It has taken what seems like years to find a reliable and trustworthy plumber. No shows, misquotes and unprofessional people was all I seemed to run into. UNTIL I called Reggie the Plumber. Ms. Barbara is amazing! She booked the appointment and the repairman was there on time and ready. Parts were ordered and they took care of me immediately.

Guess what!!! I didn't have to borrow $ from my 401k to pay them!!!!

Excellent Customer Service from start to finish! I'll refer everyone to them going forward.

Same day service for a broken A/C unit that is 14 yrs old! We were thrilled and so happy since it happened on a HOT day! Jonathan fixed our system. He was incredibly personable, incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with his work! He made sure we saw the issue/status before and after it was corrected. Didn't try to ridiculously upsell us like the last A/C repair company did. We signed up for annual maintenance checks so we can plan any work or a new system versus freak out when something goes wrong.

I called D & S Plumbing to have a recirculating pump and garbage disposal installed, as well as to replace a hose bib.  D & S scheduled the service for a couple of days later.  On that day, D & S announced when they were going to arrive; they showed up as promised and did the job seamlessly.  They were polite; professional; timely.  I have used them in the past and they remain my 'go-to' plumber.

I live with my elderly Mother to oversee things.  Her house is about 50 years old. We had a 'Main break' & I was terrified she'd no longer be able to stay here!  All about plumbing was the first to respond out of all the companies I called.  Scott was professional, made my Mother feel safe & I felt confident. Hope I never have to again, but if neede I'll call them first!  Thanks!

Steve was quick to respond. I had him replace a ceiling fan for me. His work was great and for a great price!

I called with an issue and he guided me through and we determined that it wasn't a plumbing issue. Great company that's in it to resolve your issue and not take your money!!

Our hot water heater went out and Peter came over the same day I called.  He offered to check the elements on it, but based on the age of the heater (14 years) he recommended that we replace it.  He came back the next morning with the new heater, installed it, cleaned up and took away the old.  Peter was friendly, professional and very responsive.  His prices are very fair and I will definitely be calling him with any future plumbing needs.

I want to give a shoutout to Tom and his wife for always going above and beyond for my mom.  On Christmas Eve day when everyone was having issues with the cold her water heater went out.  Tom came and installed a new water heater and several hours later her furnace went out and Tom came back to check to make sure it wasn't because of his installation (it wasn't) and called another individual to help her furnace work.  I am forever grateful for his help and knowledge.  Without his help, her house would not be livable.

Gabe is who we've used a few times with different jobs from water heater issues, kitchen sink and a busted pipe.  He really is very knowledgeable and well qualified at what he does.  It's so hard to know when to trust someone in this business but Gabe is trustworthy, reliable and I feel comfortable with him doing the job.  My bank acct took two back to back unexpected hits (which is the reason for my 4 stars instead of 5) but their prices seem fair.

I suddenly noted a small leak in the house crawl space. Called Donald that evening, he showed up promptly the morning and assessed the situation as needing to have the main water line from the street to the house replaced. He was great in answering my questions regarding copper versus PEX, gave me a very reasonable quote and his team arrived the next  to complete the job. Great service!

THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I called 3 days ago for an appt since my AC broke down, even though Casteel services my system twice a year. My house has been 90 degrees inside. I was waiting with my cell by my side since 11:30am today because they were supposed to come between 12-4pm. I suddenly received a text from them saying they were cancelling. I called them immediately and they claimed that they tried to call me but didn't get an answer so they cancelled. WTAF?!? No apologies, nothing. Do NOT use this company.

Terrible customer service.  They promise 24 emergency service but they cannot come close to delivering it.  Called them Wednesday 6/15, my downstairs A/C unit was not cooling.  They did not arrive until late Friday.  Tech was very nice and said unit was frozen and that someone would be back on Saturday at the latest.  Today is Monday 6/20.  Still no response from Coolray and A/C is still out.  I pay a yearly maintenance fee also.  I'm sure their techs are competent but the company just sucks when it comes to service and response.

I like many of us who have a leak didn't realize until my water bill came and eventually confirmed with the water company. I called Plumbers unlimited who at first seemed very professional. I called and spoke with a woman named Robin and told her my issue of having a leak in my yard with water running down my driveway. She said no problem and we set up an appointment after being quoted $350 for the job prior to seeing it. Either way, I just wanted my pipe fixed so I can have a normal water bill. She set the appointment and told me that they would come out the next day between  10 am and 2pm. Which means I had to stay home from work in order to be here when they arrived. After waiting around all day for a phone call to let me know that they are enroute, I get a call at 1:19 pm, telling me that they won't be able to send anyone out to my home because they have previous appointments and that they earliest she could send someone out is early the following week. After making an appointment the day before, calling off from work(money I missed out on), and receiving a call almost 45 mins of the deadline of them supposing to be at my home, she tells me she can't someone out until the next week. This is a perfect example of bad business. She's the one that set the appointment. I the consumer can only set an appointment based on their company's availability. So here I am, not only missing out on working, sat around all day waiting for them to come but I also have to call another company to come out and fix the problem. If this is how they treat their costumers, then I don't want their business anyway. I have to turn the water back off and set up another appointment with another company. Plumbers United will never receive my business again and if they are in good standing with the BBB, I don't see how with treating the customers like this.
