Best Plumbing Services in Georgia

I recently decided to purge some old spices from my pantry, and I opted to pour them down the disposal rather than in the waste basket. Didn't occur to me that I would soon be clogging the sink so soundly that nothing worked. We called Frazier as the backup to a heavily advertised plumber near us.  Needless to say, they weren't on time or really that interested in our business.  When the guys from Frazier showed up, they quickly got to work, unclogged the sink and then neatly returned all the cleaning supplies (my husband had pulled out when he pulled apart the plumbing in our first attempt to repair on our own) back under the sink!!! It is common courtesy, I guess, but not a common occurrence in my experience. We would recommend them on both experience and results.

They like to sell new units...BEWARE! Zero stars are not an option, if so it would be zero. My gas was turned off by the fire department because there was a leak. They determined the leak was at the furnace. I saw the reviews and called Aaron. The technician with Aaron said he could not find a leak and that the unit would need replacing. The technician said he was the supervisor of the service department and had 18 years' experience. The technician told me a new unit would be $3500, we had been without heat for one night already. The unit is 7-8 years old and this information from technician didn't feel right to me.  I called another company; they came out the same day. The technician found the leak, fixed the leak and the charge was $165. I live in the Buford City limits and the city had to come out to turn the gas back on. They look it over to make sure work was actually done, I told him the story and he knew of the company that fixed it and said yes they are good. He hadn't heard of Aaron and they are located within a few miles, I found that very odd.  I wonder now how they have the rating they have here online.  I called Aaron and they gave me a refund for the service call. They like to sell new units...BEWARE!

Great company! The owner responded very quickly when I put out my request on Yelp and was able to come the next day first thing in the morning. His pricing was great compared to some other local plumbers! He kept everything neat and tidy and offered great advice for other areas of the house that we have yet to work on. Definitely will be making him our permanent plumber!

We called Atlanta's Best Price Plumbing after doing a google search.  James answered and came out the next day.  We were very happy with the quality service.  James pinpointed the problem, and had it repaired within the hour.   We highly recommend James at Atlanta's Best Price Plumbing.

Wonderful experience with Greenlee Plumbing this morning.  We called one of the big names first and was quoted an extremely high price once they came through the gates of our neighborhood.  Greenlee quoted a price over the phone based on our description of the problem and that's what they charged when the job was finished.  Brian was very professional,  friendly, and knowledgeable.  I chose to call them from their Yelp reviews and would highly recommend them to care for your plumbing needs.

These guys did a fantastic job replacing our garbage disposal and gave us recommendations on other plumbing in our house.  They also came out the day after I called, on a Saturday, to complete the work.  I was fully impressed with their staff and service.

Ray and the fellas did a fantastic job replacing my old water heater tank with a new tankless heater.  It was the coldest time of the year and I had no hot water for bathing, laundry or dishes. They got the job done the next day after the consultation.  I was very appreciative and would highly recommend this crew.

Home run out the first time I called a plumber. They are the best of the best.

They were recommended by another service, but when they came out, they refused to do the job because the pipe led into the irrigation system. They had the know how and tools and knew I had no water for 2 days, but they would not help. I will never call them for help again.

Businesses these days do NOT care about customer service or client retention. I use T & G Plumbing based off of a recommendation.  The job consisted of unclogging one toilet, checking the slow flush/drain of another toilet, and fixing a shower head drip. Worker had to turn off my water, which when it was turned back on caused several of my faucets, including in my tub water to flow out with a stutter.  This issue finally resolved in my faucets, but not my tub.  When I called the owner and explained my problem he just said that it wasn't his problem, it was mine...and that his worker did not cause this.  He refused to send someone out to look at the problem. Original job cost me $225...very expensive, but not worth the customer service. I would not recommended using this business!!!!
