They answered the phone gave us an estimate and were able to make it out within a day.  Every professional and respectful young men.  They did a great job and the cost was reasonable.  They did a great job with leaving the job cleaned up.

We will be using them in the future and would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

Honestly they messaged me because i put in a request to get my pipe fixed thats leading to my washer and the garbage disposal.

They messaged me saying they can come out and look and asked for my number to call.

They called and we set up a time for them to come over.

When they came over they didnt even know what they were talking about let alone an inspection fee that they did NOT disclose over the phone of $65.

Be up front with your customers. Dont hide hidden fees.

*update. Now they are calling me because i left a bad review asking me to remove it. Also we did pay the $65 and asked them to leave.
Were not mad about the $65, its just we like when people are upfront, And this business is not!
The only thing they disclosed was that there service to fix anything costs $125*

This business Is doing what it has to do and i understand that. The things about the price is not an issue. I own two businesses myself so money is NOT an issue, the issue was that things that are being stated in this reply we not disclosed at the time of evaluation of the repairs needed, Nothing was brought up except copper piping. I appreciate the fact that you are concerned about your business and the reviews, but in order to get good reviews there has to be a line of professionalism.

Andre was very professional and did exceptional work.  When others questioned taking on the job Andre was confident and accepted the challenge of fixing pipes that were broken from a vehicle that crashed into my home. My family and I thank him greatly!!!

We had a small leak under our kitchen sink. Andre of East Plumbing came out the same day to replace the faucet. He does honest work and we would definitely use his service again. I will share his card with my neighbors too!

Very poor communication and scheduled 2 appts with me and failed to show up or even call!  I let the first one slide.  I had a leak under my sink, Andre replaced the garbage disposal and I think he did a good job for a decent price.  But after that everything fell apart.  I also needed him to snake my bathtub drain.  In doing so, the stopper broke.  I didn't blame him for that, but he was supposed to come back and fix it.  We made an appt.  He was a no show, no call.  I finally got ahold of him and made a new appt.  He did say he was running late but it's the next day and I still haven't heard from him and I called and texted multiple times.  It's ridiculous.  No excuse.  I'm really mad that he wasted my time, twice.  And left me with a broken tub drain.  I don't like to bad mouth people... But this is a little much.  So, if you need something done... He's competent but I hope you don't need him to come back to finish anything.  Good luck with that.

Great communication, responsiveness, and service all around. Andre responded to my request for a quote within 3 minutes and called me promptly to discuss. We appreciated his transparency on pricing throughout the process, especially when troubleshooting unforeseen issues. He was able to install our two faucets, do a valve replacement under our kitchen sink, and more, all within less than a few hours of quoting the work out. Highly recommend and will call him again when we need additional service.

Andre and his team are A+ professionals - definitely my go to plumber now. Not only did he respond to my inquiry quickly, he took the time to explain and offer a couple different solutions for different price points once he evaluated on-site. I ultimately had him replace a full stack from my basement to kitchen sink. The end result looks great, works great, and was done quickly and on the budget we agreed to. Andre did an excellent job repairing our leaky faucets and even did a few other things that were beyond what we were expecting. He was friendly, thoughtful about the work, and the pricing was better than what I've had the work done for in the past. I am happy to give East Plumbing the highest recommendation.

I had an issue in my new home with the kitchen faucet snapping off and kitchen drain being connected wrong. Andre came out from East Plumbing and completed the job same day in just a few hours. I would work with Andre and East Plumbing again, but have to be sure to clearly communicate the price for the entire job in the beginning before starting the job. One number was given and then ended with a different number. I had no problem paying the final price because the quality of work was good and  completed up to code. Thank you again Andre!

I would give Andre 10 stars if I could. He came to the house and fix all the problems and help me diagnose ways to save money and head off problems in the future. As plumbers go, he must be one of the most ethical ones out on the field. Seems like a great person. I highly recommend him and East Plumbing.

The plumber's price was fair but I did not use them.  They responded quickly and the estimate was about what I ended up paying.  I didn't use them because I was not in their area.  But I was impressed by his communication and how quickly her responded.

I needed a hot water heater and they were able to install a unit the next day at a fair price.  It took about 2 hours from start to finish.  They guys worked quickly and efficiently, they had their system wired tight ! I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors for sure.

Toilet backed up, Andre was responsive and came as soon as he could.  Reasonable price and knowledgeable of issue and what was the cause.  Quick and courteous and will definitely use again.

Work was done very well in a timely manner, very knowledgeable, and detailed about what needed to be done. updating me  throughout the entire process. Work was neatly done. My refrigerator waterline install has been working great!

Highly-rated plumbers on Yelp tried to over charge my elderly mother who has dementia for her stopped up toilet. East plumbing has honest pricing and courteous, professional, on-time service. Other plumbers wanted my mother to pay up to $350 more snaking out her toilet which had too much toilet paper but wasn't affecting the general plumbing systems in the house.  East Plumbing charged the standard price for basic snaking.

Andre doubled the price ($525) from original estimate for faucet installation when at suburban Detroit home due to minor change in work.  My recommendation is to find someone honorable to do the work - this company should be avoided.

I contacted East Plumbing with a request to fix both my leaking bathtub as well as my kitchen sink. Within the hour Andre was at my home, and completed the work in much less time than expected. Excellent service, both quick and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone requiring plumbing related repairs.

Andre was able to resolve my water heater issue faster, and cheaper than any of the other plumbers I consulted. He was reliable and knowledgeable. I would use East Plumbing again!
