The name comes from the Spanish name for snake and it was chosen by its owners to stand out from the commercialized and global way that our competitors brand their companies. Mr. Poronga translates to Mr. Snake and although the meaning for the name may vary depending in which specific Spanish speaking nation you view it from; we've come to accept it as the company that will solve your sewer & drain problems at a fair and comprehensive price without hidden fee's, ridiculous hidden charges or any other sneaky method of charging you more.

If you are looking for quality service and fast response, call them. They have great responsible and experienced techs who can get the job done.

My basement was flooding, they said they would be able to get here within 2 hours, mind to you it was very late, they got here 30mins after I had made the call.

No hidden fees and great prices.

Very poor service, they came out to give me a quote on a main line replacement but never provided a formal quote, I guess they wanted cash only... I followed up with the owner Cristian and his partner Federico and they kept saying they'll send out an invoice/quote, after 10 days they never did. I ended up hiring another company who did the same job for half of the price. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IT IS NOT RELIABLE.

so fast! I called and they sent someone out within 2 hours. they wore masks and were very easy and friendly. will definitely be recommending to anyone who needs drain maintenance!

Needed an underground gutter pipe snaked & unclogged. Two men came in a branded van, very professional. Didn't try to upsell any other services - Unclogged the pipe for $75 where as other companies were charging $150+, then left.
Highly recommended.

If you are a woman don't bother calling this company, you will get NO RESPECT!!!!!
They will make an appointment, keep you waiting, not show up & not even have the courtesy to call. Then they give ATTITUDE and maybe can send someone out the next day.
