Came in and took of buisness.Kitchen faucet was leaking came in replaced the nipples and repaired leak under sink also.

I had a slow running bathroom drain. I called them and they showed up the next morning about 9:30am. They came in, assessed the situation, then went to work. Owner was very friendly and we talked about thing we had in common years ago. Problem was repaired and new pipes run. He asked for a check over a credit card due to card fees. I was happy to write the check. Work was done promptly and completely. He wanted to have me view the work even though I told him I was sure everything was good. Shows up promptly, work was done quickly and efficiently, and the price was in an expected range. This tells me that he is responsive to my needs and not trying to rob me. Would I recommend Drains Unlimited for your work. ABSOLUTELY!

I had a few plumbing issues, I called and they came the very next morning. Totally professional did a wonderful job. But I like the fact that he had a sweat shirt on with the company name. It made me feel so much more comfortable.I would definitely recommend this company.

Called Rick, (found his firm thu YELP), made an appointment, to get my drains running, he appeared on time and was quite tolerant of our dog.  He asked me a couple of questions about the problem, quoted a fair price, got his power auger and cleared the floor drain.  He ought to be teaching business ethics.

Dan was great! Very responsive from the first call. Showed up to my home the same day, installed a kitchen faucet within the hour. I highly recommend his service not only for faucets but granite and renovation.

I initially contacted Warkentin as I wanted to install a sump pump. They came out and quoted a price and although they weren't the cheapest, they came highly recommended. After I gave them the go ahead to do the job, I decided to waterproof my entire basement. As this is out of their realm, they recommended a few places to me and also advised me to ask if they still installed the sump pump afterwards would it affect the waterproofing warranty...which it would. Thanks to this piece of advice from Dawn.
Dawn recommended that I have the same company install the sump pump, which I ended up doing.

Flash forward a couple of months and I had decided to remove a tub and replace it with a shower. This would require changing the plumbing and setting a shower base. I contacted Warkentin specifically based on Dawns integrity with my previous issue. Her team came out and ran pipes and move the floor drain. As the shower walls were not yet installed, their plumber said he'd come back to set everything to the proper depth and ensure they were aligned properly. Once the walls and tiling were up, I contacted Dawn and she sent someone the following day.

Very happy with their professionalism, integrity and efficiency.

I used Downriver Plumbing twice within the last 72 Hours. I have some rental properties that had plumbing issues and he made it to both location on various days to review the damage and he fixed all the issues. He was very professional , honest and caring . Very detailed . He will now be the go to company to be used on rental property and my own home. He cleaned up and made sure everything was done correctly. Thanks Again !!!

Have dealt with them over several years for various issues and they always come through!  Prompt, courteous service and prices you can't beat!  
Recently they have had some issues with their phone carrier and some of their voicemails have been lost, so if you leave a message and don't hear back in a day or two- call them again- you'll be glad you did!

Called this business to assess our drain in the crawlspace. I asked if there was a fee and was told no. When the 'plumber' arrived we were told it would be a $500 non-refundable fee for going into a crawlspace! I asked what if the problem is a quick $100 fix and was told I would be out the $500! Thievery in disguise; beware of these guys. Tried calling them 3 times and never got past the 'call killer' secretary. Tried calling the owner and again, the secretary intercepted the call and demanded to know why we wanted to talk to the owner before hanging up on us. It's obvious the plumber that came out is after quick cash! Not a good representative of the company - or is he?

If I could give zero stars I would.  Charged me 150$ to snake a storm drain and main drain.  They never snaked the main drain, never even took the Cleanout cap off.  Tenant moved in, and fecal matter backed up into the basement sink. These guys are liars and thieves and if you're not watching them, they will defraud you.

Used Jayson as a result of a referral off Facebook.  He came out and installed a new bathtub insert.  He was paid in full for the work he did in the guest bath and the master bath based on the assumption he checked his work before he left.  In order to install the insert, more drywall had to be removed.  Rather than either telling us that or contacting the contractor we were using to remove more drywall, he literally broke off chunks of drywall until he reached a point where he could get to the studs rather than neatly cutting away or asking us to do so.  He installed the insert without checking the function of the plumbing work he did and we didn't attempt to use the tub until a couple of weeks later and the tub wouldn't hold water.  We contacted him by text and phone messages for a couple of weeks and he responded saying he was on vacation.  We set up a day for him to come and had a conflict and needed to move it and contacted him and he's gone off the grid.  He was supposed to fix a faucet outside and he forgot and had to come back to do that and we gave him copper pipe for nothing just to be nice.  After getting paid in full and getting free copper plumbing we had to pay extra money to fix the drywall he tore up, pay another plumber to come and fix the drain stop which we found out wasn't set up at all and still haven't heard from him after several attempts!!  $1375 later - would never use this guy again.  Beware!

Dishonest plumber. He was recommended and did some work for me. Came back the first time, at no cost, to fix a leak that he missed, so I trusted him and hired him for a bigger job. But this time he only did half of the contracted work.

     The contract was to redo the plumbing for the WHOLE first floor of my duplex, He claims he thought I only had 1 bathroom) I was dumb enough to pay him in full as I trusted him and he promised to come back and finish the work. The other bathroom and the valves in the first bathroom. He never came back, made dates to come back, then did not show up and started to ignore/avoid my calls.

     I am going to file an official complaint and possibly sue.

Did not respond to any messages after stating they didn't have any room in their schedule. I had not requested a specific time frame so I am unsure why they answered at all.
