I Bought the company in 2017 From James and Karen Ottjes. I've been In the HVAC industry since 1997. I Accidently stumbled into the field after the Army. I tried a few different occupations after I left, but nothing really fit. I answered an add from a temp agency. That led to a job at a company that sent me to school during my apprenticeship. 20 years of services and installations of various units and situations.

This company took advantage of my mother. They broke their own tool then wrote on her invoice....cost for the broken tool...what the heck. I called and talked to Chad. He was to call me back and never did. This company has gone way down hill. They charged my mom over 700 in 2 visit and still doesn't have water. They should be ashamed of taking advantage of an elderly woman who doesn't understand and charge her for their employees mistake. When another family got ahold of someone, they said it was a mistake that the invoice said broken tool cost. They said it was the cost of visit. Chad was to call them back too and never did.  Love that they can change their story. Never again!!!!!

Installed on-demand water heater but charged extra to have electric ran to the unit. Replaced CPVC of house to water heater, shower, toilet, bath sink, and kit. sink,  afterwards many of the fittings leaked. Got another estimate to finish work and repair leaks, cost was $1800.00. Workers left several items in crawl space which another plumber found. Called for them to pick up items but took three weeks for them to show up and when they did they accused us of stealing several items. We also called on several occasions to try and resolve problems only to be yelled at  continually. Had them hang some dry wall and was unhappy with the result because there were several bubbles under tape and it took me two hours to sand down. They also accused me of sanding down their work too soon but if you will notice in the pictures that was far from the truth. They sent a bill that stated NET 30 on the invoice only to demand the bill be paid quicker or they were going to add 30% to the amount owed.  This business is deceitful, liars, and rude.

I called him tell him my pressure tank which wasn't filling up so they come and start checking the water pipes they say my pipe is clogged up because I don't have a soft water heater that's why I'm not getting no pressure I tried to explain to him that the pressure tank is what gives you pressure but couldn't make him understand so you start talking about cutting cutting down water lines checking for clogs doctor I'll make it just leave and does it down there wasting my money you're making jokes you I have to call another Plumbing which is not right they should have fixed the pressure tank when it's here instead of looking for leaks in the water line you looking for clogs in a water line that's all I have to say about that but I do have other stories from other people with bluffing Plumbing with incompetence thank you

Had a good experience in the past. Don't know what is going on now with this company. Was led on for a whole week a plumber would be coming and that never happened. I called on a Friday asking if there was an availability for the next week. Was to by the receptionist that possibly Monday or Tuesday and they would call me Friday with a time. Never heard back so I followed up on Monday. She then again said still that day or Tuesday. They never came. Wednesday no call from them. I follow up on Thursday asking about availability and I was told I was never put on for Monday or Tuesday and that I was for Thursday Friday. That wasn't even a guarantee. I asked if I should look for someone else because I have a non-working water softener. She told me go ahead and look for someone else that they would keep me on the schedule and call me when a time was available. They never called never replied to my email I sent. Nothing was miscommunicated or interpretated incorrectly. If you don't have the availability be honest about it.

I'm leaving a negative review due to the disrespect and lack of the communication. I mentioned in the email that I work in the medical field and I don't get any more days off for a few months. My time is just as valuable as theirs. If there was no availability that should have been clearly and honestly communicated and I would have understood. To lead somebody on an entire week and waste their time waiting around is disrespectful and very unprofessional.
