Today I had a hot water heater flushed and plumbing inspection. Ben was professional and friendly. He performed his job thoroughly and timely.      Also today I had my A/C unit serviced by Adam. He also was friendly and professional, as well as timely. They both described in detail what they discovered. If you have a need for heating, cooling, or plumbing, I highly recommend this company!

Tried to contact them to replace a furnace.  Not very helpful.  I'm used to someone being enthusiastic about the possibility of making money, not the case here.

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling Company is the best! They will install an AC unit like nobody's business! Free-On top off's each summer! All kinds of freebies with these jokers! Free Free-On Top off's for 10 years! Free plumbing fixture for more than one bathroom deals like that.

What's not to love! These guys will come out get you unclogged or get your heating and cooling in order! They use good furnace filters!

We arrived at our summer home to discover the furnace would not operate. We called Summers and a technician (Chad) responded quickly to the emergency after-hours weekend call. Not wanting to risk a heating system failure, we requested an estimate to replace the heating unit. Rodney Rogers was here as promised and the unit was installed the following morning. We could not be more pleased with your professional team of employees and highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing, heating or a/c needs!

just say no to this company all around - i called for a clean and check on my 21 year old - still operating - unit.  zack came out - spent approximately 25 minutes - said my heat exchanger was failing - showed me a couple pictures of rust and told me he had to shut off the unit.   my heat was working fine, i have no carbon monoxide build up in my home, my furnace was cycling normal - i turned the switch back on and now my furnace doesn't work.
it will cycle on - ignite - and then shut down.  again - prior to zack coming to my home - furnace was working, heat was fine, cycling was fine.
and now it isn't.  
i would not use this company again if services were free and jesus christ recommended them.

A somewhat urgent request, but we are on a routine-maintenance subscription plan with Summers.
We have used Summers for the past 3 years for HVAC checkups, disposal replacement, hookup of a new gas stove, and bathroom plumbing issues. I always learn a little from their techs, although I occasionally feel a little sales pressure for system replacements.

Today's call for help with outage of a fairly new water heater was answered by a technician arriving in about one hour. The problem was simple, the service call was only $59, and it was explained how to easily avoid the recurrence.

My air handler quit working on the hottest day of the year, so I called Summers based on a recommendation from a friend. They were over in less than an hour and had the problem diagnosed right away (bad capacitor). They were very professional and reasonably priced, and I feel that I can trust them for future jobs.

We've been using Summers for our routine HVAC for about 2 years. Last summer, we needed to replace our furnace and went with Summers due to the superior customer service and the 24/7 service plan that was sold to us. Fast forward, this summer our AC acted up and again we decided to use Summers who incentivized us by giving us a year of free service plan with the purchase. We've never had to use the emergency service plan until 9/9/18 when one of the hose attached to the hot water heater decided to start spraying water. I called the 24/7 emergency line because I had to shut the main water valve off due to not having a separate shut off to our hot water heater. This left us with no running water. First service call placed at 8:15pm and waited until 10:30pm still no call from technician. I called back again, finally a technician called me back to tell me that he's not coming out because there is nothing he can do. How does he know there is nothing he can do when he wouldn't even come out to look at it?! I continually told him the water heater itself is fine, it's the pipe/hose that's leaking. What good is an emergency service plan when you're refused service?! We ended up having to call Mr. Rooter and the problem was fixed within an hour. No special parts needed, just a small copper section. Then I've called the office number a few time with no answer, left a voicemail asked for a manager to get back to me. Still radio silent. We had a routine furnace check up scheduled last week. Summers called in the time window they were supposed to show up to tell my husband they can't make it because they have a large install job. It's not our responsibility that the company didn't schedule enough techs for installs. My husband took half day off work to be home for the service call!! They were very responsive when they wanted to sell us $7k worth of HVAC products. Now this routine stuff isn't making them money it's not a priority anymore. It's a shame that we were baited and now can't get timely service or service period. The service plan is a joke!!
