It is great to find a plumber who is willing to work with you to fix a faucet instead of just saying ... Buy a new faucet.   Matt and his team did a great job of finding the right parts to fix the faucet that I liked and wanted to keep using.  I would definitely recommend Seagraves!,

I had used True Plumbing for a hot water heater replacement, which was fine. I hired them to replace the outdoor faucet which was leaking. I requested a freeze proof faucet, which is what I had before. It was a different design and leaked from the vacuum breaker cap that provided the freeze protection. Ryan came out and replaced the vacuum cap. A couple months later, I then had them out to fix the kitchen sink which was leaking from the basket strainer. The basket that they used for the replacement was much cheaper than what I had before, and I told them I wasn't happy with it. They told me that if I wanted something else that I could install it myself.  In addition, the sink is still leaking.  The front faucet was also leaking from the hoses (and I asked them to tighten it. I checked the faucet a month after they were at my house, and the faucet is leaking again from the vacuum breaker). I asked True Plumbing to fix this, but they refused because it's been over 90 days since Ryan replaced the cap.  the faucet that Ryan used is a cheap fixture prone to leaks. The previous one worked for over 15 years. The one at the back of my house still works (15 years and counting). If you are looking for a plumber to do cheap work with cheap parts that don't last, then True Plumbing is your contractor!

They were very quick to respond to my request and even came out on the same day. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and at a good price!

Showed up on time. Took a little more work than first thought but Mr. Jefferson and his team cleared the drain in oue main drain line.

Awesome to work with! We had stairs built for our deck and built-ins with bench seating and have been so happy with the work and how quickly it's all been completed. Miguel was so nice and such a hard worker and we'll always look to Jay and Miguel for any future work at our house.

Called for my A/C not running on Sunday. They arrived Monday morning on time at 8 a.m. Eric was a pleasure to work with. Informed me throughout the process. He took 2:30 hours to isolate the wiring (main) problem for the estimate. Eric also noticed a possible leak in my roof and brought that to my attention. You could not ask for a more honest company. Have used them in the past with the same type of attention to detail and honesty.

I called many places before talking to Virginia. She was great, helped walk through the process and explained everything in detail. She was very patient and worked through some scheduling needs. The two individuals that came out were professional and took care of the job. The left the property as they found it. Overall the great serviceI have and would totally work with them in the future.

We were having water pressure issues in our house. I reached out to Azerplumb on a Monday evening - Nima responded within 15 minutes and was able to have someone at my house the next morning. Wes showed up in the morning on time and quickly diagnosed/resolved the issue we were having. Nima also followed up afterwards to see how everything went. We'll absolutely be using Azerplumb for my plumbing needs in the future.

James is great to work with. My tankless hot water heater stopped producing hot water, and James came out the next day to take a look at it. He was able to diagnose the issue by pulling the unit apart and cleaning the heat exchanger. James took the time to explain the situation, the problem, and the fix. As an engineer, I really appreciate this. If you prefer someone who explains things in detail, is passionate about and loves to share their craft, and is a small business owner, James is your guy.

Excellent all around! From the first call they were responsive, on time, sent reminders, and let me know when they were on the way. Anthony was professional and knowledgeable, neat, and pleasant, and passionate about his work. The work and the customer service were excellent from start to finish. I will definitely call Fix and Flow in the future.

Dont use this company. They are manipulative and tend to over charge and take advantage of an emergency situation. It took them more than 8 hours to come for an EMERGENCY.

TJ has been to visit us a few times for a number of different plumbing problems that have sprung up in our old house.  The most recent time there was some confusion about replacing our garbage disposal and he was very patient with us and honored his original price even though the equipment purchased (on our own) wasn't technically within the specifications he had given us.  We're very satisfied customers!

I have to give some a partially good rating because they did come out on a Sunday on very short notice when my hot water heater was flooded in crawl space.  But when the first thing the tech asked was for my bathroom and then took a crap... Yeah not thrilled.  Then an 899$ water heater becomes a $3500 water heater your rating is going to tank.  I was getting a second opinion at the same time and he wasn't real happy about that, and needless to say, the 2nd opinion was significantly cheaper!
