Sewer problems can be really horrible, and ours was just that.
Shoda Sewer Service took a bad problem and with their outstanding customer service, and very knowledgable and personable people they quickly and very efficiently repaired our sewer issues.
I highly recommend this company.

Tony came to our home to replace a water heater on a Sunday only 25 minutes after being called.  The guy is awesome!  Fair price, effecient and wore shoe covers as we have white carpet.  I would highly recommend this guy.

Tried to contact them to replace a furnace.  Not very helpful.  I'm used to someone being enthusiastic about the possibility of making money, not the case here.

Really happy with the service.  We called about a sump pump issue and a leaking toilet knob.  Our technician, Greg, was really personable and explained things well.  The price was reasonable and what I expected.

I knocked this down from a 5 to a 3 because it took three weeks for them to get here during the first visit. We've since had to call them again for something else, and it's taking them another three weeks to get here.

Our sewer backed up. We usually use genes sewer service, But they were unavailable due to COVID-19. Korte did call Pryor and say that they could squeeze us in early. I had personally planned on being home, but was unable to at the earlier time so my wife had to deal with them. Genes sewer service normally charges about $185 to clear the back up. Korte told my wife that it be $329 to do the same job as Genes. Sorry should have explained that every year in the spring because the tree roots grow into the sewer we have to have this done. Very simple job takes less than an hour I know this because I have done it myself on multiple occasions and this time. Korte is overpriced and will never get my business again And by the way they do not do it all they wouldn't work on our back up generator either. So if you want to pay $150 more for the exact same service as Genes go ahead and hire them I personally wouldn't recommend.

Installed on-demand water heater but charged extra to have electric ran to the unit. Replaced CPVC of house to water heater, shower, toilet, bath sink, and kit. sink,  afterwards many of the fittings leaked. Got another estimate to finish work and repair leaks, cost was $1800.00. Workers left several items in crawl space which another plumber found. Called for them to pick up items but took three weeks for them to show up and when they did they accused us of stealing several items. We also called on several occasions to try and resolve problems only to be yelled at  continually. Had them hang some dry wall and was unhappy with the result because there were several bubbles under tape and it took me two hours to sand down. They also accused me of sanding down their work too soon but if you will notice in the pictures that was far from the truth. They sent a bill that stated NET 30 on the invoice only to demand the bill be paid quicker or they were going to add 30% to the amount owed.  This business is deceitful, liars, and rude.
