A few years ago I had a very bad leak in my kitchen and the water was running in my basement, mr. James came over and gave me a estimate of $1500 because the pipe was busted leading into the basement. I work midnights so when he came I went in my room and locked the door and told him to knock on the door when he was done, I did that because he said it would take at least 4 hours, anyway he knocked on my door an hour later and said he was done and that the job would only cost $150 because the pipe wasn't rotten all the way through so it was less time and work. I was asleep so he could have said he did the original amount of work and still charged $1500 and I wouldn't have known any better because I was asleep. Since that time I have used him many times and I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism

I've been a client of Complete Plumbing for over twenty years and am very happy with the level of service that I have received. From drippy faucets and running toilets to replacing an entire plumbing system, Marty and Mike have done it all for me. They have always been timely, courteous, and reasonably priced. As a Realtor I am always looking for dependable service providers and Complete Plumbing is one that I don't hesitate to recommend to my clients.

Muskett isn't a full plumbing service, so Mr. Muskett couldn't fix my problem, but he did give me a solid quote of a very reasonable rate over the phone, and didn't charge me anything for coming out when he couldn't fix it. I would be absolutely comfortable calling him again.
FYI, Muskett and Bennett Plumbing refer work to each other when appropriate, and both are high quality, honest businesses from what I can tell.

Not sure if this is actually their business location, but regardless, Big Beaver Plumbing was quite professional and helpful for what I needed.
The city of Troy tasked my home with a Backflow Testing request. This company was listed on the back of the form that I needed filled out. I called BBP up and spoke with Martha about what the heck this task was that I needed to have done!
She explained the entire process of what someone would be coming out to do. Within the week we had someone come out to do the backflow testing.
When Tom arrived, he explained that he had been in the business for a long time and made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing. I asked to stay outside with him as I was curious as to what he was going to do, and he agreed to allow me to watch. It was $100 for the testing and $20 to come in the house and show me where the valve was to turn off, which was fine because like I said, I had no idea what was going on really.
The equipment he was testing failed initially, probably due to it not being used in over a decade. He took most of the system apart, cleaned it (it was clogged with dirt), then put it all back together, retested, and the system passed.
Very professional and got the ridiculous job done that the city (which I found out was also the state of Michigan), was asking. Just wish Troy would reimburse me!

Pleased to say that this is the #1 plumber I call. Always available and prompt with call backs. He has done a large number of jobs and not complaints from me or my family. Strongly recommend.

We have now had Lakeside out to our home 2 times and have been extremely satisfied with the service they provided. They careful he sought the least expensive route to repair extensive damage to our boiler that had been caused by a contractor. They were careful to keep the bottom line down as best they could and I was very happy with the work that they did. They also all were very respectful and a pleasure to have in our home.
The second visit was a maintenance of our boiler. The service man was not only local but he was also very pleasant to have in our home he was very kind to our 6 children (who were ALL home for a snow day) and comfortable around our pets. I am very picky about who I like to come into our home and I will be using them for all our home heating and cooling needs.

Sent message via Yelp requesting a quote for a broken shut off valve to my shower. Within minutes I received a response from Steve the owner with an estimate and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day! They arrived on time, fixed the problem, and charged exactly what they estimated. No hidden fees or last min add on's. I am a stickler for Customer Service, Quality work and Responsiveness. First Class Plumbing exceeded my expectations in All three areas! Would definitely recommend!

Affordable. Great Service.
They were at my home quick and ready to answer any questions I had. Everything was done professionally and overall quickly.
Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The people that are working behind the desk at this company are really freaking rude I had a family emergency and was trying to reach a sister that work there and some lady named Sandy is very rude and disrespectful she does not know the difference between an emergency and a personal call. Can you imagine her sending people out to do your plumbing. And I live out of state.

Not professional. I got an appointment for the next day between 2-3. At 3:05, I called and was told the tech was running behind, but will call. I got no call, and when I called, got no answer. Then, they called the next day saying they are on their way, and 5 minutes later they are at my door! I feel disrespected and I took my business elsewhere.

I had this company install a new AC in a house my wife and I recently purchased in May 2015. They were referred to me by the sellers who used them to do all the plumbing in the house I just purchased. So the install went fine and my house was nice and cold (The company did not pull permits from the city which I paid for). The next year May 2016, my house could not keep up with the heat at all. So I called their technician James who said there must be a leak and he came by and recharged the system but did not fix the leak. The next year May 2017, I had to call them again because the AC was not blowing cold. It took multiple calls to James and the company to get someone out and James recharged the system but did not fix the leak.
You guessed it, the next year 2018 AC doesn't blow cold. I call James and he said he would come out and fix the leak and recharge. James never showed up. Multiple calls to the business were answered and the person would say he is on his way. My wife was pregnant at the time and this was unneeded stress being in a hot house. I was calling every day, 20 times a day to get this fixed. Eventually I went through another company because Moore Brother Plumbing ignored my issues. The AC they installed was defective and they never took care of it.
Long story short, the equipment is faulty and they don't stand by it, they don't pull permits that customer paid to get and they will lie to get you off the phone.
I am still frustrated that I wrote this review two years later. Now I have an annual visit from a prompt HVAC technician who recharges my AC every May for a few.
