We noticed water stains on our garage ceiling - looked like from our second floor bath but not sure where or how to fix.  Protech was recommended to me as a company that can detect and repair leaks.  Elika was on time, professional, quickly diagnosed the problem as a leaky wax seal on the toilet, made the repairs and left the area of repair clean and spotless.  I would definitely recommend Protech Plumbing.  Job well done at a fair price, and a great customer experience!!

Elika was professional, takes pride in his work and was accommodating to our requests.

We had to replace a vintage shower fixture and he quoted an extremely fair price. I'm no plumber, but the fit and finish look extremely clean. Elika showed up early, went straight to work, cleaned up as he worked, and asked if I had any questions. He was extremely considerate of keeping dust and noise to a minimum by keeping the bathroom door closed while he worked.

Wanted to get my disposable checked out because it wasn't working. Alika answered all of my questions and fixed the problem very quickly. He gave me solutions to make sure it doesn't happen again in the future. Solid braddah! Would definitely call again!

Someone broke our outdoor faucet.  We didn't know it was broken until yesterday.  We needed to get it fixed urgently.  Didn't want to have water leak on our property.  We also had plans to use the faucet for an outdoor event tomorrow.

A friend of a friend recommended Protech Plumbing.

He arrived promptly at 8:00 am this morning and fixed it.  The best service and workmanship!  He provided all the solutions we needed.  He was professional, kind and conscientious.  

He also provided before and after photos with the invoice.  No one has ever done that before.  

We will call Protech Plumbing from now on for all of our indoor and outdoor plumbing needs for our facilities and grounds.

Had a leak in our water line, Elika came out to inspect leak and fix the issue. He answered all of my questions on on the cause of the leak and what he suspected was the issue. Everything was professional from booking to service. Would definitely use again for any future issues! Mahalo!

The contractor we hired to renovate our bathroom referred us to Protech Plumbing.  Elika and his staff were exceptional!  Appointments were made days in advance and they showed up on time and got the job done.  Very professional, easy to communicate with and really, no complaints about them at all.  Highly recommended for your plumbing needs.
