.Dave is very nice and a man of his word - The price he quoted us for a gas line install back in October was still good in February when we were finally ready to do the work.  Even with some complications with the job Dave and his crew did everything they could with a smile and on time as promised. We had to do some extra things which were out of the scope of DJ&E's responsibility and they helped us find good people to help AND helped those people to get he job done - James, Dave's employee, spent several extra hours making sure things got done correctly and that we were happy - all at no extra charge.  I would recommend Dave, James and their referral contractors to anyone needing work done.

After putting off a range of small plumbing jobs -- from a leaky exterior faucet to replacing a shower head -- I called W H Winegar & Son. They quickly scheduled an appointment.

The plumber they sent was on time, courteous, offered me options to fix each issue, and explained every step he took during the repair.

Michael came out to our house late at night and was SO professional. He left no mess, went out of his way to be helpful and answered all our questions. Will DEFINITELY recommend and use again the next time we need a great plumber.

Rick is very personable and goes the extra mile to accommodate his clients..Moved his schedule for me today and came over with a helper to fix my water pressure...Makes a huge difference when you get someone that its called  customer service...Beyond that though he knows his business...he was able to immediately able to diagnose the issue and fix it...

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Arthur when he came to look at the hot water heater at my house. He was professional, knowledgeable and very comical. Each time I've had to contact him, he has been responsive. I have no complaints and based on my experience, I would highly recommend his company.

Fluid Plumbing is amazing.  Brian responds fast, is smart, honest, and knows what he is doing.  Our hot water heater went up on a Monday.  He worked us into his schedule that day, had the new water heater delivered the next morning, and installed by Noon on Tuesday. We are going to use him next time we work on our furnace as well.   We highly recommend for all your plumbing and furnace needs.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and contacted Wallace plumbing.  Derrick responded very quickly and scheduled a time to visit.   He diagnosed the issue and fixed the leak.  He also installed a new garbage disposal.  His rates were very fair, he was professional, and communicated well throughout the entire process.   I recommend Wallace plumbing and Derrick and will use them for my future home needs!

If you're looking for efficient, professional service I recommend Hume Plumbing and Heating.They replaced our main waterline at a great price, and everything was completed timely and professional.. The workers were on time and courteous.. which deemed them as Responsible and Dependable.. they cleaned up behind themselves and I felt the owner was a honest man when he came out to access our problem.. he had permits, and inspector lined up..as well as Ms. Utility.. most importantly he's a licensed plumber.. that can be verified.This is a Honest Review/Assessment.. Owner Eddie came to my house to figure out what was wrong with my air conditioner, and his diagnosis was quick and the prices were reasonable. He did a great job of explaining everything and letting me know what to look for in the future. He was professional and friendly, and, even though calling for HVAC services will probably never be fun, I'm glad I have a reliable and trustworthy company to support when I need one. In addition, texting with another associate to set the appointment up beforehand was a breeze. Highly recommended.

Do not use. They have directly and indirectly cost me over $3000 to repair damage caused by their poor workmanship done a little over a year ago, but started within a few months. Water pouring out of washing machine drain pipe, overflowing the down/exit tubing. Poured through my ceiling, walls to the first floor. Caused wall, floor and eventually electrical damage that was located under the direct flow of the water. And now the dryer exhaust tubing is all shredding, came away from the dryer within a year and is falling apart. Another repair I have to pay for because of them. Make that $3200! So mad!!

The employees and the owner are an absolute nightmare. Referred through our home warranty, we had one of his plumbers come out and advise us that he could not access the plumbing without our hardwood floors being ripped up. We paid the deductible. Had our floors ripped up. The plumber came back, wrote up the synopsis as it being a pre-existing condition, and the warranty company denied the claim. At this point, our floors were ripped up and we had to come out of pocket for the cost of it being repaired, which the plumber quoted us as at 4 hours of work and $975.

We called the owner. He told us that the initial plumber who came out was old, and that he would send out a younger guy who could do the work in 2 hours and charge us $400. We were so grateful for this and accepted.

Two guys came out to do the repair. They came and assessed the pipe again, told us the old guy who initially assessed the issue makes a lot of mistakes in measurements, etc, and they wanted to come take a look at everything before they got the parts they needed. They left, came back, worked for 30 minutes, we paid them $400 and they left.

2 hours later, we flushed the toilets and the pipes were now leaking from a different place... a place they were not leaking from prior. We called the technician back and he quoted us another $400. We called the owner to try to understand why we would need to pay another $400 for a leak that wasn't there prior to the work they did. He was rude, defensive, short, and hung up on us. Then text us to tell us he would not do the work at all... and continued to text us unprofessionally and rudely for an hour.

I wish I had read these reviews prior! They are spot on.

I had a onsite inspection in March for my home to replace 2 Takagi tankless water heaters in June/July time frame. That went well, however, I never received an estimate.  I called twice in April and they said they will get back to me...never happened. It's now June so I went with another company to do the extensive work to reconfigure the gas and water lines to accomodate the 2 new model Takagi tankless water heaters just shy of $7K.

With great regret I'm submitting this failing review of a local small business that should be avoided. They may be good a basic equipment servicing, which may included cleaning coils and charging freon, but should be avoided for duct and equipment installation. Buy at your own peril.

I like to use referrals and this company was referred to me by a mutually known person. The owner is a likable guy until differences arise. I bought 5 new systems from this contractor in the span of a few months for properties that I renovated. I had planned to use him for the next 8 to 12 systems I need installed for upcoming renovation projects. However, of the 5 systems, I have had serious problems with three of them and constant dripping from a four system. In consideration of the many problems, I'm having all of the systems re-evaluated to get a better understanding of the extent of the problems. So far these are the problems encountered:
1. Contractor fell through my ceiling and didn't want to pay for repair
2. Gaping duct connections that blow conditioned air into unconditioned space as if a vent was installed in the attic.
3. Roughed-in return ducts after house was finished with drywall, trim and paint.
4. Left pile of hazardous debris in rooms on recently finished hardwood floors
5. Cut supply vent holes in newly finished wood floors and didn't want to repair.
6. Installed refrigeration lines and didn't seal the holes cut to the outside and left other misplaced holes un-repaired.
7. Didn't use UV rated wiring outside to units
8. Used drywall screws and wrong hangers to attached line-set to exterior of house.
9. Used outdated power disconnect on outside units
10. Set Coils or bricks and plywood to level on the outside of house
11. Incorrectly installed condensation pan and pump.
12. 3 of the systems don't work in less than 12 months after installation.

This contractor recommended systems that were vastly over-sized for the initial two new installations.After all the reading on the internet about installing the right size equipment it all makes good sense, which this contractor doesn't follow. There is so much air being forced through the ducts that it whistles when the systems on. It heats up then it shuts off in minutes, but doesn't evenly heat up so it cycles back on quickly. The manufacturer stated equipment cycles on and off too frequently when over-sized and not properly installed. I could go on further, but there is so much more to complain about, but what I highlighted should be sufficient. I have pictures and video too support my claims too. Sadly, I think I will take this contractor to Court for the many damages I have suffered.

Dishonest. Assured  me I was all set but I later discovered he didn't do any work on my hot water heater at all. Charged me for a part and work he simply did not do at all. It's a horrible and long story. Still fighting to get my money back. Beware.

This company ignores calls, doesn't call back and more importantly DOESN'T SHOW UP. Don't waste your precious time rearranging your schedule to accommodate them.
