Best Plumbing Services in Georgia
I called them because of the good reviews. I guess they helped attract a lot of business. I've called and left voicemails twice over the past week and never received a call back. At least call back and say you're over booked and take on any more work. Wasted my time. Don't waste yours.

Walter, the owner, worked me in on a busy Friday before a holiday weekend and solved our semi-emergency situation with a leaking pipe in the basement. Dennis & Joe showed up and replaced a portion of the broken pipe, which involved digging a good sized hole outside in 95 degree weather, then drilling through the concrete foundation to install the new line. They were friendly, professional, and very efficient. When they were through outside they cleaned up, replaced the pine straw, and you would never know they were there. Their price was reasonable. No one looks forward to having to call a plumber, but if I ever need their service again, Northlake is who I will call.

Konstantin was awesome. I needed a new water heater, and the closet is a tight fit. We texted and I sent pictures with measurements and he was able to give me a very reasonable quote for a specific model that fit perfectly. He was right on time and knocked the job out quickly, leaving me with hot water that has been working great. He even cleaned up the flooring better than it was before! Would definitely recommend his work to anyone.

The Civilized Plumber fixed an issue that for 8 years and 6 plumbers no one fixed. Better yet, it took him about 1 minute to diagnose.
Great service.

Awesome job- came the day after I requested service from their website. Called me on the way as well to make sure we were home! Gentlemen assessed the problem with leaky dishwasher and fixed it in less than an hour. Nice work and no mess left behind.

I have been looking for a good plumber since March. Three previous plumbers priced themselves out of the jobs I wanted done. Mike's price was perfect. He had the honesty (most important), experience, calmness, humility, and joy to do the jobs I wanted. He replaced the shower head and faucet with new ones. I also wanted an expensive faucet installed with my old stainless steel double sink. Mike was honest: The new faucet is flashy and expensive. It would be an insult to put it anywhere near the old sink. He didn't do the job just to get my money.
Thank you, Mike. I finally found a trustworthy plumber.

THIS IS A SCAM!
Paid 25% up front, had 3 appointments, and nobody ever came! I was told to pay via Zelle to 720 589 2356 which is registered to a Vanessa.
The # I had been texting with was +1 (470) 250-5970. They refused to talk on the phone, told me I would have to wait 6 months for a partial refund, and even suggested I don't pay the worker that comes out for service! This is insane.

I had an appointment with Marty at 10:00 am today. 10:45 am, no calls, no anything.
Finally I called him. Turns out he forgot about my appointment. Think about this comment what you will. He never showed up.
I was a first time customer. First impressions matter.

If there was a rating lower than one star I would have given RR that instead. Had them replace the main water line from the street to my house (about 525 feet). The $3800 charge seemed fair considering the scope of the job. Day 1 two techs showed up with a bobcat with a small bucket (not a ditch witch) with, get this... no water pipe! They spent all morning shopping for the black plastic pipe and then decided to take a nice long lunch. They returned with the pipe at around 2:30 pm and proceeded to dig up the old line. They made a bloody mess of my yard because the bucket could not cut a nice neat line like a ditch witch. When I asked why they bought 2 pieces of pipe instead of one they said it was all they could find. I didn't want two pieces because the last thing you want in a water line is a splice underground where it could break and leak massive amounts of water. Day 2 they showed up in the afternoon and worked into the dark (around 9:45 pm) to finish up. They promised to return following day to clean up. Day 3 no-show. Day 4 no-show. I finally called the supervisor to complain, but to no avail. I finally resorted to issuing a stop payment on my check for full payment to get their attention. It worked! They sent one poor fellow to do the clean up and he actually did a fairly decent job. Although he spent the entire day telling me how underpaid he was and dropping HUGE hints that a TIP might mitigate his plight! I paid RR in-full for the job. Fast forward one year later, the water line broke about a week ago. Called and left messages asking for my line to be repaired under my 5-Year warranty. Never got any call backs. Finally resorted to repairing it myself. Bottom-line... this company will call you back if there is $$$ in it for them. If not... go fish! Their warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on. The supervisor I dealt with was named Norbert. He became impossible to reach once the deal was signed. I would not recommend this company to anyone, EVER!

These guys were recommended after my last contractor half-assed a job and bailed. Steve talked to me that day and had someone out there the next day finishing a HVAC install, sheetrock, and a complete flip. While it says Buckhead Plumbing, Steve does it all. I tried it the cheap way on my own and wound up spending more. Steve was a life saver and cannot recommend him enough!! Responds at all hours and has simply been the best part of this whole renovation. If your like me and have gotten frustrated with trying to find a reliable contractor/do it all guy, Buckhead Plumbing/Hvac is it!!
