They were fast! Probably at my house within and hour. My sewer was backing up in the basement and they identified the problem and snaked the pipe. Very reasonable price

Moved to the area and had some issues first day in new house. Called McGraw Plumbing and he seemed legitimately concerned and said he could be there that same day. I was floored. Not only did he some and fix the cracked pipe that I had but he hooked up my washer and dryer that I wasn't able to do. Fast, friendly and very reasonable.

Great service. Atheer Siba (aka Art) was my plumber and he was extremely friendly, polite, efficient and affordable ($85). He even taught me some DIY solutions if the problem happened again, openly recognizing that he was potentially costing himself business! Oh and he said after 9pm I could call him as a consultant if I had an issue but didn't want to spend the money on a plumber. What a guy!
Madison Heights, MI 48071
had them install a kitchen sink faucet that was a deep sink and hard for me to access as I am a senior citizen. Also I needed a leaking gas pipe fitting replaced at the same time, both jobs were done in speedy time and was a quality repair and installation. Never had a problem later with any leaks or other things. They cleaned up after the job and the price quoted was very reasonable. I now have another new problem and will be calling them back.

Had an electrical emergency late in the evening and had difficulty finding anyone that would take my call. Not only did ServPro take my call, but the Technician called me promptly and talked me through fixing the problem on the phone. Would not hesitate to use their services with helpful employees like that.

Life saving service on a Sunday! Yes, I paid extra to have them come out but I greatly appreciate the folks at Levine and Sons for being responsive on the weekend. I thought I would take it upon myself to fix my own sink, big mistake! Well, once the leaking got to a point where I knew this wasn't going to end without my house flooding, I called these guys. Within an hour they came out and got the work done. The gentleman was super nice and helpful. He also walked me through what I did wrong which was cool because he could have easily just ignored telling me that so I'd have to call them in the future, but since he took the time to be that helpful, I will be sure to call them again. I guess it's not the cheapest place but I can't imagine any plumbing service is. Seeing some reviews here that aren't really rating the service accurately and have a few gripes about nonsense. Glad I wasn't deterred by the whiners and made the choice to use their service.

Mike as awesome. Showed up on time, actually early, masked up and ready to deal with our list. He was professional and thorough. He explained the solutions to our problems and fixed them all! I'd highly recommend Stadler Plumbing & Heating for your plumbing needs.
51997 Schoenherr Rd, Shelby Township, MI 48315
Andre doubled the price ($525) from original estimate for faucet installation when at suburban Detroit home due to minor change in work. My recommendation is to find someone honorable to do the work - this company should be avoided.

Never use this business.
Long story short;
We had a garbage disposal leak that ruined our bottom cabinet and laminate floor in December. Roto-Rooter came out, took up the floor, took out the damaged cabinet and all other bottom cabinets to properly dry up the moisture. Instead of storing the undamaged cabinets like they were supposed to, they left them in our driveway for 4 days to be ruined by rain. After months of trying to get AAA to now pay for the remaining bottom cabinets they originally did not authorize to be replaced and then having to buy our own top cabinets to match we finally have a kitchen 6 months later. After offering to pay Roto Rooter the remaining balance after subtracting the cost from THEM ruining the remaining bottom cabinets, the out of pocket top cabinets and contributing to 6 months of us having no kitchen (eating out virtually all the time, washing dishes in a bathtub etc.) they refused and issued a court summon for their full balance. Also they charged us for an emergency visit with no mention of it prior when we called during business hours and they came out the next day. They also left plenty of rusty nails exposed on our subfloor for us and our animals to step on for a couple months. This is a trash company.

Never rent any equipment from RELIANCE. They will install it one day, but good luck with removing. They never want to remove it. I have water heater which was used by the previous landlord. Its old and its not economical. I wanted to remove it, I was given the option to drop of. Other options are very expensive. I was given an account number and when I went there to drop off, they didn't accept it saying that the account is not in my name. ACCORDING TO THEM, IT NEEDS TO BE TRANSFERRED TO MY NAME SO THAT I CAN REMOVE IT. $35 FOR NEW ACCOUNT. I SAID ITS FINE. PLEASE GO AHEAD AND CHANGE IT IN MY NAME. This happened on may 17th-2022 since then i have been talking to customer service, billing department, removal department and every department with reliance. They will ask all the information like address, first name, last name, post code and once they realise that you want to remove the water tank, they will keep on transferring the call to one department to another department. Every day, i have to spend at least 2 hours on phone over them. It is not yet rectified even now. My suggestion to users who rent the equipment from reliance is IF YOU HAVE DECIDED TO MOVE OUT FROM THEM, PLEASE RESIGN YOUR JOB FIRST, SO THAT YOU CAN AT LEAST SPEND 2-3 HOURS TALKING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXPLAINING YOUR SITUATION TO EACH AND EVERY AGENT AND SPELLING YOUR FIRST NAME AND LAST NAME TO EACH AND EVERY ONE. THEN GOOD LUCK!
