Searched on yelp and saw he had a good rating so I called him up Monday at 2:30 and I was so surprised when he said I can be there in 10'!  He just happened to be in our area and had a few moments to spare. I felt very lucky because our bathtub in the spare bath was backed up and sitting water was in the bottom.
I gave him the address and he was there within 10'. Very friendly and had his tools with him. As well as another employees who was also very friendly and courteous. He knew exactly what the issue was, how to fix it and was in and out in a very quick fashion.
Paying was a breeze as I wrote him a check and he issued a receipt. Very nice man, would use again and recommend. I like to use local companies and was so happy he was available so soon!  That is a rarity in itself. Thank you for great service!!

You cant go wrong hiring Kaufman Well Drilling.  They were highly recommended to me. Now I understand why, after hiring Mike Kaufman and his crew.  They were very prompt, professional and productive.  I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone. These guys at AAA Sewer are the best sewer service I have ever used in Fort Wayne.  I had a sewer backup, thanks to some sort of clog out near the alley.  I did not want to use some of the other services that I have used before, and so I searched the internet and read alot of reviews before I decided to call AAA Sewer.  I am sure glad I did!   They were prompt, thorough, friendly, very professional, and gave me an affordable price.  The owner took time to explain everything in detail to me and made some recommendations.   I will never use anyone else again.    If you have any type of sewer issue, contact AAA Sewer Service.

Sheets gets you all plumbed up real good. A bit on the pricey side, but what plumber isn't right? They will get your AC unit cold, your heat hot, your water heater installed.  They do good work here. They will get you all plumbed up too if needed. They get in there all deep like and get things flowing. Sheets does great interior work too, install tolites, sinks, water heaters, AC units, furnace you name it they do it...It's fun to watch these guys sweat up at Sheets. You will pay a premium, but all places are expensive right? Sheets make sure they charge enough for sure. They do great work you get what you pay for too! Sheets will get the job done! make em work hard!

The difference in Companies couldnt be more evident than what I experienced today. My 17- year-old water heater burst in the middle of the night, my son was able to shut the water off but to the whole house. I called 4 different Companies for prices and got a huge range, but more importantly the knowledge, politeness, professionalism of Merz ( Josiah)  exceeded all the others, as well as having the best price. They even helped me get water to the house(without heating) for now while I wait to get my finances gathered. I will go to this Company any day of the week over others. Personality goes a very long way and you can tell when people talk down to you or try to get one over on you. I am currently waiting on financing and as soon as get it arranged I look forward having them install my new water heater.

They will not stand behind their work at all. I tried to have them fix something that failed 20 months after instal and was told to upgrade for an additional 2K. No class at all. Just out for themselves and could care less about the long term of there products or work. I really thought the Owner Mike Van would have been able to help me but was very very wrong. After sever calls I end up empty handed and they even sent me a bill to come check out the fan motor they installed that failed. 100% bullshit! DO NOT TRUST VANS!

My husband has previously left a review in which Home Comfort Experts told us they were looking into things, however, we never heard back from them.  We have all saved contracts, emails, Facebook reviews, etc.  In our situation, Home Comfort Experts didn't stand by their time guarantee, lost our furnace filter cover, took us calling them for weeks on end and finally having to leave a nasty message to get any response.  We ended up selling the home in which we had their AC unit installed and even through our bad experience have tried to move on.  Then today they call us to remind us that we have a furnace/ac cleaning due......however, they didn't even have my name in their system correctly.  I know this seems like something small but after all we've been through with this business you would think that it would matter to at least get my name correct. Oh, don't forget that when financing they put a lien on your house but they conveniently forget to notify you of that.

Do NOT trust this company. My family could have died from carbon monoxide poisoning due to Fire & Ice's negligence. CO2 levels were 3x the limit.

We had a system malfunction with our Bryant furnace. Problems for over a year. Their technician came out 3 times in the last month or two. First visit he said there no was issue and did a dye test on second visit. Third visit he claimed to have fixed the issue. The furnace continued to malfunction and shut off. Called another hvac company and their tech diagnosed the issue in 5-10 minutes. We found out the furnace is too dangerous for us to even run! CO2 was not being vented and levels were 3x the allowed limit.. turns out the Bryant furnace model had class action law suits against because of defective parts.. Our new tech was aware of the issues with the furnace model and had a pamphlet about this. He was shocked the Fire & Ice tech was unable to find the problem especially after so many visits.

We wasted hundreds of dollars with this company only to risk our families safety.

If I could give any less stars I would, have had horrible service from the start. By service I mean lack of! We had originally called and set up an appointment. We were told someone would come out by friday and that's been almost 3 weeks ago now. Have not received any call backs, or delays. Reached out several times couldn't get through and called again today stating oh we're 3 weeks behind and we're very busy. Seriously? We are all busy and if I had that excuse for everything I did in life I'd be fired and jobless. Would not recommend this company AT ALL! Definitely needs more work on customer service!
