Best Plumbing Services in Baltimore, MD
Let me put it this way. It's 8 PM last night with 50 degree weather and it's raining that kind of miserable pissing rain that soaks you down slowly but completely. The last thing I'd want to do is stand out in the road snaking a clogged sewer line that's spitting the vilest smelling black water I've ever encountered in my life in my face and blowing specks of human shit all over my head and shirt. This, however, is what Brian Emmel and his brother Matt from T&D Plumbing do for a living. They not only do it, but they do it graciously-- with the kind of professionalism and knowledge that makes you feel totally confident that you have just contracted honest and experienced techs who really know what they're doing. First, they come in and look over the situation like detectives on a murder scene, letting you know exactly what is the cause of the problem, and how they propose to do to correct it. Then they get to work with the best attitude I've ever seen from anyone that's about to dig elbows-deep into what we've all flushed down toilets and let flow freely down our sink and shower drains for years. They let you know the entire time what's going on and how it's progressing. Frankly, it's kind of like if Superman drove a white van and wore boots and Dickies uniforms instead of flying and wearing a mask and cape. I just felt all safe and like everything was gonna be fine standing there feeling admittedly slightly less masculine as these alpha-males dove in head first and solved my problems for me. This isn't the first time I have used T&D Plumbing, and they are my go-to service for all things water related. Their number hangs on the wall in my office and also on my refrigerator door. Their prices have always been extremely fair. These guys are polite, knowledgeable, and get the job done well. What else could you ask for? Don't even call anyone else-- I am not joking when I say that there is no reason to. I remain a very satisfied customer and am truly impressed by them over and over again.

It was a Friday night, 10 pm to be exact, when everything just went kablooey. After a few quotes Dun Rite gave me the best quote and could come early on Saturday morning. Bright and early Saturday morning Sterling showed up and proceeded to fix the clog. But I needed a further service. Guess what in the end the cost of unclogging, getting rid of a grease build up in my pipes by using a hydro jet and coming early on a Saturday - still cheaper than everybody else.
Sterling was professional, knowledgeable and kind to my cat.
I would definitely use Dun Rite again.

Great work ethic, great attitude, and great skill. I hired Mr. Yates to replace a water heater and he was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. He got the old one out of a tight space and helped me select a new one that would fit. He is a perfectionist and will stay however long is needed to ensure the job gets done right. Stellar plumber!

We used Anderson's A1 Plumbing to replace a hot water recirculator pump. They called 30 min. Prior to arrival, assessed the issue quickly and answered all questions. The second appointment was just as professional and prompt. We've dealt
With several plumbers/service/repair people recently and haven't had luck. I'm glad we found AA1P. Will be our go to moving forward.

Grateful they came on short notice. Masked and professional. Couldn't have asked for better service. I'll be calling them for all my plumbing needs.

My wife and I are basically new homeowners. We've been in our home roughly 11 months and it's her first house and my second. We've had a few plumbing issues crop up during this time and went with some larger plumbing companies in the past with ... I'll say mixed results. We wanted to try a smaller local company this time, because we were looking for a plumber we could trust and establish a rapport with to call on when we need them.
I think we finally found our go-to company.
We called Galaxy Plumbing in the evening and John fit us in for the next day. We had an issue with a clog somewhere affecting our entire home. Showers, sinks, tubs, toilets, dishwasher and washing machine ... all just suddenly started draining *very* slowly or not at all. Then the nastiness started when it started to backup into our basement. John swiftly identified what he thought the problem was on the phone; then confirmed it when he arrived here, and got to work sorting the problem out.
John was a consummate professional. He was on time, friendly, communicative throughout the whole process, did exactly what he said he would do, told us what he couldn't do, answered every (dumb) question we had, stuck to his quoted price, and didn't try to upsell us on stuff we didn't need. He explained how to prevent our issue from happening again and gave us things to look out for to catch it earlier if it does happen again. After he was done fixing the problem, he cleaned up the mess he created in the process. This is something I've seen other plumbers leave up to the residents/home owners to do.
I couldn't be more satisfied with John and Galaxy Plumbing. I know for a fact he's the first person I'm calling the next time there's an issue (or even an upgrade we want done), and I'll keep calling him until I get a *darn* good reason not to.

Great experience overall from the estimate to the planning, execution and cleanup. They were always prompt, thorough, efficient, friendly and cleaned up daily during the mulit-day installation in a very tight space. Highly recommend!!!

Tried to DIY repair my toilet and created a bigger issue. Left Bill a message and he called me promptly in the AM. Told him the issue and he gave me a call back with a quote in no time. Was right on time and had new toilet installed and working in an hour. Cost was exactly what I was quoted.

Very pleased with the service and recommend him. Carlos was prompt, very knowledgeable, diagnosis and communicated the issue. Price for work was very reasonable. I will definitely have him back when I need more plumbing work.

An absolutely horrid company. First they gave a 4 hour window, waited till it was halfway in, and canceled. Then they asked if it would be ok to come out between and 8 and 10pm. 6 weeks later they replaced my faucet with cheap ill fitting parts to save some money, and it still doesn't work. They also stole the old parts to sell for scrap. Don't give these clowns a penny. Their own tech tried to replace the faucet with an identical one, but their management made him pick cheaper stuff to save money. Absolutely unethical buffoons.

No stars is more like it. This was the worst plumbing experience we have ever had and to top it off Ben Franklin plumbing DID NOT CARE!! We discovered a leak in our basement at 2pm Monday. We called Ben Franklin Plumbing about 30 minutes later. Their call center said that they could fit us in the next day but could not give us a time. We agreed and my wife took Tuesday off to wait for the plumber. Tuesday morning my wife called to confirm that someone would be coming to the house and they said YES but could not give any time of their arrival. At 3:45, after being home all day, they called to say that they could not make it. WHAT?? Took all day to say they could not make it? They never showed and we had to call another plumber to make it out tonight. NEVER EVER use them. No need and they cost my wife a day of work to boot.

Watsons plumbing has been a nightmare to deal with. They will over charge you for the job and preform a less than acceptable repair. When you attempt to have it fixed correctly, they give u the run around. Totally unacceptable, $571.00 to snake a kitchen drain and replace a garbage disposal, and now I have a leak from their alleged repair. You would hope that they would come out immediately to fix the problem, but they stated that 48 hrs later they would be out. I'll be contacting the better business to file a complaint.
