong with a 140 yr house was seriously in need of repair. Contacted Mark for complete plumbing replacement. He got me a very competitive quote quickly, we agreed and he went to work. We worked through many challenges along the way but he stuck to his quote and finished the job to perfection. I have only one regret, that I have no more plumbing needs at the present time but when I do I will call Mark without hesitation!!! Thank you Focus Plumbing:)

Called RWPH for a 50 gal Water heater replacement. Carrie was polite and explained their process to me in layman's English. Said a tech would be out 1st thing in the morning 7:30am. Garrett,  the owner showed up personally and went through everything with me. Quoted a good price. I explained I would have to postpone the install for a day or two until I got paid. With a gentleman's handshake we worked it out that I could pay for water heater now, installed and I could pay labor when I got paid.  Michael showed up with the new one and installed in less than 1.5 hours, amazing.i went to the bank to get the $$ to pay for it and found I got paid early. Called Carrie up and let her know I could pay in full. I asked about a Military discount and got another 10% off the original quote. Life saver...  Thank you Garrett, Michael and Carrie for helping us out. Further projects will be referred to Red Wing Heating and Plumbing.  Highly Recommend.

One of the local plumbers told me that I need a new sewer line and it was going to cost me $15k.  I asked the local hardware store (Settergren's) who's opinions I trust a great deal, and they recommended that I get a second opinion.  Settergren's has a list of vendors that their customers with whom their customers have had good experiences and JMJ is one of the plumbers on the list.  Joe, the JMJ owner, came by the next day and helped me think it through and decided to wait and see.  He ended up doing some work to keep the line clear at a very reasonable price.  Joe is an honest, hard-working guy that you can trust.  I recommend him without reservation.

I had H2C come out to check out my water heater problems, I had no hot water. The tech was really great, although we ended up replacing the water heater, I never felted pushed into doing so. The heater was very old, they said the could repair it, and gave me options and the pros and cons, and let us make the decision. He stayed and toke care of it right away, I know I made him work a bit late the night but he seemed very happy to stay and help. Price was very fair, and the service was outstanding. I will use them again for sure.

Wow! It's high cleaning and quarantine right now... mid April 2020...when the Coronavirus is killing massive people around the world...and supermarkets and commercial hardware stores are out of cleaning supplies...but Levahn Brothers is well stocked up. I had two other companies out to unclog our main sewer drain. The first one said it was broken and the second one gave up after an hour and charged over $400. I called Top Notch and the girl in the office was very helpful. Andy was out the same afternoon and resolved the situation in less than an hour! I will never use another company!

Great place. TJ put in a new water heater for me himself. He's great, easy to work with and the price was very reasonable. This is the company I will use for all plumbing work from now on.

I received a referral to go with Paul the Plumber. He was very friendly on the phone. Discussed options with me and told me up front what the cost would be. He was more affordable than the other 4 quotes I received. I live out of his normal service area, but he made the drive up to the NW metro to take care of my job. Great guy, great service. I had a quote from another plumber to install a new water softening system in our home. This is a system I purchased myself. All that I wanted was a plumber to install it. Recently, we did the same for my 81-year-old mother. Her installation was $350 from a plumber. I have a quote from another plumber in town for $425. McQuillan provided a quote of $1550 for this installation. I told them that was outrageous, and they had no explanation for why they are 4-5x as expensive as others. The only good thing is that McQuillan did not charge me to come out and give me a quote.

Wish I could provide a better review but we called Chris and he said he could handle our job later that week- he gave us Thursday or Friday as possible days. Thursday we didn't hear from him so that evening we called, tried to leave a message but messages were full, AND texted. We didn't hear anything back (it is now almost a week later) and feel like we wasted time waiting for someone that never had any intention of completing our job. Very upsetting because we would rather support a smaller business than go to one of the bigger names.

Review would be 4.5 stats if I could.

Clint came out to replace a pvc pipe that was unglued at the joint.  We flooded every time the kitchen sink was emptied.  As usual Clint's work is top notch.  However the cost of this repair was 500 plus another 140 to run a snake down the drain.  Clint, I like you and you do good work, but I think you are priced a little excessive.  

I will close by saying that we've never needed him to redo his work.  His workmanship is top notch and done right every time.  Maybe the cost is worth it but right now i need an aspirin.

Terrible service and pricing.  They called almost an hour after they were supposed to arrive to let me know they wouldn't be able to make the schedule time.  Had to reschedule.  When they finally showed up and completed the task I was surprised to learn (when I received their invoice) they were charging $168/hr. for their service.  The going rate in Mpls. is usually around $70 - $120 and hour for the same type of work.  Buyer beware - be sure to get an upfront quote from them before agreeing to hire them.  I've learned my lesson.

Called them to help with a clogged sink at my house.  Rol Air sent an inexperience plumber by himself to run a snake.  After being unable to unclog my sink, he call his boss who, instead of coming to checkout his employees work, just told him tell me that the main pipe has probably bellied out and that it would cost me thousands of dollar to repair.  I told them I would need time to come up with that kind of money.   After he the plumber left, I went to home depot to rented a 75 ft snake and ran it myself.  After multiple passes and boiling hot water proud down the drain, the drain eventually unclogged.  I would not recommend this company and try a different plumber.

I have a simple clogged pipe in the sink. when I asked how much to snake the drain over the phone they refused to give me an estimate or ball park number. when they came out, after only running the water to see it's not draining they gave me a price of over $500 just to snake the drain. the national average is between $150 -$200 so I told them to leave and had to pay the $49 travel fee.

I feel like I was roped into paying the $49 fee or be a sucker and pay 4x what I should pay to simply snake a drain. I should dispute the fee because they refused to give an estimate over the phone but I have better things to do.
