Best Plumbing Services in Indiana
I highly recommend this plumbing service. The customer service was fast, polite and responsive. The plumber was clean and very courteous, went out of their way to please us by following up with a call and a note. The response time was 1 day ( mine wasn't an emergency). The woman that makes the appointments was very polite and flexible, as I am a night shift person. Great business if you need plumbing work done!

We have used Andrews Plumbing for several years and I highly recommend the company. Vern Andrews, the owner, is the most cheerful and helpful plumber imaginable, and his technicians are always cheerful, professional, and provide excellent service.
After enduring frequent sewer clogs for several years, which Vern and his technicians unclogged each time, we finally had Vern put in a new sewer a couple years ago. All the work was done very professionally. Vern even recommended a landscaper to re-do the yard after all the digging.
In July 2018, technician Lance replaced our water heater. First he assessed the floor under the water heater and decided to add a piece of 3/4 inch plywood to reinforce the subfloor under the water heater. Then he installed the new water heater. Again the work was very professional .

In response to your response. I do not want anyone to be given incorrect information so I will correct some things that you are incorrect on.The issue of warranty or not is irrelevant. When your technicians came out to our home to assess our issue you were well aware of our situation. John Cabral had numerous conversations with Water Furnace and how things were going to be handled. I ask what does it matter warranty or no warranty you would have been paid for a job done, period. When your technicians came to our home we were told by them, specifically John Cabral that you could do this job. This is not as difficult or challenging of a job as you state. It is changing out a unit which was going to be supplied to you and installing an additional heat exchanger. As far as Water Furnace waiting on a decision from us. The significant delay was due to you. How were we supposed to give them an answer when you weren't giving us a final answer as to price and when the job could be completed. John Cabral told us that the heat exchanger would be coming from Canada and would take some additional time. There was no misunderstanding. Additionally why would I call the manufacturer in January when we were dealing with you? They are not the ones doing any of the work. As far as going back to the original installer we had numerous conversations with you about that. Why would we want the original installer to do the job when the problem was due to them. Water Furnace recommended that we use you. That you were qualified to do this job. That apparently is incorrect. The entire reason for my bad review of your company is as follows. You realized that this job was beyond your capabilities and you made the decision to not do this job but had no intention of informing us of your decision. That sir is just bad business and if I can save anyone else from being treated like we were by you in the future that is my sole intent.

Techs seem knowledgeable. However, they show up without notice/appointments. I find out because they leave a door tag or I get a bill. I have dogs so appointments are necessary, required. After hours staff leave a lot to be desired. The toilet overflowed and I needed help knowing what to do as water poured on to my hardwood floor and through to my basement ceiling and new carpet. None was offered, though I have a service agreement. Thousands of dollars to fix when all the person had to do was tell me how to turn the water off. It's been over a year and they have yet to reach out and apologize or offer assistance in fixing the ceiling but they are really good at sending bills and threatening to report me to a credit agency. Bill has been paid and I'm still waiting for someone to respond to my issues. I'm not happy. I am not satisfied. I cannot, I will not recommend this company to anyone. In fact, now I'm looking for recommendations for a new septic service provider. Know anyone?????

Roto*Rooter was a life saver for us. We had contacted a company with which we have a home pluming contract with, only to received no help for 7days. Then we contacted Roto-Rooter on Mon. (Aug.29). and was told someone would come out the same day. Not only did the service man come, but he was able to come hours earlier than first planned. He was great! Really neat in his work as well as his personally. He also gave us some helpful hints. Thank you Roto-Rooter you're appreciated.

They were prompt and did their job. However, they did not respect the fact we have carpeting and walked through sludge and through the house. I had to clean my carpets and kitchen rugs after they left. Other than that, drains are cleared and thats a big deal.

In the past five years, I spent around $600 on services from Robert Sheets Plumbing and was generally happy with the results, although several plumbers they sent were not as professional as I would have liked.
My most recent experience was really awful. I called them to schedule an appointment to fix a leaking toilet and made a point to be home all day so that I would be there when they arrived. Around midday, when no one had arrived, I called to ask if we were still on the schedule and was assured that we were. I spent the afternoon waiting and, at 4:40, called again to ask if they were still planning to come. The answer I got was, Oh no. we are short handed this week and several calls took longer than expected.
This is totally unacceptable. Obviously at some time during the day they could have predicted that they weren't going to get to my call. I suspect that, if they were doing any planning at all, they could have let me know that when I made the midday call. But, they couldn't be bothered to actually plan a work schedule for the day or to call me and reschedule when the knew they weren't going to make it.
In the end, the jokes on them because I fixed the toilet my self with a $2.00 gasket from Lowes.

On Friday, 10/12, My wife called service mechanical. A tech came out augured and camera-ed the pipe and he claimed to find a break 37 feet out. (This is listed on the invoice he provided.) He used machinery that turned out to be malfunctioning after the fact, to point out where the break in the pipe was in the floor. The tech said he'd have someone call to schedule for this type of drilling and repair on Monday with an estimate. He charged us a total of 314 dollars for this. Monday came and no one called. My wife had to call service mechanical and they said that on Tuesday the person who schedules these types of fixes would be in the office. Tuesday came and no one called, so my wife made a phone call to get someone out as soon as possible. She called Summers Heating and Cooling and they scheduled us for Wednesday.
They came out on Wednesday and drilled where the previous tech said he found the broken pipe. When he drilled he couldn't find a pipe even within 5 feet of the drilled hole. Summers charged us 1200 for this day of work drilling through the concrete trying to locate the pipe. They called American leak and scheduled someone to come out on Thursday to locate the pipe, he found no break in the pipe.
On Friday Summers came back out and augured the pipe and camera-ed (188 Dollars) and determined from the success of this auguring and running water through the pipe that there was never a break. They then filled in the concrete (212 dollars) and left.
The 314 billed by service mechanical was later refunded after they found out that their camera was malfunctioning and they apologized for not getting back with us more quickly also. I respectfully told the president that I would also want to be reimbursed for the 1200 I paid for Summers drilling into the concrete and trying to locate the pipe, plus the 212 they charged me to fill in the hole. This doesn't include the price of my floor to be fixed, which I just put in in February.
I gave them the opportunity to do the right thing and they decided not to refund my money because they didn't drill to find the pipe, the only reason why I didn't use them to drill the hole was because they couldn't get back to me in a prompt enough manner and showed no sense of urgency to fix our issue.
I would never recommend this company to anyone.
