I found John trough thumbtack and he was able to come out immediately for my plumbing issue. He took care of the issue and more! He also made recommendations on a few preventative maintenance ideas that I could do to prevent long term damage not only for my plumbing but nonplumbing aspects as well. John was extremely knowledgable with plumbing and home improvement in general. I would highly recommend him as he is honest, trustworthy and very reasonably priced

I was totally frustrated because I needed a plumber immediately. Most plumbing companies were unavailable or never responded to return my call.

Confirmed appointment but didn't show. I called after appointment time and he said he could be at address in an hour (he didn't have the address). I asked why so unprofessional. He hung up.

I called john this afternoon and he came out in a hour. I had a lot of water in my basement and my plumbing issue. he was very knowledgable about my plumbing issue. I was highly recommend john to everyone.
